The pickled veggies and jalapeños give it the best combination ever! You can have the any ingredients taken out or have it on the side. The teas are Buy 1 Get 1 Free. I like Milk Tea Pudding. Thai tea is also good but I suggest opting for 1/2 sugar because the condensed milk makes it very sweet. I get it without ice too. There are a lot of other food options. You can dine in or take out. The dine is has limited seating but I've never seen it full. Restroom is "out of order" but you can ask for them for a key code3274 They have desserts, egg rolls, spring rolls, etc. Service is what you expect. Don't expect quality service. Let's not let appearances stop you from coming. The location is a little sketchy and homeless tend to be by the bus stop from time to time. But, the food is good and affordable. People come also just to buy their fresh made baguettes. Some of the fried items tend to sell out quickly. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews unless I am being honest. There was literally a dead fly in my bahn mi sandwich. I bought the buy 2 and get 1 free. I'm returning all of them when I'm done with my meetings. I still have the receipt. I'm pretty grossed out from what I saw. There are also some other packaged goods you can buy that are located by the register. I got two bbq pork and one of the ham & meatloaf (#1). Since I was getting to go, I requested the veggies on the side. I got a package of the shrimp spring rolls. Overall, this food lasted me about 2-3 meals - dinner that night (a sandwich and the rolls) and two sandwiches I just ate at random times the next day. Only wanted to sell pre-made products, which they were specifically told I have an allergy to an ingredient in the already made spring rolls. There were no customers, and she claimed that they were too busy to make anything. Came at 4:00pm, and they wouldn't make anything. It's ridiculous. We even attempted to buy the spring rolls, because only one of us has the allergy (and was fine to go hungry or find another place to eat, though incredibly inconvenient) as well as a dessert from their fridge, and then the manager even denied selling those items because she pushed us to buy more, saying she didn't want to sell using contactless payment under $10-which, post Covid, not many businesses require cash anymore. At that point, we were beyond frustrated with this old lady's blatant rudeness, obvious laziness to do any work, and refusal to accept any business. This is not the way to succeed in business. I don't hate it but I find it a bit hard to swallow because it feels like the bread is too dry. The baguettes are really toasted on top but don't let that fool you, it's not crispy at all. I do like that it doesn't cut up the inside of my mouth when I take a bite but I do wish that it was less dense and more fluffy. Prices are reasonable, 6.50 per sandwich, buy 2 get 1 free. I have been going there for a few years now. Also, stop by on my way to work to pick up breakfast and lunch. Reason price but portion got smaller after Covid.  Cashiers speak English and Vietnamese Apple or Android pay.. Fast foods and taste are okay for the price. Banh mi sandwiches buy 2 and get 1 free from #1 to 6. I always order #7 meatloaf with egg (most of the still lukewarm) for breakfast, it fills me up until dinner time. Noodles soup is well packed and you don't need to worry  about leaks.  Basic drink: buy 1 and get 1 free. Price is $6.  They also carry small cup ice cream from Tasty Locker, I don't think they sell it in the store but I have seen a few other Asian restaurants carry it. I don't know why this place has such a low rating considering how affordably everything is priced. It's not fancy Vietnamese food but it satisfies this Viet girl and her crew. We pick up sandwiches on our way to the beach or at the start of a long road trip and we are good. It saves me tons of time prepping, cleaning up, shopping for ingredients that I normally don't have in the house! I ordered a sandwich platter for my non-viet students last year and they LOVED it. Ordering for parties is always a breeze and they have everything ready and organized when I pick up. The seating area doesn't usually look clean and the area that the restaurant is located in is rough but it's hard complain, especially about customer service when I see the workers working so hard in such a small, hot kitchen all day for so little pay.
