The owner has started an All You Can Eat fish deal for Friday dinners, and a menu of Tex Mex dishes on Saturday evening. My girl & I have stopped by several times for breakfast, and most recently lunch, and the food is just as yummy as it was before.

This happened when tomatoes are in peak season here in Michigan!! Sigh. Updated: I received a personal letter from the manager of this Carrabba's and she was very nice and took my concerns seriously. She compensated me for the dinner that was bad and gave me coupons for my next dinner on them. All in all a very nice response and I look forward to my next meal there!
