The manager sweet-talked me into their membership special: two months of "premium service." I should've taken that as my first warning sign. After the first wash, I very generously tipped the kind lady and started to pull out, only to notice my truck was still filthy. The back seat? Untouched. The rear floorboards (which I specifically asked them to clean)? Nope. The smudge on my windshield? Still staring at me like it knew how this was going to end. I turned back, hoping this was just a rare slip-up. The manager assured me they'd "make it right" and ran the truck back through. When I got it back, guess what? Still dirty. I had to wipe out the cupholder myself because apparently that was too much to ask. The back seat hadn't been vacuumed. The back window was still smeared. The seats looked like no one even glanced at them. I wasn't expecting full-on detail work, but I was expecting basic competence. Instead, I got a shiny membership bill and a truck that looks like it went camping in a dust storm. If this is The Wash Tub's idea of "premium service," I'd hate to see what their basic wash looks like.

It has a place to hang your mats while you vacuum them AND an air sprayer to get dust out of the mats. The air blower is also incredible for getting the 'impossible to reach' area under the seat & blows all debris out so you can snag it w/ the vacuum. I had the worst experience with this car wash. I had gone a road trip and my car really needed a…read moregood cleaning. I decided to take it and let the "professionals" do it. I paid $100 for them to clean it, it took almost 3 hours which i was okay with. When the detail manager gave me my car back there were streaks in the inside of the windshield, I asked him to clean it. I decided to walk around the car and the entire back gate was covered in dry dirty water, the back window was extremely bad, as i walked around the car it was worse, like no one dried the car. once i sat in the car i noticed they did not clean the middle cup holder area which is one of the things I made sure to tell them i wanted clean. The screen where the speedometer is, was sprayed with something but never wiped down. The windshield where the wiper blade was never picked up and cleaned. I figured for $100 bucks to clean a car it should be done bare minimum but nope. when I said something the "manager" said he didn't notice cause my back was open. I thought they walk around the vehicle before returning it to the customer. Then when I asked to speak to a manager I had to wait 10-15 min. it was just a shit show!
