Beijing Chinese food and Hawaiian BBQ is in a small shopping center. To be honest I've been in this shopping center numerous times & never saw it lol but it's been here for quite a while. We decided to try them out. We both tried their Hawaiian BBQ mixed plate it's around 14 bucks each. Very generous amount of food. The food was good but not Ono or Aloha good but nevertheless still good. The mac salad here is meh compared to other Hawaiian joints. Their Chinese food looks promising. Food was delicious !!!! The chow mein was especially good and flavorful without being overly greasy, which can be hard to find. Everything else in our order hit the spot, but the spam musubis were a bit of a letdown. They came out a little dry and lacked flavor compared to the rest of the meal. Staff was nice and greeted me on the way in , also had my food out in a nice timely matter. One thing to note, there's a lot of homeless people outside, which can feel a bit intimidating at first. I went in and purchased a combo meal with two egg rolls and a boba Thai tea. My total was around 19-20 dollars or so and I foolishly said no to getting a receipt and as I'm getting into my car I get a notification of my purchase which amounted to 49.17.. I went inside to ask why I was charged so much only for them to completely ignore me. The language barrier was of ZERO help.. I contacted my bank to dispute the $30 over charge. I stumbled upon this place because it was on the way back from church to my in laws house. Plus they had really good prices for party trays! Driving through the neighborhood can be scary. What's worst is when you pull up and there's someone sleeping on the ground right outside Beijing Express. The place itself is pretty big but they only have a few tables inside making the place look pretty bare. I think they want people to take out only. They have a large selection of food. The Hawaiian is a head scratcher for me but my hubby loves katsu chicken. We ordered a small tray that feeds about 10 people. The price of 26.99 for the tray can't be beat. They fill it to the brim. Is it the best katsu chicken, no. I've had better. Is it good for the price I paid? Yes!! We also got the orange chicken. Again, for the price, it wasn't bad. I believe it's the manager his name is Jin or Jinny they are so cool here I came in and ordered a party tray when the server asked what I wanted in the party tray she had stated rice noodle, but I thought she meant half-and-half rice and noodles (Chowmein ) she had brought back a tray of rice noodle when I clarified which I should have done in the beginning of the order my mistake. They had asked the manager if I was able to switch he said it was OK. These people are real good here. The food is delicious. My apologies for this inconvenience. I thought this was a very typical fast food Chinese restaurant but apparently my wife and daughter loved this place. We all shared a three item combo with BBQ pork, Orange Chicken and I picked the jalapeno chicken. This last item was probably my favorite item at my local Chinese restaurant but unfortunately they sold and the new owners don't make it anymore. This was nowhere as delicious as my local place. They also have some Hawaiian BBQ items but they were not on the premade items and so I did not want to wait while the family ate their food. read more

It's always nice to find really good Chinese food but to run into Beijing Express which has Hawaiian dishes as well blew my mind! They were very kind and made sure to fill up our tray. Unfortunately they had to deal with a Karen treating the workers not so nicely but they kept their composure and stayed professional. The food was fresh and was quick and clean. It been a long time since I've been in here. It's Saturday night dinner time, the line is passed the front door probably 20 deep. The line is going fairly quickly for two food handlers only. We had some time to notice a few thing while in line. The tables were empty and clean . The floors were sticky and as I looked around it looked like it hadn't been mopped. The stickiness was throughout the entire restaurant. I noticed that the ladies were working the register and handling food back and forth with no gloves on. Hard to find boba in this area so had to make the visit. The place was busy busy and they had to ring out several food orders before I could get just a drink.
