I had a very unpleasant experience at your place on Babcock road yesterday 1/14/2026. i was wiping my expedition down and the one next to me had loud speakers on. When I brought it to driver's attention I was ignored. Just go here y'all! Like $10, they even help u pay when u drive up instead of doing the awk lean hard out ur car thing to insert the chip lol. Car wash is cool and modern and gets the thing done! No damage ever bc it's on a moving track so ur not driving thru it gets guided. They bring u a free couple towels, vacuums free, free rug cleaning, and they hand u a free car freshener. Took my brand new 2025 Tundra Platinum into Bubble Bath. I have an unlimited wash plan. I was the first vehicle through the wash on Aug 25. I had the new truck for less than a week (purchased on Aug 18, 2025) and the wash scratched my hood in 13 places. I contacted the manager on duty and told her the brush had scratched my hood and asked if the brushes were cleaned. She said it rained the night before so that was why they were dirty. She took pictures and my information and said I would be contacted by the manager in 2-3 business days. Today marks a week and no-one has contacted me. By the way, my truck had 101 miles on it when the damage occurred. I do not recommend the bubble bath car wash. Previously, I had asked for a refund of my 8 month prepaid fee but this business does not give refunds. Very poor business practices. read more

The two locations I go to is the Roosevelt and Pleasanton Bubble Car Wash. Both places are customer friendly and are on top of their game. The location on San Pedro, very primitive!!! Not customer oriented at all. Went there once and that's all it took for me to say, never again!!! But the other locations, Roosevelt and Pleasanton, will not disappoint!!! Went in to put complaint and claim and the guy just hands it to me broken and says sorry... umm sorry, is that it? I was like no not sorry I need to put info in and get some information from you. He proceeds to make a claim on a piece of paper and then say that's it. I asked for contact info and he wouldn't give it to me, I said ok manager or DM, owner?.. nope can't do that... I'm like ok so who do I have as a point of contact?... customer care. Wow! I've been in retail for 15 years, store director and all. Worse service ever! I asked for my money back at least. He said I can't since you already got the wash! I was like YEAH! Are you serious?.. not even a refund for inconvenience BECAUSE OF DAMAGES?... HE SAID NO! At one location, the attendants will provide you with a towel to dry your vehicle; I didn't receive that here. Usually, someone will scrub your windshield and grill; I did not receive that today. You roll up, literally and an attendant gets a quick soapy wipe in on your windshield maybe the front hood too depends who's doing it I've noticed not all do but definitely prefer/appreciate it and guides you in the machine and what not do the rest. My car has come out clean every time. I then stop and use the free vacuum,s along the side and clean out my car. Easy Peazy. And a plus for me is I love the wall of happy meal lookin toys that looks like they probably all came from ppl cleaning out their cars and left behind/trashed a kids toy that was left under the seat. Got a regular wash today, and in the middle of the tunnel the car wash turned off. They were able to turn it back on and my car was fine. It took me a while to find a working vacuum because most of them were taken and the two I stopped at were not working. As I drove off, I noticed my windshield started forming spots on just the driver's side and both my side mirrors had spots as well. I think my check-ins show how much I love this place. Very convenient. Not expensive. And they do a great job. I prefer this location because the workers enjoy what they're doing. I watched a guy scrub down the grill of a pick up truck, dance his way to the back of it, clean the backside, and then smack the back of the pickup truck (like smacking a butt) to let the truck on it's way into the tunnel. So comical and enjoyable to watch haha Pull up to a booth, make your choice, pay and head into the tunnel. If you pay for the membership, pull up to the booth and wait for the boom barrier to open and you drive right in. One of the attendants will scrub the grill & windshield of your vehicle, another one will guide you into the tunnel and tell you when to go into neutral. After that, sit back and enjoy the wash. They offer cloths for drying, vacuums to clean your interior, and air to fill up your tires! Again, very convenient. read more

Listen I'm realistic. When I go through a self service drive-thru car wash I'm not expecting a perfectly thorough wash, I'd go to a detailing car wash for that. I use the drive thrus because they're fast and convenient, I expect there to be missed areas and water spots. I had gone through the drive through portion and was using the vacuums when the manager walked over to me and said that he noticed some bug remnants still left on my hood and grill. He told me to take my car through the drive thru again, free of charge. I was like, ok sure! That was really nice of him, no other car wash has done that for me. So my car got extra clean, it was pretty great. I give this location five stars for excellent customer service plus they have plenty of vacuums that are fairly decent. read more
