I've been coming to Bluewater Poke for a while now and the service is always top-notch. The owner is super friendly and really makes you feel welcome every time you walk in, which is definitely a big plus. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and I love how customizable the poke bowls are. However, I've run into an issue the last two or three times I've eaten here. Unfortunately, after eating, I've ended up running to the restroom within a couple of hours. It's really odd because I've never had this problem before, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I'm not sure if I'll be back until I know for sure if this is a recurring issue. The food tastes great, but I'm a bit hesitant to return given how things have been lately. Hopefully this is just a fluke, but I thought I'd share my experience in case others run into the same issue. So I am a lemon shark poke fan but tried this place last night and I have to say I loved it as well. I appreciate that lemon shark has much more toppings however I like how they mix all the toppings for you here. Also , I took notice of how polite the two gentlemen working were very good service. The bowls seem about the same size as lemon shark however the protein scoops seemed smaller. The blue water crab is soo good and the crunchy onion topping has tons of flavor. I ordered a large bowl with 3 scoops (Salmon, Shrimp, Tuna) white rice, avocado, green onion, eel sauce, house ponzu, crispy onions, and hot Cheetos. This was the first time I had hot Cheetos in any of the poke places I've ordered from, and was surprised at how well it went with the rest of the ingredients. Everything seemed to have been made from scratch it did take a minute to get the food but it was well worth it the ramen was delicious I got the oxtail ramen so unique I love oxtail it was excellent and also in addition we got the edamame so good so good. I saw lots of people coming in and picking up orders not a lot of people inside probably due to the heat that day but if you've never had ramen outside of home or if you've had it at other places I'm telling you this is a Hidden gem the food is excellent and the service was wonderful and we did get a cold beer as well... Was finally greeted with a "we are out of tonkotsu broth if thats what you want" Lol 100% definitely will not be back, promise.

Im addicted!! This place is kind of hidden, tucked back behind/next to Sprouts. I stumbled upon it…read moreby accident but I am so glad I did! The two people working were friendly and the one person serving me was SOOO patient with helping me find the perfect custom bowl that would work for my very restricted diet. Inside was clean and quiet but a bit sterile. It smelled like a cleaning agent, but I'm okay with that- knowing it is clean. Out front has a really nice seating area if the weather permits. I've been here a few times and every time is the same: Friendly service, delicious fresh food. It is pricey but worth it, to have such a tasty treat that also works with my mandatory gluten free, no sugar, low fructose, low carb diet. Great find.

This place is awesome…read more I've been here numerous times and always forget to take a picture. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Great selection and if you get the large it will definitely last you couple of days. Lots of fresh fruit choices.

Arturo the restaurant shift always cooks up a great meal and he has the absolute best fried rice with the garlic butter. Can't beat it hands-down. We also ordered some hand rolls and sushi scallops which were delicious. My friend said the hand rolls were the best they ever had. Brandon, our waiter was very efficient and professional. I appreciate the fact they kept the curtains closed so the heat wooden pound through the large windows as it was already hot enough outside. It was a perfect meal with some good friends. Always love coming here. I usually get the filet mignon. It was delicious. Highly recommend Sayaka.

Told them it was cheaper and the food was better, but it looks like they've raised their prices and lowered their quality. The show is still fun, and the food isn't bad. The one thing this place has over the competition is the sauce! Ooohhh I love the sauce and you can make it as spicy as you like.
