As a notary, she should know the membership benefits instead of trying to charge members for services they're entitled to receive. She also claimed that AAA doesn't provide envelopes for mailing documents. That was simply false. I had the exact same notary service at this same AAA office just one week earlier, and another notary had no problem providing an envelope. The inconsistent information and poor attitude made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating. If Rosie is unsure about AAA's policies, she should verify them instead of giving incorrect information to customers. AAA needs to ensure its employees understand member benefits and provide consistent, professional service.
