I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with French fries from this Bob Evans via DoorDash. The order was delivered fairly quickly. The Bacon Cheeseburger and French fries were packed in a nice takeout box. This was placed in a big plastic bag. No condiments or utensils were provided, which is a little disappointing, The Bacon Cheeseburger was grilled really good. It was topped with lettuce, tomatoes and onions but there were no condiments on top of the burger. The fries were a little oily and there were a lot of them. Probably more than the average diner would need. The burger tasted really good and the bacon was quite crispy. I really liked it and I would order it again. The fries were just okay but there were plenty of them. Condiments of ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard would've definitely enhanced my dining experience. The fries weren't crispy as advertised but they were good. I give this restaurant a solid 3 1/2 stars. The meal was good but I feel the order should've included some basic condiments (ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise) and some napkins. Everything was packed well and the presentation of the meal was good. This Bob Evans restaurant is a considerable improvement over the experience I had at the Bob Evans in Kettering. read more

The turkey was so dry it actually rolled up, the stuffing also dry and looked days old and the gravy must have been the last and no more then a teaspoon left in a container. the dinner with a small salad cost me $17.00. I now know why they have poor reviews. It took a few minutes to get seated since it was Sunday. Once seated it wasn't too long before the waitress came up to the table to get our drinks. I got unsweetened tea and my fiancé got a coffee. We had to flag her down a couple of times bc we were both out of drinks. I got the rise and shine and he got the meat lover breakfast. It took a very long time to get our food but once we did the food was horrible. My sausage was hard as a rock and when I flipped it over it was completely burnt. Both Pattie's were. I had to flag the waitress down and gave the burnt patties. No sorry about the burnt sausage. The potatoes were hard as a rock but undercooked inside. The eggs and biscuit were good. So the waitress brings me new sausages when I was almost done. They were on a plate and whatever they did it was in a pool of grease or whatever it was on the plate like they microwaved them. The center wasn't even cooked but raw. I left them on the plate. The waitress never came during our time there to ask how our food was. Nope. Sausage patties were like lumps of coal. Cornmeal was fried to a crisp. I like a good cornmeal, but they should've lightly fried it on the griddle instead of throwing it in a fryer and turning it into a grease ball...not edible. Hubby's hash browns were "flavorless" and his sausage links looked questionable. This place has gone downhill since Bob sold it. Not eating here again! read more

We just dined in for breakfast and everything was phenomenal. After reading the reviews we were a bit hesitant but it was excellent. Our server, Thea was FANTASTIC and the best server we've had at any restaurant in a very long time. Drinks were fast and always full, food was quick, hot, and delicious. Everything was really clean, and COVID social distancing/masks guidelines were being followed. It's not the closest location to our home, but we would go out of our way to return. The food was okay and what my husband I expected. The service, however, was a totally different story. My husband ordered the meat loaf dinner, and 20 minutes later, we still had not been served. When he went find out what was taking so long, they said the meat loaf. Since this item is one of their biggies on the menu, one would expect it to be ready to go almost immediately. When it came, it was fine. Our waiter was very apologetic; it was hardly his fault. Coffee refills were non-existent. Then, we went to pay our bill. We stood in line for 10 minutes with another couple with a child who was in front of us. They had already been waiting when we got to the cash register. We all waited while the young girl at the register took a complicated and long order on the phone. The manager was nowhere to be seen, or we would have said something to her. Just had lunch here. Not a good meal. I didn't think it possible to mess up a grilled cheese sandwich but I have been proven wrong. The five cheese grilled cheese sandwich I was served looked like it had been run over by a truck. It was sort of rolled over with the cheese squeezed out of the side. The cheese had burned on the griddle to a dark brown and formed a nearly indestructible armour over the sandwich. At least the fries were good. So they get one star for them. When I went to pay and was asked, how was my meal?, I said,. Not good, all I got was a raised eyebrow. So, save your money and perhaps a trip to the dentist and skip this location. Ordered breakfast to go...when I got to the restaurant the girl at the carry out area was reading a magazine and never would look at me to help me get my order. Finally another server came up from behind and helped. The girl that was reading the magazine only then got my order but never said a word...so rude! Never will go back. We went there on a Sunday afternoon. We were a party is seven and we're told that would be no problem. The waitress wouldn't put two tables together and we were separated. Three different orders were sent back twice for being cold. Glasses, cups, silverware were filthy. When we got here, there was only 2-3 tables seated. We thought it shouldn't take too long. 45 minutes later we had to ask where our food was. When they finally brought it, my sausage was pink on the inside, and they didn't bring all of our food out. My wife ordered a salad, and potato soup. They brought her soup out 30 minutes before her salad. We mentioned to our waiter that it was freezing inside. He said ok. We ended up opening a blind to let some sunlight in. Later on, a waitress came over to close the blind. She said another guest (that seated after us) complained about the light being in his eyes and requested the blind to be shut. Breakfast is still good, but can't count on quality of other items. Recent purchases included a turkey sandwich with reheated, tough, dark meat pieces and hunks of skin. Yuck. Pumpkin bread was totally mushy and fell apart. Chicken noodle soup no longer has a soup base -- it was thick and tasteless. Decaf coffee had no flavor and was cold. My food was fine. My companion's order was FUBAR - we waited twenty-thirty minutes after ordering for my waffle and bacon, and a pot roast hash. Waitress shows up and indicates THEY had just told her that there was no hash. While the two biscuits with half a slice of cheese and two strips of bacon were comped, it was a pathetic effort. This is my favorite Bob Evans in the area, the servers are always so kind. Whenever i come in with larger parties they are accommodating and i usually get sat within a reasonable time frame. The food is amazing, usually you get your food in about 10 mins which is pretty good especially if they're busy. The servers are very knowledgeable about the menu. The few times that I have placed a carryout they're always on top of it, having my order already ready not having to wait which is nice. This store is running so smoothly, doing everything right. They're so friendly at this location, if it's between this Bob Evans and another just go here even if it is a little farther it will be well worth it. read more

My son and I eat here often. The food is good and staff friendly. However, they drop the check shortly after you get the food. Which is fine, I understand it's to help people in a hurry.
