I was a bit worried soliciting their luggage service given the few and negative ratings. However, I had a great experience so would like to share- I had a late night flight on a Sunday and had to check out of my Airbnb at 11. My friend and I had 2 suitcases, and since we planned walking along Venice Beach and relaxing in Santa Monica before heading out, we didn't want to lug our things around (no car). Our flight confirmed they will take bags up to 4 hours before check-in, so things were not looking favorable. I looked up airport baggage storage and received these guys contact info. I called them up and the process was quick easy. I met them at LAX and they arrived on time and friendly. The exchange was only a minute- they took our luggage on spot and gave us a TTL cost estimate (which I appreciated having up front without asking) and we were on our way. When we returned to our flight for check-in, gave them a call and they were there to return our stuff within 30 mins, paid, that was it. All our stuff was returned exactly as was before. Their website says they are open 4am-midnight, you can just call and they'll pick up your luggage. I called 4 times between 5:30am and 6am, and they never answered. This resulted in my having to check in an extra luggage and travel with it for 2 days. Don't count on this company. Seek other options before you travel. read more

Terrible customer service. I called to have my bags dropped to me. Without listening the man on the other end just said yes I'll meet you at arrivals. I had to firmly tell him he was dropping bags and needed my reference number and that I want him to meet me at departures. He wouldn't listen and kept saying he would meet me at arrivals and HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and told him I'm paying for a service, I was told all I need to do is call when I needed my bags and where they needed to be dropped and I would have them in 20 minutes. I demanded they be dropped at departures. He finally arrived and wanted me to pay him before giving us the bags, which I refused until I had my bags. I wouldn't recommended them to anyone and am sure there is a luggage storage place with much better customer service. read more

I used these guys yesterday to store 2 pieces as I had about 13 hours before my flight and didn't want to drag my luggage around LA all day. When I dropped my bags off, they were in great condition. When I called to let them know I was at the airport and needed my bags, they told me that they would meet me in the arrivals area. I thought that was odd as it required me to go to them rather than they meet me at departures, as I was departing, but I did it anyway. The guy meets me and I get my bags and pay him. as I'm heading into the terminal I notice a strange 'thumping' on one of my bags, but I initially attribute it to the ground. It wasn't until I was inside on a smooth surface and notice that the problem is still there that I discover that BOTH of the wheels on my suitcase are damaged. Airline luggage handlers treat your bags better than these guys do, so do yourself a favor and find some place else or just rent a car and store your luggage in it. I think that might be a cheaper solution anyway, but it certainly would be given the cost to repair your suitcase after these guys are done with it. read more

We stored our bags here for 4 days while we travelled with hand luggage only to New York. The company was in a convenient location and we received friendly efficient service. When we returned to LA we just had to ring them and they delivered our bags to the airport - the bags had been well looked after. Since they're open 24/7, we didnt need to worry about being on time with our flights or anything. It was slightly annoying that they charged per calendar day - we dropped our bags off at 8:30pm and were charged a full day for that day. read more

A negative experience, based on: 1) Pricing schedule. They charge by the calendar day, which as other reviewers have noted, is unfair and illogical if you need overnight storage. 2) Unprofessional and unreliable. When I called for the drop-off an hour before my flight, they told me the was "a problem with the shuttle" and could I please catch a taxi out to their location so I could pick up the bag myself? Sounds like a bad joke. They had to recruit a random guy in a pickup truck to bring me my bag, which arrived a half-hour later and barely in time for the flight. Sketchy! read more

We stored our kite surf bags with LAX Storage for a layover in the city. After a phone call to LAX, they sent us a driver to pick up the bags. The driver was at our arrival terminal within 15 minutes. He gave us just a handwritten note with our "Ticket No" and the price for the storage, which was a total of $165 incl pickup and delivery (to be paid when we get the luggage back). The driver left and we didn't have a good feeling about the whole thing... Anyhow, a few days later we called LAX again to deliver the bags to our departure terminal. She reminded us to have the $165 ready in cash and told us the driver will arrive in 10min. After 15min the driver arrived with our bags at the terminal - so far so good. But then he told us, that the bags are quite heavy and for this reason another fare applies which leads to a total of $182. We told him that the lady on the phone confirmed the price of $165 just a couple of minutes ago. He told us its not his fault, the guys at the storage facilities just realised upon sending out the luggage, that the bags are too heavy. He wouldn't give out the bags and we shall call the office. So, we called again and complained, the lady at the office didn't know anything about the price adjustment, confirmed us the 165 again and called the driver to give us the bags for the price we agreed on. Looks like either the driver wanted to do some extra cash for himself or maybe LAX plays this game regularly. This is not serious business!!! read more

