This is a nice addition to Water Street Henderson. When you walk into the place, it's very pleasantly. The booths are comfortable. The waiter Tom is quite nice. First impressions are good. Great first experience at this newly renovated spot. We enjoyed Hardway 8, but we love the revamped look and menu. Very 'old Vegas' vibe. Classy atmosphere, excellent music selection, fantastic service, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. Started with the brussels sprouts, followed by a steakhouse burger and the lunch special 1/2 kale caesar salad and 1/2 caprese panini. Would recommend all of it. The beer, cocktail, and happy hour offerings are great. There is a lot of turnover on Water Street, but I really hope this places thrives for a long time. I can absolutely see this being a weekly night-out spot for the wife and me. read more

Hardway8 used to be our "go to", so we were sad when we heard it was closing... safe to say the change was AMAZING! It's absolutely beautiful inside! The food was fantastic and you still have very decent prices for delicious and gorgeous food! Friendly service, great drinks (try the lavender mule) and amazing food! We ordered an appetizer of Brussel sprouts that were good, the beer was not very cold for draft beers, and when the burgers showed up they were small, i meal like kids size small and maybe 10-15 fries that were not hot. i had the steakhouse burger that was cooked beyond well done but yet was not hot enough to make the cheese melt. We came here because we had a flyer that stated that CCSD administrators would get 25% off their bill for admin appreciation week. Upon receiving our check the first time there was no discount after having already showing the flyer. The waitress apologized and came back with a new check with 20% off not 25%. We paid it at 20% but inquired as to the mistake. She was going to recalculate the check again but we had already paid so instead they bought a round of drinks which was outstanding. It's here where things got out of hand. The manager belittled the waitress for the mistakes and made her cry. Really!! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. Last night, Monday night, my wife and I decided to do a little bar hopping for the first time on Water Street. We have heard about the businesses along the street but had never been. (Even tho we live 15 mins away) We started at 5:45 pm and went to an Irish sports bar that was playing the football game, Ohio v ND. A little too loud for us and we walked across the street to BLVD Grill. Looked inside and it was definitely our vibe. It reminded us of a high end locals spot that served great food and better drinks. A tall, slender black gentleman (Using descriptions because we didn't get any names, sry) approached us and asked if we had reservations. We did not, but he said that wasn't a problem and sat us down. He asked us if it was our first time there, which it was and he said he was glad we found the place and was just a down to earth, cordial man. Good Start. We sat and a pleasant waitress greeted us, she was 26 yrs old and looked maybe Hawaiin. Super cool and friendly. We ordered a skinny margarita and an old fashion. Came back absolutely perfect. We loved the drinks. Wife ordered the Ribeye (pictured) and since I don't eat beef I ordered the pork chop, but substituted the asparagus for the charred Brussel sprouts. (pictured) I could go on and on how good the food was and the service. Could not have asked for a better night treated by some cool people. OMG, we are still talking about the next time we will return. We ended up ordering the dessert of fudge brownie and ice cream. Delicious. As the dinner ended, the First Gentleman came over and made sure everything was perfect, which it was. We were told the night we went was a little slow but on the weekends not can get crazy busy so reservations are always recommended. The bill, with tip came to a very reasonable $140. My rating would be more like 3.5 stars. Read a lot of great reviews and was looking forward to trying this place. Got there a little before my reservation and went to the bar. Bartenders were really nice and pleasant. Good service. Bar had a nice setup with hooks for purses and power outlets under the bar so you could charge your phone if needed. Had a couple drinks and it was dinner time. Sat down for dinner and ordered the crab and shrimp dip as an appetizer. The waitress said I'll bring some more bread as it doesn't come with much. So we were like sure that works. Only to find out later on it was an extra $2 charge for the bread. Would have been nice to know that up front. As far as dinner we ordered the seared shrimp ravioli and the NY steak. The raviolis weren't all that great unfortunately and really not worth the $22. It was about 8 raviolis and 8 smaller sized shrimp with a little salad in the middle. The NY was pretty good value, as it had good flavor and came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All in all not bad, nice little place that you can tell is pretty new still. But just a little disappointed in a few things. May go back and try again. We will see. read more

We were greatly immediately and the host was very friendly. Once we got seated our server Rachel was very polite and informative. The teamwork was great and everyone was very attentive. The service was good I just wish Airis would of communicated with me a scoop of ice cream was $6 the scoop was so small. My wife and I made reservations and were very excited to check out a new restaurant in downtown Henderson. It was the second night of the grand opening weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised at the calm & laid back atmosphere with very attentive service. We were about 20 min early and enjoyed a couple of the specialty cocktails listed on the drink menu. The bar staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the drinks offered. We had an amazing & entertaining server named Michael that never skipped a beat. We had the Street corn nachos to start and also LOVED our steak salad & BLT sandwich entrees. Decided to give this place a try walked past it a few times and finally went in to try. To start the staff is very pleasant good comes out really quick not much on the menu feels more of a place to have drinks and appetizers. The venue is very nice and clean best part was the live music they had we stayed longer than planned because of the live music. The first time we came after it changed from Hardway 8, we were very impressed. It's a whole different vibe and ambiance but it really works. The food and service are absolutely incredible. Jackie, the bartender, is so personable, outgoing, and caring. She amplifies the overall experience immensely.
