The griot (fried pork) in the sand which was so well seasoned and well cooked. It was soft on the inside but crispy on the outside, everything you could ask for with griot. It included a secret sauce that was INCREDIBLE. The place was a cute takeaway spot with a few seats. I began to chat with the woman at the front and asked her who's recipe was the secret sauce.
