I love this location. It's clean, efficient & the staff is always attentive, Friendly. Every time we come in, it always seems to be when Gil is working. He greets us with a warm welcome. The food taste fresh & made to order. Some places taste stale. Not here, the staff really puts in that work.

Ordered from online, food was done just under ten minutes. I ordered from the parking lot so I was already there. Every time ive done this, they have it done sooner than what the estimate online said. Everything was fine with our order. The staff came up to the pick up counter seconds after I walked up and checked my order. It was just fine and he bagged it up for me. Grabbed my water from the fridge and I was on my way.

Chicken Katsu Mini Meal this is the worst meal I have ever gotten from this place. seems like it's old not fresh.

I understand sometimes you guys are very busy, but it seemed like you gave me some old Katsu chicken that maybe it's been sitting there a while not satisfied at all

We were having a grueling work week and so we had lunch brought in to work. Ono Hawaiian BBQ made the ordering for the group very easy. Being a diverse group, there was something for everyone: since this is a what you see is what you get style restaurant. The majority ordered what I did: Teriyaki Chicken. This is a thin, grilled chicken breast that has been coated in their house Teriyaki sauce. As you can see in the pic, the chicken has a nice char and then brushed with fresh Teriyaki sauce. It was a bit dry and tough at the thinner portions. The sauce was somewhat sweeter than most. The chicken is placed on a bed of cabbage. This comes with 2 scoops of white rice a scoop of potato salad

Order online in advance because walking in and ordering, you will have a bit of a wait. During lunch hour rush, expect to wait longer. Employees misheard my order and didn't want to go back.

I have only had Ono a few times but was disappointed on this visit. First off I don't like they only have one drink size which is jumbo. I ordered a two item aloha plate with BBQ beef and fire chicken. The beef costs extra which is not that big of a deal but it was somehow cold. Sticky rice is perfect, fire chicken had great flavor and spice and the salad is much better choice than the macaroni in my opinion. Service was fast food average. I don't like the tables and chairs as the dining area is setup where you share space with strangers.

I was willing to wait cause the craving was REAL but then I saw their score from the health department and looked at their "dings" and said "F THAT! I'm not eating here." So I looked up other places and came across this place which I've heard mixed reviews about. So I decided to give it a try since they had a good health score and it was something new. First off I'm going to start by saying we walked right in with NO WAIT time!! Literally sat down as soon as we walked in! The service was great; our waiter was super friendly and attentive and checked on us multiple times. Not to mention they have really good deals and a lot of other options for those who don't want or like seafood boil. I say that because my bf doesn't care for it but he sucks it up so I can have it every once and awhile and finds something else on the menu which is usually only chicken tenders or fish and chips lol this place had a variety of different options which was really nice! The ambiance was nice and quiet and very clean. The bathrooms were clean and they even have a handwashing station in the front so you don't have to go in the bathroom. The only thing I didn't care for much was their "house sauce" not sure what it was called but it's the one that has all the flavors mixed together! We got the mild spicy and the spice was great but the flavor was a little bland in MY opinion. Didn't taste much like anything! I also REALLY LIKE how they bring you a metal bowl to put your seafood in. That's a GAME CHANGER. Overall I would go back to this place no doubt and highly recommend it! The prices are really good as well and I feel like they have great combo deals! Better than I've seen at other places TBH. Annnnddd, I forgot to take a picture of my food unfortunately but that just proves to show how ready I was to eat!! I did get the after math tho! Haha

The place looked clean and tbh we were the first ones there so there weren't many people. Now the food... We ordered the fried calamari because they looked appealing in the picture off of the menu. I didn't get the chance to get a picture but they looked...sad, soggy and I was surprised because they came out pretty quick. I sent it back and didn't eat it. Me and my partner each got a pound of shrimp and there was no flavor. Not even in the sauce. I got hot and it felt like mild to me (I have a high tolerance). It also didn't have much sauce I had to dig deep at the bottom of the bag to get sauce...disappointing. I also had egg , corn and potatoes in my bag....egg was gross and yolk was very very green...not appealing. Potato had no flavor but the corn was nice and soft so I'll give them that. We also ordered garlic bread and I'm very sad to say that the bread was probably my fave part of the whole meal. Food just isn't worth it in my opinion.

