There is no place in the waiting room to escape the noise (and the cluttered, visual display of random merchandise). In the pedicure area, the music was just as loud. The shampoo stained my almond colored tub and some of the beige tile surround. Nowhere on the bottle does it say this could happen or how to remove the stain. I tried various cleansers and nothing would take it off. I called Joico directly and spoke to a woman who had no idea how to remove their own product, and told me she would take note of the issue. I had to ask her if she was going to have someone call me. She said she would let someone higher up know. No one called me. 3 weeks passed, and I called Joico again and spoke with a different representative who told me she was working on getting me some help. It has now been 2 more weeks and no one has contacted me with any resolution. I was not asking for a tub and tile renovation. I believe a manufacturer should stand behind their product, every aspect of it, take RESPONSIBILITY and make it right when their product has unintended negative consequences for their customers.
