I saw this place as I was driving to a nearby sandwich shop. It looked really pretty from the outside so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I'm very particular about my surrounding, cleanliness and professionalism. It felt very safe, clean and the technician (Tony) was very welcoming. I loved the way he took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. He didn't suggest anything other than what I wanted. My nails look amazing! I will definitely be going back. Not the worst mani pedi I've ever had but far from the best. I will not be going back. The tech was late for the appointment after scheduling me at a time the shop was not open. Surely he knew that he had to drop his child off at school before scheduling me so early. The shop was clean and modern so 2 stars for that. But that's all I care to give. My polish is embarrassing. One nail has already peeled. The polish covers parts of my cuticles on a few fingers but it doesn't completely cover the nail bed on other fingers. Whoever recommended Tony owes me a refund because that's why I specifically asked for him. read more

It was an ok experience, had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Next day finger nails were hurting and stinging, come to realize I had small cuts around the cuticle. The staff was really friendly and attentive and made sure to take out my hang nails on my pedicure but my manicure was not the best experience especially the next day. I scheduled an appointment for the first time at this salon a week ahead of time requesting an appointment with a specific manicurist based on review of his work online. I mentioned this person's name 3, times and was told I would be seated with him the following Saturday at 12pm. When I arrived , at 11:45 I was invited to sit and wait and choose my polish. I was not seated until 12:40pm at which time I was told they were slightly behind. When I asked the name of the manicurist who was going to be doing my nails, it was NOT the same person I requested. He proceeded to tell me that they must have forgotten to write it down. The manicurist whom I had requested was in the salon but just sat another client. Short on time , I agreed to see the other manicurist who did a fair job but I wasn't satisfied with the shape or job quality with many of my nails being lumpy post acrylic application. I also had to remind the manicurist to sterilize the cuticle clippers prior to use .. he pulled them out of a drawer and were already unopened .Despite all of this I was still charged full price ... customer service anyone ? Great location and easy parking though. read more

At first I thought it was because he was the only one there and seemed busy but nope! The second time he was just plain rude and acted like he did want to give me an appt time. This place is very unorganized. Also the owner tries to squeeze any type of drop of money out of you. He kept pushing a gel pedicure when I told him 3 times, I only want regular. Then he tries to charge me gel pedicure price with regular polish saying he'll give me an extra massage... no thanks. Regular means regular. Quit trying to make people pay more than what they're asking for. read more

I don't know what happened to this place but the service has really took a turn for the worst. The last few appointments I've scheduled have been delayed and then rushed once I was in the chair. It seems as though the nail techs are overwhelmed even when there aren't many clients. I hope it turns around. I miss Bella Nails. read more

I had a decent first impression of this place. My second time however is another story. I scheduled an appt on Wednesday September 1,2021 @10:41 am to come on Saturday September 4, 2021 @ 9am. When I got here, no one was in a the building(Side note: it's stated on the door they are open from 9-6). Around 9:07 I called telling him I was there, and he was asking what do I want done and for when, even though im telling him I am there and I already made and appt. for 9am he told me no I didn't. There was no apology or takin ownership for fumbling the ball. We got off the phone at 9:08. At 9:17 I received a text message saying, "Sorry! I got traffic. I'm going late." The unprofessionalism, the inconsideration of my time, and the lack of personal accountability is a NO!!!! It is now 9:30, I am still seeing if he gets here soon only because this is my birthday weekend, and I already stared soaking my nails. This is ridiculous and really just not ok! I asked in text if he was still coming no response, it is 9:48... I can't believe this. I'm so upset I wanted to love this place so bad. read more
