It is part museum, part restaurant 917 (not 1917), part cafe (speedster) and ultimately very Porsche. I am really not into cars, but a brat is, so I guess this experience is definitely up his alley. Best Christmas gift ever!! Easy to get to. Close to both 110 and 405 freeways. Large parking lot. Entrance and greeting is fantastic. Check in and get your personalized badge with lanyard matched to your specific car/drive experience. Can check out the facility and even the restaurant if you go when it's open. Meet your coach is where it begins. Fortunately I was paired with an absolutely amazing coach named Nate. Nate has an extremely friendly and welcoming demeanor, great at making you comfortable but while also pushing you and ensuring you gain new skills, increase confidence level, and overall have an amazing time. Highly recommend requesting Nate when booking your experience. I took out the 718 GT4 RS. Definitely recommend!! Super raw and visceral experience. The car sounds awesome. Mid engine is well balanced and tracks exceptionally well. Cannot recommend trying this highly enough. Can't wait to come back and try out a 911 GT3!!

Lately vibes are terrible. New manager is rude, seems to treat the staff as if they're incompetent. My kids notice. Doesnt have that welcoming vibe anymore. Look I understand manager has a role to keep the business moving, his lack of customer service, empathy, and bringing good vibes is next to zero. Have had multiple bad experiences here the past year. I usually keep it cool and flow with it. Frankly I don't want to recommend this place anymore.

It is definitely geared toward kids, but there is still something fun about getting behind the wheel and cruising around the track. Fast Pass is a must. Once you are in the car, it is simple just steer and hit the gas. The track keeps you on course, so it is stress free even if you are not the best driver. That said, the ride itself is pretty basic and has not changed much over the years. It is nostalgic, but compared to newer attractions, it can feel a little outdated. Still, if you are looking for a chill ride or visiting with kids, it is a solid choice. Overall, not a must do thrill ride, but a fun classic that is worth experiencing at least once.

Growing up, Utopia was one of my favorite attractions in Disneyland. However, once I turned 16 and…read morecould actually drive, it lost a lot of its charm. As you grow older, you realize how clunky the cars drive and how unnecessary loud they are (though I believe they are planning a revamp of the vehicles which could undo this side). Also, the line for the ride is so often unbelievably long. When I'm not here with kids, this is a ride I always skip. But, with that said, when we are here with my kids or nieces & nephews, seeing the joy on their facing knowing that they are 'actually driving' their own cars reminds me of why a ride like this exists. For kids who have never experienced that sensation beyond a video game, it's unbelievable. So if you have kids, absolutely go on Autopia. However, if you have a drivers license of your own, it might be worth skipping.

By the time I completed the registration there ended up being $18.69 in fees. Going into the race you have 2 options of picking your bib and/or items you purchased the day before the race OR picking it up the day of the race. If you decide to pick it up the day before is free and the day of is $5. Since I live in LA (The Valley) I was not about to drive 100 miles round trip the day before which was a Friday as well as taking the day off from work. I arrived 40 minutes before my wave at 8am (the first wave), and this was not enough time is the simple answer. Getting into the parking lot was busy as expected, but they had no staff directing cars to help speed entry into the parking lot. If you are doing a future run just cut over to the far left lanes and you'll get in the quickest. They did tell us ahead of time that parking was $20 cash only, but the week before they sent an email saying the parking lot was charging a $10 fee on top of the $20 making parking now $30. My question is who was getting the original $20 if not the parking lot company? I work for a venue and I know the Bubble Run wasn't getting the original $20 parking fee. They also were accepting credit card payments so you don't need cash. After parking which took about 10-15 minutes my friend and I stood in the pick up line for our bibs. An hour and 15 minutes later and seeing multiple waves start and finish the race we finally made it to the front and got our bibs. Paid the $5 fee which same as parking they accepted credit cards. The run itself was fine. It is for "fun" and there are no time clocks or actual "waves" for those who want to train. They had 4 bubble stations that are really fun and helped break up the run. The stations do get crowded and it would be nice to have a safe way to run past the stations if you optionally wanted to. They tried to color the bubbles and in some stations it worked in others it didn't. The blue station came home with me as my feet were blue after the race. The course itself is very bland and uninspired as you basically run through a parking lot with the exception of the drag strip which in my opinion should be the finish line. You have the built in bleachers for your friends and family to cheer you on as you finish. Not sure it was even remotely a 5K though, maybe a 3K run. All in I paid $54 for this "free" event that felt like it was organized and run by high school teenagers hosting a fundraiser for their soccer team.
