Having now been in the are for a few months I am loathe to say that Bob Evans is the only pleasant food surprise we have encountered locally. Any restaurant that can serve something better than a HungryMan meal will absolutely put every dining establishment in the are out of business. I don't understand as this area is crazy busy and has 24 hour traffic. God bless the chef that comes in here with a menu and a handful of fresh ingredients. The assistant manager here is so cool. He displays the epitome of Corporate Pride. He told me all about the REAL Bob Evans Farm, which is beautiful, and he has pictures on his cell phone he can show you (as well as some pretty cute cat pictures). All the food is good, its a big step above Dennys/Ihop for the same price, and the Family to go meals are awesome because if you pick the items right you can usually make 3 meals out of one $19 meal. My only complaint is the pancakes. It may just be me, but I do not like them, they have a funny taste. read more

The staff was courteous and the restaurant was clean. Though, My grandfather loved it and finished the food in a matter of minutes, I can't say i enjoyed the food very much. We come here nearly every Saturday. The staff is friendly, coffee is hot, food is consistent and fresh, and they always stop by to say "hi" to my boisterous kids. They often bring us biscuits fresh from the oven. They also accommodate special requests without hesitation. read more

Stopped for a late breakfast on the way back from Epcot. This is done right. Good food, nice service, fast, decent coffee. Plenty of attention without pestering. Bonus was it's far enough away from the theme park mob that you can actually get seated on a Sunday morning. Well done. read more

Great homestyle food for the whole family. This was our first time at Bob Evans and our experience was great. I would normally take off at least 1/2 a star for the table being wiped down but still left sticky and a fork and cookie on the floor but Adrienne took great care of us and corrected the offending items quickly. Me and my family are over here on holiday for 2 weeks over from England and are not very familiar with the restaurants. We have driven past Bobs several times over our trips out and decided one evening to stop in for dinner. So far that half a week we haven't had much luck with nice dinners but that all changed. Our server Catherine was so warm and welcoming ,made us feel right at home and met our needs to the max. We had been waiting for that American dinner and this was the place. The food was delicious not too greasy and the prices are so good! We enjoyed it that much we came again for dinner and our server Gaby was the loveliest server and kept on checking up on us and understood our crazy requests. I would 100% recommend this restaurant and definitely this certain one because the staff there are excellent and so kind. We thank you all for your service and will be back soon. I would give no stars if I could. Came in about 10:30am on a Saturday - not busy. We were seated right away and then.....nothing. No waiter, no manager, no hostess. Nothing. So we walked out and told the hostess - she didn't even say sorry or anything. Awful!! read more

We have been to Bob Evans all over the eastern United States and have enjoyed good food and good service every place we have ate from Rio Grand to Miami. Today we stopped at this store at about 7 pm gave the counter person our name and waited 65 min with no service, needless to say I was not real impressed, we live about 30 min from this store and I don't think we will be going there again. The food was mostly warm, the waitress was nice but over worked so the service was very slow. The women's restroom was out for toilet paper for more than 10 minutes, we had to leave finally to use the facilities somewhere else. While paying we mentioned to the cashier the restroom issue and she said she knew but the manager told her not to leave the front desk. read more

Terrible moment this time. Order two simple meals. Both were finished at the same time and placed on the heat lamp counter. Watched food sit there for 8 minutes. Then noticed one meal taken and added to another tables order. When our server went to get our food only one meal was there. Manager and server looked for 5 minutes for food. Meanwhile remaining meal was under heat lamp now for 13 minutes. Manager finally came to say our meal was missing. I told her no...meal went to another table. Manager said she would cook two new meals. Three tables who sat after us age and were gone. We spent 70 minutes waiting for our food. Terrible start to day. read more

February 23,2018 @ 6 pm Waitress was Brandi and she was excellent ! Brandi was welcoming, attentive and accommodating. We were attending with great anticipation and we were not disappointed. Food was hot and served in a timely fashion. The tomato basil soup was a definite hit. Complimentary warm buns and butter melted in your mouth. Salads we chose were the chicken pecan with a raspberry vinaigrette and a mixed green salad with savory Italian dressing. The salads were plentiful in portion size and the dressings were served on the side for personalization. Water and sodas were bountiful and were served in refrigerated cold glass jars. Brandi made sure we did not have to ask for refills as her table attention was not lacking. Dessert was a heavenly warmed apple pie with ice cream and a dollop of whip cream and 2 spoons as we had requested. Bob Evans never disappoints. We always get a table right away and always have a nice server. The food is always delicious and the restaurant is clean. It is quiet enough to hear each other talk as well. That's the difference between them and Cracker Barrel. I hate the fact that you are forced to walk through a store and it is noisy in there and their menu doesn't change very much, so I'll never understand why their parking lot is so full. I guess people like noisy places. I'll stick with nice peaceful Bob Evans any time. read more
