I really wanted to give this place a try since I read all the positive reviews. I just moved back to California from Henderson NV and found out that my old mechanic retired, so I found these guys read their positive reviews and called for quotes. I first spoke to Danny and he advised that he would get back to me. He never did! I had to wait until Monday (today) to call back since I last called on a Friday. When I called again, I spoke to Mike, he just passed me back to Danny and didn't even bother trying to help me. Danny called back and apologize because he said "I slipped through the cracks" who says that to a new customer? He never did call me back again! After today, I feel like I dodge a bullet. If they can't return calls why would I trust them to work on my cars?! Hope they take 1 on 1 classes on customer service so this doesn't happen again read more

Great customer service! I brought my 1996 BMW 318i in for an electrical short. The gauges/cluster were not getting power. They took care of the problem. They are honest and have fair prices. And when I called the receptionist was the nicest I needed to bring in my car because I was having problems and after I went and got it fixed they gave me a list of things that I needed to get done/fixed from urgent to less urgent. I like that Mike and all the other gentleman here are super honest and we'll show you what they did and explain to you what work they did and why they did it and why the prices that they charged you is the price. I was looking to get a price quote for a head gasket problem. Being a woman I didn't really understand what that meant. I came here and spoke with Mike. He explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand. Told me the job could take 2 weeks tops. I had my car back within a week. He also ran into some other problems while under the hood and they saved all the old parts they replaced and he made sure to show them to me. Very professional. Bmw 335i, coolant reservoir cracked on the weekend and needed to be replaced. Saw BMW-Mini MDs on Yelp w great reviews so gave Mike a call n got a great price n quote to replace coolant reservoir n radiator as well. Very professional and kept me apprised of status of repair. I rarely right reviews. I'm writing one this time because I'm confident in what I'm going to share with you. Also because it is so rare in the automobile repair industry to find a trustworthy, experienced, clean and friendly shop. I have a 13 year old BMW 645i. I have had it repaired in many different shops. It has over 150K miles on it. Now that I've found this place I will NEVER take it anywhere else. I could go on and on with details about my experiences here, all good by the way, but I'll just share one. The car was in for a few different issues. My seat heater was one of the issues. After some research myself, and from what Mike at the shop told me, the heater is woven into the leather. In order to fix it, it would most likely require reupholstering the seat!! Lets just say it was not going to be an inexpensive repair. As much as I like the seat heater, I figured I would just dress warm and forget about fixing it! Well, after the other repairs were completed I picked up the car. I'm not even sure why I tried to use the seat heater, but I hit the button to turn it on. The darn thing worked!! I called Mike and asked him if he did anything to it. He said he was looking at the seat, checking the electrical connections related to the heater and found a short circuit. After spending time finding the problem, Mike took it upon himself to repair the wires. I asked him why the repair was not on my bill and he informed me that it only took a couple of hours!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT??? That's easily 2 or $300 hundred dollars, right? Well, he just fixed it and it's worked ever since. I've had a lot of work done on many cars (I'm 53 years old). Believe me when I tell you.... these guys are not only very good at what they do, but they are honest and good people. If your BMW or MINI needs repair, don't go anywhere else. read more

Very professional and nice over the phone, called to get a quote on my vehicle to have the turbos swapped out because my go to shop is booked for the month, I have had my stock upgraded turbos sitting for weeks and I'm becoming a child wanting them installed an tired of waiting lol, long story short spoke to bmw mini md and was told that the turbo swap was a 21 hour job to do. I was in disbelief, I contacted 90 percent of the German (bmw) shops from Rancho to Glendora and everyone stated it was a 14-16 hour job even the dealer quoted me 14.7 hours to do. BMW mini md may do good work don't get me wrong, I'm not wasting my time or energy to find out. Keep an eye out people, call local shops get quotes and hourly times. Dealer stated they would charge me 24xx to do the same job, with my stock upgraded turbos (upgraded internals, and upgraded wastegates) purchased from bmw and had dinan do the work. Bmw mini md quoted me the same as the dealer. Thanks anyways Ps. I updated my entire post to better fit my rating, I am not concerned about price so much it's what you charge for your time sorry if that's how it sounded, I am concerned about how your company adds extra hours of labor, higher than alldata, Mitchell, and ksd . Which i believe is looked down on with the bureau of automotive repair. This is the second time I have contacted you guys and have got the incorrect labor times. read more

A few years ago my son told me about these two guys (Mike and Danny) who started a BMW shop and he could not believe the level of service and quality of work they both provided. It was the best he had ever experienced and thought it was the best shop he had ever been too. So I thought I would bring my wife's car in for general service. First, two of the nicest guys you would ever want to meet and their attention to detail is off the charts. Fair prices and excellent work.
