She was the perfect combination of bedside manner and doctor. Arlo liked her and I did, too. 2nd visit was a routine puppy well visit and vaccination visit. We saw Dr Ackerman and liked her very much, as well. The staff are a happy bunch and seem to know their jobs. All are efficient and friendly. The facility is brand new and quite lovely. There is even a small yard out front to get your business taken care of before or after your visit. Plenty of parking. Friendly. Clean. Easy to find. If they can't help, they will point you in the right direction. We had a situation with a stray we wanted to adopt. The kitty was positive for feline leukemia, and we were unable to keep her as we had other cats already. With their help and information about her condition, we were able to find her a home with a family who understood her special needs moving forward. I really appreciated all of their support.
