Ive been to Bluewater Poke two times and it is one of the better poke stops in the area. The drinks I have had are amazing, the blue Hawaiian cotton candy milk tea is my favorite. I do wish they had honey boba, theirs is classic and unflavored. I got a two scoop bowl with spicy tuna and spicy salmon and it was heavenly. I just wish that they had more inside seating, I know that the suite is small but the seating is very limited. I prefer to dine in when I go places so can see how this might be an issue for other guests. read more

Was actually looking for a good boba place but didn't feel like going to boba tea house in Loma Linda, and found this place. I was hungry so I decided I wouldn't mind having poke as well and so I came here! I got the two scoops and got a pretty decent sized portion. Quality of the fish and toppings is excellent, and to top it off they have hot Cheetos as part of a dry toppings which is what I used to love the Lowkey Poke Joint in Loma Linda for, this place is wayyyy more better and delivers great customer service unlike Lowkey because their service has been awful the past few times I've gone. I also had the Madagascar Vanilla boba drink and omg it was absolutely delicious and sweet but not overly sweet. I definitely need to come back and try the cotton candy and salted caramel milk teas. Try this place if you love poke and boba, you won't regret it. read more

BEST POKE PLACE IN TOWN!! Ever since this place opened, it has been the only poke place I go to whenever I craved for a fresh poke bowl. From the moment I entered to when I leave the restaurant, the staffs are very generous, friendly and they make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the food you're choosing. This place is AMAZING! Such good food. The spicy tuna is a little spicy, but it's worth it, just want to give you a heads up ;) They have all your favorites for proteins, but they also have something special: Hawaiian style tuna. I'm not sure what's in it, but it's super good. They also have a sauce combination menu, and at least one of the guys is pretty knowledgeable about the combinations. These 2 things really set Bluewater Poke apart from other poke places. The food was so good that I ate it up before I remembered to take a picture lol. read more

i was excited that a poke place was close by so i went in. noticed no one there. food sitting out not on ice in a sunny room and asked how long all the fish had been out. was told not long. I said, I asked you a question. She turned to ask the girl behind her and after a few whispering seconds was told again, it is fresh. I was excited to try this place because of the yelp reviews. Immediately I glanced over at the tuna and saw that the quality was not that great. I proceeded to order because I was hungry and already there. Every piece of tuna in my bowl I had to chew and spit out. Service was good and appreciated. Maybe it was just a bad batch of tuna. read more

If anyone loves Poke it's me! I am always hesitant of where I go because I have to say the customer service hasn't always been the best experience. That wasn't my experience here at all, everyone was so friendly and patient. The worker who helped was so kind and was even suggesting the what sauces pair nice together. This is what I appreciate when I go out for food, especially when Its a new place and I'm hesitant. Definitely worth the money. Great example of good customer service. If only I got the kids name I think I found my new favorite place read more

This place is pretty good! Clean, fun music, friendly staff, clean surroundings and fresh food. The flavors were tasty, and the edamame was delicious. I love that they don't drench the entire bowl in sauce like some places. They just mix a few of the ingredients in a little bit of sauce. I would go back for sure! Great value for this type of food. It seems healthier than other poke establishments since they use less sauce. read more

We used to love this place and it was our go to place in Redlands Loma Land for poke. But last time we ordered there was a hair in my wife's bowl and it wasn't hers so that was a turn off for me. I'm hoping it was a fluke and would have given them a 4 prior to that experience. read more

Listen, as an out of towner who'd never had poke, I was sure I was gonna be there first less than five star review. But, I'm officially converted to a chronie. It's delish. I did a three scoop, two raw and one cooked. The flavors are delish, ingredients fresh. I'm super impressed. My only feedback would be that the flavored green tea (mango) is quite sweet. Likely loaded with sugar. I only drank half of the large because my stomach started to hurt. Check it out, definitely a good spot! read more

Pretty good food. It'll for sure get the job done. Portions are tiny but still can be filling. The only thing is how they treat their workers. We had such a sweetheart helping us and the manager was being so rude to her, and in front of customers?! Instead of speaking to her in a private, respectful way, they embarrassed the poor girl in front of a lot of customers. I've worked in the food industry and know how that feels. They need better management and need to treat their employees better. read more

