Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

In for oil change, made appointment, got in right away , then the fun began. Had had the brakes done in May but not by HC of B ( PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS) . I informed service advisor of this and expressed with disgust that i needed NO BRAKES. I wanted to talk with the mechanic but was denied the opportunity and advisor said he would talk to him/her and to wait in waiting room . After some time , I was asked to step into the service lane for discussion. I was told technician DIDN'T actually check the brakes , they went off the previous report from March 2026. I was given a FREE oil change and the inspection report was not given to me but I went on-line and printed it off. The reflection of piss poor inspecting and reporting not only put the Service Advisor in a bad situation , it speaks loudly that the dealership itself is being put in harms way . it may have been the last visit to , once , my favorite service dept. All new faces too !! Must be an omen . And BTW...have been a regular since 2018 . EXPERIENCE rating based on the lying and dishonesty by the technician and not by the service advisor . But...it reflects on the WHOLE DEALERSHIP .

I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

However, my recent interaction at the Dodge location--with Jeff, the Manager--was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Woodhouse or any dealership. When I asked to test-drive a Corvette--priced at approximately $75,000--Jeff became immediately defensive. I explained that I am exploring several options, including the Corvette, an Audi, and other vehicles, and simply wanted to drive the car before making a decision. Given my long history with Woodhouse, I did not believe this was an unreasonable request. Jeff refused to provide his business card, raised his voice, and ultimately asked my son and me to leave. He even stated that "people drive them when they purchase them," which I found hard to believe and inconsistent with industry practice. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. I have never witnessed a manager react in such a triggered and defensive manner. If I--or any employee on my team--behaved this way in front of a customer, I would expect immediate disciplinary action. After this experience, I will not be returning to Woodhouse. It's clear that my business is not valued, and I will purchase elsewhere. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had.

I bought my Forester here, so have been using them for my first 3 years maintenance. During a…read moreprevious visit, they failed to rotate the tires, and I had been charged for the rotation (I always mark the tires to make sure they are moved). They said it was miscommunication between the service center and checkout that the fee wasn't removed. They did comp me the service and said they would correct the issue. Last month I brought it in again, stressing I would like the tires rotated with the oil change. After it got completed, I checked again, and the tires were not rotated, but I had been charged again for that service. I texted them to confirm they were rotated, and their notes from technician said they were rotated. I forwarded them pictures showing no visible sign the tires were moved, so they offered a 25 credit for my next service. I asked again why not a rotate, and then I was given the response about tire wear being less on the front, so they don't want to rotate worse tires to the front. Had that been the first response, it would have been more understandable. But this is a repeating issue of being charged for services not completed. My trust has been broken with this service center. I also recommend you mark your tires if using this location to ensure you are getting the service they are charging you for and not being a victim of "miscommunication" between the service center and billing area.

He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? My vehicle had only six miles on it when I took it home, yet no one installed the required front license plate bracket--even though the state mandates a front plate. Before filling my tank or giving the required full charge, he asked me to complete a review for him. I never received a full charge from them (I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe)--not at purchase and not since. The biggest issues came from the finance department. When I confronted him about the numbers, the price was quietly adjusted--but he took my tax break for himselves without informing me or asking for permission. That alone was beyond unacceptable. The only reason I've returned at all is because the purchase included a couple of free oil changes. I'm here today for a SCHEDULED oil change and was just told it will take an hour and fifteen minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. This dealership has been nothing but a headache.
