The warranty they give you is through a BS third party company Consumer Priority Service, who will never show up nor return calls after collecting your warranty service fee. We were very happy with the selection and price but even happier with the haul out of the old dryer and the delivery/set up of the new one! We live in an upstairs unit and the stairs posed them no issues at all. Delivery and set up was fast and efficient with care taken for our home, pets, and belongings. I was exceptionally grateful for a later delivery window of 4-9pm. They were patient with me while confirming the dryer worked before they left. Misleading They make it sound and look like people opened the box and it was the wrong size, or color, or style...or maybe it was scratched and repainted, but still new. No. These are damaged. They don't have the original paperwork or box. All the ones that I saw were beat up. Not what they represent online in the pictures. After inquiring about a specific dishwasher and then driving 20 miles to pick it up, it was dented and had a hole punched thru the front of the door. I was shocked by the condition. And whether or not they're covered by a manufacturer's warranty proves to be seen. No proof. All said and done, I was severely disappointed and feel like I was given the old bait and switch. What I saw were overpriced beat up appliances that most people wouldn't want in their home, or even in a rental. I'd rather pay a little more at a real appliance store and get what I pay for without the run around. What I experienced was completely opposite of all these other "reviews". read more

Oh my goodness! the best day ever was when I found Blue's Appliance! Jay and Tom are absolutely AMAZING! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! I was looking for a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and Blue's Appliance not only had a brand new one (still had the plastic and User Guide inside), but I was absolutely floored by the price! My kitchen looks so high end and I'm a tough customer to please. Everything Jay and Tom said they would do...they did. They delivered when they said they would, and made the installation look so easy. I had absolutely no worries and I am looking forward to buying a washer and dryer too. Run! Great product and great customer service. My old garage refrigerator died so I needed an inexpensive replacement. Saw the good reviews for Blue's Appliances so I gave them a call. From the very beginning they were very helpful and gave me a few options for a replacement. I went to their warehouse to checkout the options and purchased one. The refrigerator is brand new but has a couple small dings (cosmetic). It was exactly half the price of a new one from Home Depot. Came with a 1 year warranty and the option to purchase additional warranty coverage for a decent price. Also had them deliver it. Didn't notice at the time of purchase that the door didn't close properly. Called them the next morning about the door and they were at my house within hours with a replacement. They ended up adjusting the door so it worked perfectly but still gave me the option to take the one they brought with them. Decided to keep the one they fixed. They did all this at no additional charge. They definitely stand behind their products. Will use them again for sure. read more

Okay so this was a pretty amazing experience. I was in town to help my mom with some work around her house. Her dryer had recently stopped working and we were kind of scrambling to find a place to do a fast delivery. We got our delivery/installation done in under an hour. No shit. Never seen anything like it. It was late on a Sunday when I called them and I did not expect to get a delivery for at least a day or two. I spoke to Tom directly, told him my issue and he was just like "no problem, we'll be there in 20 minutes". Pretty impressive.