I ordered a 3 scoop with half leafs and half steamed rice at about 3PM The rice was very dry and the Leafs seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Presentation was excellent the food was just ok. Need to be fresh when you serve these type of items. read more

We went to the grand opening of this place and really, really enjoyed it. The wait was LONG - about an hour - but that's because it was the grand opening and everything was 50% off. It was a bit hard to figure out at first, knowing how many "scoops" to get and how the system went, but the staff were very friendly and helpful in describing what different toppings were and how the whole thing went. All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. We loved the combination of flavors we ended up with in our bowls, and it just tasted so healthy and good. The prices are decent: $8.95 for two scoops of protein, $10.95 for three, $12.65 for four, and $13.95 for five. I got a three scoop bowl and was VERY full by the end of it. read more

Great staff and service. Good food. Nothing to complain about at all. We only tried the regular salmon and Hawaiian salmon. Both were good, though the Hawaiian was a bit spicy, which I don't think was indicated anywhere. A lot of their sauces and flavors are spicy, so if you're not into that, there are just a couple options, all tasty. They don't have any crazy toppings or mix-ins, but it's all good nonetheless. I can't speak about tuna because, like I said, I only had the salmons, but here's a pro-tip for any uncooked tuna you ever have: if the tuna is more of a bright red than a brown or natural red, it's been gassed, meaning it's had carbon monoxide put into it to make it redder and reduce its fishy smell. It can be hard to tell based on color alone, but gassed fish typically will be mealier too. Really fresh tuna may have a slight smell to it, but it'll be smoother than gassed and will taste better. read more

So I want to say that this place is more of a 3.5 type of place. I have ordered and gone here five times. The milk teas are great with great flavors. Love it!!!!! The poke it self needs help. The fish...... it depends there have been times that my order smells really really bad like old fish. I take a little bite and just can't stomach the rest. So I want to say that you really need to smell it before you get it. The sides. The greens have not always been fresh either which is a major no no for me. Again this is sometimes not all the time. I believe in giving him places more than one chance to redeem it self which it somewhat has. It just depends on the day you go I guess. Better quality control needs to be added. read more

Great new poke place in town. The fish tastes fresh & there are a lot of different options for protein, toppings, and sauces. The place is very clean & tidy & the staff is really friendly & helpful. I'd say they are pretty on-par price-wise with other poke places in the area. Definitely my new favorite (aside from Poke Bar in San Bernardino). Much better selection of options than Low Key Poke Joint (haven't been in a while, but they were good too despite limited selection toppings-wise) in Loma Linda & worlds better than LemonShark Poke (myself & two others I know have gotten sick after eating there) also in Redlands. Definitely worth a visit, in my opinion. read more

After making my fish selection, I was looking at the side mirror at the sauce options. When I looked back at the counter, I saw the server using his gloved hand to rub his eye. Guess what? Without missing a beat, he then used that same gloved hand -the same one he used to rub his eye!- and plunged it right into my poke bowl to mix it. Yikes! This is hands down my favorite poke place. I did notice they're a bit stingier with the portions but its still worth going. I absolutely love it here and its $5 cheaper than the place that opened near my house. The only downside to this place is the location! Its very out of my way. the parking is inconvenient. It'd be nice if the inside was bigger with seating. I'd imagine it'd do wonders for their business to be in area with better parking and food options nearby! read more

There aren't a lot of poke places around here so a bitch was WORRIED. Came here yesterday and wow! It was so great. The quality of fish was amazing. I am so sorry but this place was disgusting! It was super hot in there and they had seafood out, the girls that were serving had their masks off and were talking on top of the food. been here once but today i ordered a large bowl with salmon and Spicy tuna, First bite was absolutely horrible the fish literally tastes disgusting I can't even eat this shit and they apparently ran out of wasabi, didn't even give me soy sauce and it's fucking disgusting. Like the place smelled gross when i walked in and now my damn food taste like the places odor should've asked for my receipt this place sucks ass don't spend your money it's nasty af and the employees are wack too read more

