Came in on a Saturday night with no reservation and only waited about 5 minutes to be seated, which was nice. We were served a fresh batch of warm cinnamon buns to start, and I ordered a Sprite along with a mango margarita with Tajín on the rim. The margarita was probably one of the better parts of the meal. For entrées, we got the Country Fried Sirloin (8/10) and the Smothered Chicken (6/10). The sirloin was good and I'd order it again, but there wasn't anything particularly memorable about it. The chili and salad sides were both solid. The smothered chicken was pretty basic and could have used more seasoning. The onions and mushrooms seemed undercooked, and the cheese topping wasn't anything special. The fries had good seasoning but tasted a little stale. The mac and cheese was the biggest disappointment--it was bland and lacked flavor. The noodles were cooked well, but I didn't even finish it. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout the meal, which I appreciated. Waited in front one of the check in counters at the front for a few minutes once we got a text our table is ready. Meanwhile the workers were flirting with each other, then a few minutes later instead of helping us they sent us to the back of the other line to wait again. Poor service at the front. Not bad decent Service. I really like their steak, but you have to order one off from what you normally do because I found that they don't really know how to cook a steak consistently. This was my first time at a Texas roadhouse, and it definitely was an experience. The all famous biscuits game as a surprise I didn't realize that the butter is insanely sweet. The meat is just OK. I will say the servers were very friendly and welcoming, and as a main rest, stop point, I know that it can get busy. Great food! My husband says they make the best burgers. Their filet is delicious and so is the grilled shrimp. Our grand daughter loves their chicken fritters. My only complaint is that they only have 4 handicap accessible seating places! 4 tables to all the booths and high tables that take it up! Yes, I am a big fan of Texas Roadhouse and will understand some variance. We arrived an hour prior to close and were informed that they needed to seat us at the bar. Okay, not a problem. Then we were informed that they were out of iced tea, okay - understandable. But, when receiving cold chili and sweet potato, this started to cross the line. I suppose they forgot what a microwave could do. Then the steaks were fairly flavorless. I suppose they ran out of seasoning as well. I joined the waitlist at 6:28 with a 35-45 wait time. I texted at 7:03 and waited in the car until 7:13. After walking in due to frustration, the woman at the desk asked if I got a text. Knowing how this goes I already explained how I had been waiting since 6:28. I stood there after they "checked me in" at 7:16 and watched 4-5 groups that were checked in AFTER me get seated. I finally spoke with a manager at 7:30 (so another 14 minutes after being checked in. We are now 1 hour and 2 minutes of waiting for a 35-45 minute quote). Also while standing there after being checked in they were still telling walk ins 30-40 minutes. How many walk ins did you seat during the time I waited? He was nice and explained how those people might've joined the waitlist before me. Then why didn't I get told an ACTUAL wait time. I was sat at 7:35. 1 hour and 7 minutes after joining the waitlist Tip for the business. If you're getting overwhelmed and can't seat people. Stop taking the online reservations. I got a to go order. They're next to the electric vehicle chargers I use. I come to this location a lot because of the convenience, and the food is great. The service was excellent. The server "PM" was great. He accurately place my order, and gave me a good expectation for when my order would be ready. I ordered the pulled pork, and it was great. Plenty of food. Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner last night and had a totally great dinner and the service was great too. I had a very nice and tentative waitress. She was very friendly and offered some really good ideas as well. I had a very delicious New York Strip Steak and it was cooked just right ! The food was very tasty and the steak was very tender and cut with no problems at all. The place was quite full and getting even more busy by the time I left! I would definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse for lunch or dinner but just know that it can get a bit noisy and busy during the peak hours of dinner. read more

6/9/23 was my first time at this location. I've been to Texas Roadhouse before (I had been to the one in Sicklerville, NJ twice which is not far from where I live). I came with 3 of my friends that I went to HS with (our 20 year HS reunion was the next day on 6/10/23 and it was gonna be in Kalamazoo even though we went to HS in Three Rivers). We all came on a Friday. It was pretty crowded but not too crowded. The staff was definitely nice and friendly. I just like the environment there with it being the weekend. My husband and I ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse today instead of dining in the restaurant. It was not our first time eating there but I realized that I have never left a review. Our meals throughout the years have been hit or miss but our experience overall has been mostly positive, and we both liked our meals today. I had the country fried chicken with cream gravy and my sides were mashed potatoes and a house salad. My husband had a full slab of ribs and his sides were mac and cheese and a house salad. His mac and cheese did not look appetizing to me (it looked like Kraft mac and cheese gone wrong), but he said that his meal was good. The pick up service went very smoothly. I parked in one of the takeout parking spots and I received a text when my order was ready. They have a pickup window clearly marked outside the restaurant and they handed the food to me. I checked the order in my car before I drove off (we have had missing items in the past) but everything we ordered was in the bags and prepared correctly. I have not had the country fried chicken before and I really liked it. I haven't decided how I feel about the cream gravy and I am glad they had it in a container and not on the chicken.