Their business is ripping off tourists - do not use unless you're up for a fight. As a part of our honeymoon we went on a trip to NY for 3 days. It was towards the end of our trip and I did not want to cart 3 extra bags around with us. I looked into this company and found very little info. Using the rates on their website, I calculated that "Average size check in luggage" is $10 a day. I worked out that with the $5 pc drop off fee it would be $105. I called ahead to advise that we were running late and asked if someone was in the office. The man said he was and he'd see us when we got there. Upon arrival he was not there and had to come back from the terminal, making us even later. I dropped the bags to him when he returned and he did some calculator maths. He came to $165 (not $105). We asked why it was so high and to break it down for us so we could see how he came to that number. He said "Oh so sorry I'm bad at maths". That would have been fine if he weren't using a calculator but anyway....He then came to $150 and wrote that down saying that was his final offer. I got the "rates" page of their website up on their phone. He confirmed that these rates were correct but advised me that there was 10% state tax. I had not added this in, giving him the benefit of the doubt, I told him that would still be $115.5 not $150. He then advised me that the bags were not $10 they were $15. The only thing on their rates which is $15 is a bicycle. These were normal size check in bags, they have to be regulation because we brought them all on a plane from Australia! It was quite clear at this point the man in the office was taking advantage of the fact that we were already late for our flight and did not have time to argue with him. I argued with him on the size of the bags, he said that one of them was quite big and heavy. They were all standard sizes but yes one was about 30 kgs, not the standard 23kgs of check in luggage. On the website, large suitcases are $12 so I told him I would be willing to pay $12 for that heavy suitcase but the other ones should be $10. He did some more calculator maths. He came to $146. Yet another random number which was way too high. I told him that we would pay the correct amount per their website when we returned but I did not have time to argue with him now and we left. When we returned, I knew we would have further problems so I wrote down a break down of the cost so I could hand it to the man who is "bad at maths". 2x 20kg check in size suitcases @ $10ea/day x3 days =$60 1x 20+kg check in size suitcase at $12ea/day x3 days =$36 Drop off fee $5 per bag x3 bags =$15 Sub total = $111 10% tax =$11 Total =$122. I got $125 ready to hand him. I called him and after 20 minutes he came to the kerb and gave us our bags. I gave him the money and the calculations explaining why it was $125 not $146. This did not go down well. Him- "No you need to give me the number written on the ticket" Me - "You've written 3 numbers down on this ticket and all 3 are wrong. $122 is the correct amount" Him- "No no no, I take my bags back until I'm paid" He tried to take the bags back off me and I stopped him. We argued like this for a good 15 minutes. I kept trying to explain my maths but he would not even look at the paper. He threatened to call the Police numerous times but I welcomed this because he was trying to take our bags forcibly and I knew I was right. Eventually the Police came because of the commotion. After the situation was explained, they could easily see this man was trying to scam us of our money and told him to take the $125 and to give us a receipt. He eventually did this and the nightmare of LAX Luggage Storage was over thanks to the LAPD. I contacted the company via email explaining the incident to the manager asking for a response before I posted this review but got no answer which further satisfies to me that this is a dodgy company and ripping off their customers is their business model. read more

Like one of the other reviewers stated, I was a bit nervous leaving my luggage here considering the low rating and reading some of the other experiences. My friend and I were in a bit of a bind, considering that our AirBnB checkout time was at 11am, but our flight wasn't until 7pm. We each had large bags that we would be checking and definitely didn't want to tour around LA with 2 large luggages OR be stuck at the airport for 8 hours. We arrived at LAX Luggage Storage and Andy gave us the price for luggage storage ($14 to pick up, $19 for him to deliver it to our terminal) and to pay at the time we dropped off or luggage or when we were meeting him at the terminal (cash only). We initially thought we'd have him deliver it to us at our terminal, but we ended up doing more sightseeing than we thought and were running short on time. We simply called Andy, told him our dilemma, and that we'd change our plans and pick up our luggage from the store instead. Andy was professional and polite and we were in and out of the luggage store in a matter of two minutes (maybe less). I would highly recommend this business for people with early check out times and late departures; it's minutes from the airport. I will definitely be using this service on my next trip to LA. What a smart business idea! This should definitely be available in more cities, especially for people like me who avoid hotels in order to enjoy the authentic feeling of being a part of the city and using AirBnB. They originally quoted me $47 because it counted as two days. I said their website's pricing seemed much lower, to which she replies "everyone says that. People must not be able to read" I walked out and went next door to Enterprise and rented a car for $36 - stored the bags in the trunk and had a car. read more

Just dropped my car off on Friday. Staff is friendly and efficient, even at 5 am! Jose got us in and and out in less than 5 minutes. Usbaldo was our shuttle driver. The shuttle is clean and its a quick drive to the airport. Reasonable prices for parking and they offer different services if you want your car washed, or smog'd! read more
