Would give zero stars if I could. Can't comment on all the barbers there but the one old guy that was cutting hair today (all the other barbers were dyeing hair) was absolutely horrendous. His attitude was bad and his skills were even worse. He also didn't seem to speak much English and lost his patience multiple times when explaining to him what I wanted. And when I asked him to fix things he started doing passive aggressive things like spraying water into my face. Guy is a menace that should be fired. read more

And when we left it looked a little off but I thought it was just the wind. Helen T is awesome! She highlighted my hair so that it would blend into my old bayalage. She paid extra attention each step of the way and I never felt rushed. I was there for about 3 hours and she checked to make sure it was actually turning blonde rather than the orange hue. The ladies were all very nice and they didn't talk about the customers in Vietnamese (as some places do). Price: I paid $90 for my highlights and haircut. I dropped in mid day during the week, and didn't have to wait. Lily cut my hair the way I asked, did it fast, was friendly, and only charged $10. She also trimmed the sides of my beard and gave it a nice shape. I work during the holiday season as a professional Santa. Lily offered to bleach my beard when I need it done and quoted me a very good price. I plan on taking her up on it late June to get ready for "Christmas in July." And I'm sure I'll see Lily before that for another cut. read more

You guys have to ask for HELEN! I had never ever put any sort of dye or color in my hair. I told her this and she made me feel so at ease! She cut my hair so gently, and she did exactly what I wanted to the T! I told her I was thinking about some color and she suggested a balayage... Not a good experience. To start with they made me wait longer than some one who came after me. When my turn came, the lady passed a rude comment about my hair being sticky. She did a shoddy job and kept complaining my hair Was curly etc. She raised her voice and almost yelled when I asked her to cut a bit more and make it a bit even. I left the place with an unprofessionally done hair. I would never go there again. read more

This has been my "go-to" hair salon for almost ten years and I've keep on coming back due to their great service, friendly workers, great prices, and talented stylists. I always go to them to get my haircut, hair colored (either full head or highlights), and to get my eyebrows done. If I am attending a special occasion (e.g. a wedding, sweet 16, etc.) , I also go here to get my hair done and they do an excellent job. I always love going here for haircuts and for hairstyles. The ladies are really nice and they always accommodate me. I always had a specific hairstylist until she didn't work there anymore. But then after she had her baby she came back and she still just as good. All the women are good but the prices do fluctuate sometimes. I wouldn't mind going back but sometimes it's hard to get an appointment. Not too bad though compared to many other places since it's really close to my house and it's very convenient and cost-effective. Their haircuts are good but it's not the most hygienic place you've ever gotten a haircut. I always shampoo my own hair before I go here. read more

When I first walked in I asked the lady how much it would be to get my hair shampoo'd and blow dried. She took a look at my hair and said "why you have so much hair", ignoring her comment I still went ahead to the back where the girl started washing my hair. I told her I don't want conditioner just shampoo. Her nails were so long it felt like she was stabbing my scalp and was not gentle at all. When it came time for the blow drying, the same lady who made a comment earlier said "why your hair so long, it don't look good, get a haircut". I have been coming to this salon for about 15 years. They are cheap and give good haircuts. I have lately realized that it has not been clean. There is always hair all over the floor that sticks to your shoes and the counters are covered in so much dust. The outdoor windows are super dirty. The salon is not well taken care of. I am "assuming" the tools are also not being cleaned. If they don't start cleaning the store and taking care of it, I am going to stop coming. It is very sad in my opinion. I only gave it 5 stars to be sure they get this review. read more