I actually went as far as double checking on reddit and the votes were definitely in! This place seemed legit so I had to try it. It's located in a shopping plaza so there is plenty of parking. There are several restaurants in the area, while Niko Niko is tucked away near the water fountains out front. As I arrived, they quickly sat me at the bar area and my typical rainbow roll and I tried their snow cone roll. The rolls were so good and the fish was fresh! I loved the sweet sauce that was added to the snow cone roll. After about 20 mins, the chef, who's name is Yaser, started asking me what my favorite fish is and why I like it. I told him Albacore and he instantly makes me some concoction with ponzu sauce which was fire. He then asked me if I like salmon and I told him yes and he makes me a seared salmon roll with orange sauce and pepper. By this time I'm stuffed but enjoying this experience. He made going to a sushi restaurant interesting again like when I first tried sushi. We start talking about Japan and he ask me if I ever had salmon skin. I tell him absolutely not and that when I bake salmon I usually take the skin off. He then tells me that I HAVE to try a salmon skin handroll so I figured I should just go with it. My mind was blown!! I actually like salmon skin lol. It was so good! Overall, I had an amazing experience at Niko Niko and Chef Yaser. I left him a generous tip for the experience and he changed the way I will forever dine at a sushi bar now. I am a public worker so when I'm out I don't always like wait staff that is too intrusive. In my experience the severs here help, bring extra water and don't bug you or ignore you. The atmosphere has been great the few times I have gone. My last visit they had a World Cup game on 2 of their large tvs. The TVs were easily viewable from my spot in the restaurant so if I chose to watch the game while eating I could do so easily. While it may not be for everyone I try to frequent this location at least once a month, I plan on heading there again after 4th of July.

You can probably do with just one of these rolls whichever appeals to you. I thought the slices were very thin, so the sear actually went through the whole fish rather than just at the surface which would have made a two-texture profile bite. It was seasoned well with the cajun, but the thin slice of the salmon made the sear more of a "cook" rather than a seared surface. 4/5 - Regular Salmon Nigiri - Typical salmon nigiri flavor with regular portion of rice. I think it is beaten out my other AYCE sushi restaurants that are generous with their fish portion and provide minimal rice. 1/5 - Shrimp Boat - This dish was very disappointing. While it is advertised as shrimp with crab meat, our whole group found that it was an overwhelming amount of crab meat and could barely pick out the shrimp. Difficult to finish especially in the 2nd half of our meal. Granted due to being a tempura roll, it was served later. 1/5 - Lobster Ball - This dish was also disappointing. While it is advertised as lobster with crab meat, we barely found a difference between this and the shrimp boat aside from shape. Even with the pictures, the size was larger than we expected. Difficult to finish especially in the 2nd half of our meal. Granted due to being a tempura roll, it was served later. 3/5 - Calamari - Huge portions but could have been salted more. Good crunch but I would hesitate on finishing this portion because you might get full! 3/5 - Shrimp Tempura - We ordered 4 orders of this and only received one order (2 pieces). Decent fry and could also be salted a bit more.

The plates cleared quickly and drinks refilled without having to hunt anyone down. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, I left full, and most importantly... no food poisoning . To find an authentic French Bakery in Redlands Public Market was a great experience for me. The owner Mr Olivier is really an artisan French baker, very professional and friendly, and I was able to practice my French with him. The service by his daughter Ella was great, she was quick to offer her service with a beautiful smile. The ambiance is very nice and homey. Maison La Jolie will be from now on my destination for buying bread and pastries!

Inside is all reclaimed wood and cozy tables, people working on laptops, the coolest Redlands City Limits sign, kids flipping through board games and books in the corner, soft chatter, good energy. Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. You can also snag breakfast burritos if you're lucky (they sell out), or freshly made stuffed waffles from a vendor outside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel extra charming. There are cute little café tables all around and a tucked-away, walled patio in the back that's perfect for bigger groups. Already planning future coffee dates. Late to the party, but fully committed now!

I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.
