FLAVOR (4/5): Good variety of food here despite it being all you can eat and drink! The highlight was definitely the sushi area specifically the sashimi! The rolls itself were a bit dry. The tacos were also super tasty along with the lobster mac and cheese. I would pass on the brisket and ribs as it felt a bit overcooked for my liking. They have game day specific popcorn flavors and a decent dessert bar. INSTAGRAM WORTHY (5/5): The food is beautifully displayed in a buffet line and the lounge area is super roomy! Lots of TVs and they even have a Sharks aquarium in the center. SERVICE (5/5): Everyone was super nice! They came to talk to us at the tables and got us ice and drinks when we needed it. It felt like a very welcoming and comfortable environment. With this being my first hockey game, I truly had a blast and the BMW lounge helped make it that much better! As a disclaimer, a friend of ours purchased this package and I can't comment on the price, but what I can comment on is the experience of the lounge and all it had to offer. Entering the lounge was a smooth experience, from the private entrance to being able to come and go as you please, this perk was great! You get a wrist stamp and this is checked upon every re-entry. The lounge had plenty to choose from for beverages and food. Whether you drink alcohol or not, there were tons of options, including an open bar with a bartender and a grab-and-go station for canned drinks. There was even a little wine station! The food was awesome. Some of the options included slices of tomahawk steak, oxtail & risotto, oysters, lobster tail, salads, and desserts brought out during the final portion of the game! Not to mention the typical game foods, like popcorn, wings, chicken tenders, and pretzels. Oh! And there was even a sushi station with actually good sushi! At times the lounge was busy (like during dessert time but you bet I waited in a line for fresh donut holes!) but most of the time it wasn't that bad at all; we always had a table to sit at for 5 people. The service was also amazing! Every time we were done with a plate, someone was there to pick it up for us. We were constantly checked on to see if we needed anything by the friendliest staff. This is a great addition to the tank. With your membership tickets, you will access the private entrance at the side of the building, check in at the concierge/reception area, get your wrist stamped, and then you may come and go as you please. Inside the lounge is a large buffet featuring appetizers, carved meats, sides, rolls, assorted salads, sushi, soups, cheese, charcuterie, desserts and more. There are several stations in order to avoid crowding or lines and what I had was very good.. in particular a fresh green salad with Israeli couscous and light, fluffy crab cake. There was also popcorn and hot dogs and such for kids. Complimentary cocktails are available at the bar but they do charge for top shelf. There is also a self service area for beer, wine, water and soft drinks. I noticed they are serving Miner Family wines, which are very good. The space is large, with plenty of comfortable seating, televisions tuned in to the game as well as other events, and although restrooms are located outside of the lounge in the main hallway they are just a few steps away. Expect some noise later in the game, after folks have had a couple drinks and are having a good time. No drama though... everyone is upbeat and social. We enjoyed chatting with a number of fun people. There are a variety of other perks as well... such as complimentary parking, meeting space and special events. This season, we figured we would just do a shark pack instead of a full season or half season since the recent addition to the family. We decided to go with some seats that have access to the BMW lounge for the all you can eat and all you can drink* It is not 100% open bar, you still have to pay for anything that is not a well drink (Well drink = hard liquor with a high chance of hang over) As for the food, some games have lamb, steak, sushi other games the food is just sad over cooked chicken and prime rib. The service however is always 100%!!but at over $300+ a ticket I would expect a better consistency in the food options. Also it's good to note that the warm food is always served pre game, 1st period Be prepared for a sugar rush during the second period, that is when they bring out all the sweets. TLDR: food options are not consistent, some games it's really good others it's over cooked chicken. read more

A new addition for the Sharks 2018 season, the BMW Lounge has elevated the pre-game experience exponentially from past years. First, access to the lounge is included with Chairman's seats which are rows 1 - 3 in the lower bowl of sap center. The entrance is accessible directly from Santa Clara street, I have included a photo of the BMW Lounge entrance sign from the street and attached it to this review. The Lounge is open before the game until the end of the 3rd period. I noticed that quite a few people hang out in the club for the entire game watching the sharks game simultaneously with the Warriors game on the HD TV's that are scattered around the club. The food and drinks are unlimited inside the club so most people seem to watch the game from their seats and walk the short trek back to the club for drink refills and food during intermission between periods. The food on offer includes a wide range of items such as prime rib, crab cakes, waffle fries, hot dogs, popcorn and various desserts. The food isn't the greatest but it is a notch higher than typical buffet fare; It is not quite on the same level as Michael Mina's Tailgate at the 49ers. The bar pours Miner wines and a wide variety of beers and spirits. This is a great new venue, I can't wait to visit again to cheer on the Sharks to yet another victory! read more

Super pricy, but well worth the money. What a great option! The first time I went to the BMW Lounge, it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be (given its was a preseason game). And the second I went regular season and boy was it packed! Given the amount of people you'd think that it would be bigger, but there were tons of places to sit and eat as well as standing tables.. so there was a place for everyone there. Service is wonderful, all the servers and bartenders are kind and attentive. Even the people serving the food have smiles on their faces. Food looks more exclusive than it actually is. Small plates of different items that rotate from game to game. I felt like there is something left to be desired but you can eat as much as your heart desires. It's also open throughout the game so you can enjoy it while the game is going on as well as intermissions. I would definitely say give it a try. Might not be everyone's cup of tea.. but it's definitely mine! read more

Love coming here during the sharks games. The drinks are watered down so go straight to the bar as they make them in front of you. The food is pretty good and you can have as much as you want. I look forward to coming here every time I come to a sharks game. Go sharks. read more

Ok, pricey as hell....but you get a much faster way into the event. Nice, clean bathrooms. Nice staff. The food is California cuisine at it's best. Buffet line so, if you wanted more, it was easy to get. The salads were fresh and yummy. Open bar. You can take a drink into the concert so long as it's in a plastic cup. Had a great meal and leisurely went to our concert, drinks in hand. read more
