I'm blown away by the skills of the women that work at the shop and how caring they are. I've had fillers twice before in my life and wasn't really happy with them. I have been getting my lips done for almost 10 years and this is THE BEST they have ever looked!!! I have been to a few other places for lip filler in the past and after my old injector of 4 years moved, I decided to give this place a try. They recommended I try Versa instead of juvederm (what I had been getting in the past) for fuller but more natural looking lips as I didn't like how the filler would migrate and give me the duck lip appearance. Additionally, my natural lips are very asymmetrical so I am very picky about who injects my lips (I've had people make them look even more asymmetrical in the past). Katie did a great job overall! For my first time getting fillers I have to say this was a pretty traumatic experience. I asked upfront about potential side effects and was told to expect minor swelling and probably little to no bruising. Clearly that was very far off from what actually happened. I have been reading a lot about this and it seems that hitting a blood vessel seems to be a rare occurrence typically due to incorrect positioning of the patient or incorrect technique. My lips were distorted and blistering and then turned purple the next day. It was very scary and distracting. When I called to complain they told me that this was "normal." so i came in here from a Groupon ... i just wanted botox, and while they are very nice and comforting to you when you walk in, the actual product injected was GOD AWFUL. They are scammers here -- they put in saline all up in that syringe (which a lot of med spas do because it's a cheap substitute instead of botox which is expensive) when i called them out on it, all they did was offer my another free service, they never DENIED the claims that they put all saline in the needle. How do i know that it's mostly saline? because the botox wore off almost immediately and i am very careful at keeping up. read more

HIDDEN FEES that weren't advertised. i was referred here by a friend who had gotten undereye filler and had good results so i figured id check them out for myself. Booked the groupon online for 1cc restylane and another 0.5cc of the same. I booked an appointment for the same day but the receptionist proceeded to tell me there waa a $175 fee for administering the filler because it was a "specialty area". i made a few phone calls to other offices and they were just as shocked as i was about the hidden fees they were trying to pry from me.(mind you their groupon deal advertising 50% off is just a scam bc its still more expensive than most other places with discounted rate!) Overall, i really just think these are sales techniques they use to get the most money out of their clients.. 0/10 recommend unless u like playing unnecessarily extra for things! read more

I found this place on Groupon for a full syringe of juvederm ultra I think it was. I was nervous at first because I'm fair skinned with red hair and bruise very easily. They were running 15 minutes late and let me know hours before the appt which I really appreciated them letting me know before hand. When I arrived they took me back right back. I had Dianna and she was amazing. They were all very nice I'm very happy with my results I was barely bruised which is good for my skin type. I have been a client for some time but my last three visits have been total failures and complete wastes of time. The first two visits the treatments were not completed due to scheduling errors and overbooking. On my third visit I walked out after waiting 40 minute and being admittedly forgotten by the owner. I asked for a refund and was refused due to their computer being down. So now I have to dispute the charges. Each time making an appointment has always been difficult. The office staff is largely incompetent and unable to complete basic tasks without calling or consulting with the owner. Pricing is inconsistent and poorly explained. While the owner appears well intentioned nothing has been done to address or correct these errors. I cannot in any way recommend this establishment unless you are a fan of wasting your time and money and enjoy thorough incompetence. read more
