My car was at BMW of Tucson for 3 weeks I initially set up an appt the week before for the following week Thursday to have an intermittent start issue checked out. The person I set up appt with did not identify themself as call center so I thought I was talking to dealer. Morning of appt car would not start so I sent it up by tow truck. The car arrived before noon and was not taken into the service shop for a week. I was informed that setting the appt was no guarantee of it being brought into the shop only the it got in the Q. I'd explained what the car was doing when appt was set, I also explained on the phone when I first spoke to service advisor but somehow it wasn't relayed completely to the tech. The issue was it would start and run if started daily b but if left 24 hrs it wouldn't start, tech was starting it every day and said he couldn't find the problem that there were no issues. I ended up trouble shooting the problem with manager at another dealership and ordered fuel pump and filter for tech to replace. Below it the state of condition my car was left in greasy finger prints and footprints all over leather and carpets, broken knob on clock adjust(he admitted using it but denied breaking it) and something is still wrong with fuel either air in line, or something hooked up incorrectly so car won't run if tank is below 3/4 tank. I don't dare and drive it the 88 miles back there for fear of running out of gas on the way as the car was right at 3/4 tank when I reached home and wouldn't restart I asked them to come get the car because I'm afraid it won't make it on 3/4 tank of fuel and was informed it would be my responsibility to get the car to them and they would give me no loaner to use while it's there. I took photos of condition of the car when I received it back. I've worked parts and service for BMW, Mercedes Porsche Audi and others for over 25 yrs This is not the type of service the dealers I worked for would have accepted. I still have a non running car basically and spent almost $800 for a diagnostic and install that the tech couldn't figure out himself and my car back to me with broken parts and grease covered leather and carpets

3 stars only because the Phone system sucks - tried for over 30 minutes and either no selection was received or rang off the hook. So we called the BMW general service number and they left word for the Tucson manager, who did call back. Traveling so not familiar with dealerships. Got in within a few hours and problem solved quickly for some Diesel engine critical fluid. Manager Barbara was very accommodating. Inside of dealership had lots of workstations as well as single seating near a tv. No social distanced seating.,Everything was very clean. Other than terribly unreliable phone system- recommend.

When I went to the dealership, they tried using my confirmation code to match the number on the board and said I didn't win and said they also ran out of earbuds to give to people who didn't win. I stated that the serial number determines the prize awarded, but they disagreed, even though it says it on the ad. When I was getting ready to leave, another employee talked to me and confirmed that it is the serial number you need to compare to the board, so no one at this place has the same information theyre sharing to people. Regardless, I made sure to compare the serial number to the board and didn't see a match either for some reason. My question is, What is the point of having the lottery card game and saying you need to match the symbols if it doesn't mean that you're going to win anything? That's false advertising. Additionally, I also called the "winners call" number (since I thought I won something since I had a match across on the lottery ticket) and entered in my confirmation code, and the line confirmed that I won a prize and it's been reserved, but why even have that number and make the person go through all these steps if the dealership says you lose anyway? Your ad is incredibly misleading and if you made tickets for everyone to "win" just so that they could come down to your dealership for a prize that doesn't exist, then that is super lame. If this is how your business operates, I can't imagine what sketchy "promotions" you'll lie to people about in order for them to buy a car. TLDR; business sent out lottery tickets and I got all 6 in a row; called the line and it confirmed I won a prize, went to dealership and they gave me incorrect information and also told me I didn't win anything and they ran out of consolation earbuds.

I even asked if adding a co-owner with strong credit and making a larger down payment would help, but I was told it would make no difference and that they would never approve it.What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff and especially the manager. Despite my flawless payment history and proof of consistent payments, I felt dismissed, judged, and not treated with basic respect. My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager.

Before moving to Arizona, I was under the impression car batteries would last for 3 to 5 years because that's how long they lasted when I was growing up.