Prices on the soup noodles bowls are comparable to other pho spots around Redlands, ranging between $16.45 - $16.95 for a regular bowl, and $17.45 - $17.95 for a large bowl. If you're just needing a large bowl of hot soup and rice noodles, it's $9.50 plus tax. The regular sized bowl is $8.50 plus tax. Your order comes with a small bag of fresh bean sprouts, basil, cut limes, and chopped green onion/cilantro. Plenty of Hoisin sauce and spicy chili sauce are also provided along with utensils. The broth is quite comforting. Garnished with thinly sliced white onions and not too salty, not very sweet. Many other pho spots around town are heavy on the salt and add so much sugar to "balance" it. After taking those home, I have had to water it down a bit. Pho Viet makes theirs just right. If I have extra broth, I save it to rewarm and sip in a mug. Saw they also have a wide menu to choose from for dry noodle bowls (vermicelli bowls), rice plates, rice/egg noodle soups, appetizers, and vegetable dishes. Not sure if the vegetable dishes are also vegan. I'd love to try out their sandwiches sometime. Wonder if they bake their own bread, too. They offer four kinds, charbroiled pork, charbroiled beef, charbroiled chicken, and fried tofu.

I loved the name and the reviews and the Falconer of Redlands was even better than advertised. Food - 5 stars - the fried calamari was stupendous. The Ahi Tuna over the salad was a really nice sized portion with delicious fish and a healthy green mix including edamame. Kathy loved her Sea Bass. The fun menu also features a nice selection of steaks and some cool and familiar British pub grub. We did not drink any alcohol and our fun waitress Yvonne kept checking up on us for my frequent requests for extra balsamic and lemons and soda refills. The top notch service was great and we were not rushed. We sat downstairs in a nice area by the bar. It was not too loud. The entire staff seemed really chill. Heard some music playing upstairs and saw some customers going up as well.Apparently there is a piano on that floor and they do have Karaoke. Definitely next time. The fish itself was excellent -- delicate, nicely cooked, and the capers paired well with it. It was heavier and blander than I expected for this type of dish, and I ended up asking for pepper to give it a little more life. A lighter, brighter beurre blanc would have elevated the entrée considerably. That said, the service was outstanding. The restaurant was about half full, so our waiter had time to actually engage with us and struck up a fun conversation about the Michael Jackson biopic. No-actually, I think I accidentally brought home a biological weapon when I ordered from here. TL, DR: I ate here and had food poisoning My order: crab, shrimp, potatoes, and corn. Everything looked good, smelled good, and I was genuinely excited. I got home, and in the moment, I thought, "Wow, this is going to be a great dinner." Then, then I dug in. Fast forward a short time after and my stomach said: absolutely not. What followed was a night of betrayal, regret, and a very intense relationship with my bathroom floor. I won't get into graphic details, but this meal came with... consequences. At one point I genuinely sat there thinking, "This can't be how my story ends... because of some pickup crab." While I sat there, sharting my life away, I began reflecting on every bad decision I've made over my entire life. Then, I started trying to figure out where i went wrong in the meal. If you've ever had food poisoning, you know the type of questions you ask. The kind where you start replaying the meal in your head like a crime scene investigation. Was it the shrimp? Was it the crab? Was it the potatoes? Was it the corn? At this point I trust none of them. Maybe, I got a bad batch? All I know is that the seafood boil turned into a gastrointestinal horror movie. I ordered dinner and ended up starring in an episode of "Survivor: Bathroom Edition." If you're considering any meal from this jawn, just know that my stomach and I are still in couples therapy trying to process what happened. I'm writing this review because I didn't even make it out of the house before regretting it. I don't want the same to happen to you. If you're considering eating here, just proceed with caution. My stomach is still processing the trauma.
