I rarely need to wear dress shoes, but a friend of mine let me know that we would be able to go to her wedding the day prior. I had to get my dress shoes out of storage, and I didn't have time to make it there until after work the next day. There were two scuffs in the rubber on the outside of the shoe and the wedding was in two hours! I took my shoes here five minutes before closing, asking what I should use to fix it. Isya is the owner and he is always there to take care of his customers. I have had 4 pair of expensive boots rebuilt because the boots were no longer comfortable. Isya not only replaced the soles but also rebuilt the insole with added cushion. My boots are custom made and the even the boot maker said they could not do what Isya did to make my boots comfortable.
