Don't come here on a busy rainy morning. There are only 2 servers and the only hot item served was the water in my tea. Delightfully surprised hot tea had Twinings choices! Eggs and potatoes were luke warm but I still ate them because I was hungry and in a hurry. Crepe was overfilled and strawberry compost want fresh at all. I also asked for no whip creme not powdered sugar but was served with. First and last time I will be eating here but would def come back for I nice cuppa! read more

Worst experience on a Bob Evans. It took forever for our waitress to come to our table. When she finally came and took our drinks order, it was like 12 minutes before 2 mason jars of water arrived. Ordered placed and it was forever. In the meantime we were entertained by staff including the cook arguing with the manager needing to intervene. The food arrived at the table. My husband toast were burned, my chicken pot pie had no flavor, and our waitress never came to see how we were doing. The bill finally arrive after I had to ask the manager for it. Just finished eating breakfast there. The waitress was kind of rude. But the two stars isn't because of that, it's because of the food. The hash browns were not cooked enough and tasted very starchy and gross. Finally the French toast was also not cooked enough and the middles were totally soggy and disgusting. read more

This was my first visit to Bob Evans and I have to admit I enjoyed it much more then I thought I would. The waitress was awesome and she brought me Hot Chocolate bread which I never had but was really good. The smell of bread baking was outstanding. Everything was very tasty. read more

Food was okay. Waitress brought half of our food and said the rest was right behind it. Waited 15 minutes and never received the rest of our meal. When she finally came back to check on us she got a nasty attitude when we said we did not want the rest as we didn't have time to wait any longer. Not my ideal place to eat, but we were traveling and didn't have much to choose from. Luckily they had some healthy options. For dinner I got the veggie omelet & fruit. Our server was great and thats why im giving 2 stars. She apologized for the half burnt hash browns that she brought out and said if they taste bad i'll have the cook make some more. They were horrible and she got more that were undercooked and also taste burnt.!?!. There was one slice of bacon that obviously was old, they cooked it up anyway. Here's how Bob Evans went: No greeter at front. Waited for someone. She appeared, said nothing, and began walking to a booth. She took off before we sat down mumbling something about having a good dinner. Waitress was extremely slow, acted like she hates her job, and forgot a lot. I decided to get the turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing. That was a poor choice. It took quite a long time to finally get food. One tiny thin strip of turkey meat on top of breading stuff and some mash potatoes with gravy. It all tasted like a frozen TV dinner warmed in the microwave with instant stuffing and potato mix. Blah. What a joke! Lousy packaged food junk! Lousy service. We will Boycott this rip-off for a long while. read more

One night my husband & I went to this new rebuilt Bob Evans for dinner. We both had the 3 course meal. He had cheddar baked potato soup, the roast beef & a strawberry sundae. He said it all was delicious. He truly enjoyed the soup though. I had a nice house salad, the potato crusted flounder & ended with a caramel sundae. We both also had the unlimited bread so we both choose the dinner rolls. On the overall hole, we had a lovely meal in a great new restaurant old one was dirty & didn't make you feel much like eating. The staff was also very friendly, courteous & fun. Made you feel like family as the sign on the wall says. Good luck with the new Bob Evans & I'm sure we'll be back. A group of professionals and I came in for lunch from a conference. Three of us ordered simple dishes... two omelettes and a turkey sandwich. I wish I could give negative starts.. 2nd time there. The hostess wrote down 4 plus a baby and after they called us up they didn't read that we had a baby. So we had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Service is more than awful. The power flickered 20 minutes after we ordered our meal and of course that's when our server was finally ordering our meal so it didn't make it in. Finally after a solid hour waiting a manager finally came over and told us the kitchen was working on our order and she was going to take care of the bill. Another half hour goes by and our server which we hadn't seen since the power flickered comes over and tells us our food is going to be a few more minutes. We walked out. I'll probably never go to another bob evans ever again this location ruined it for us 100% for someone like me that works in the service industry, I severely suggest this location needs retraining in every department. read more

was great before the sinkhole and since the reopen I have been their 8-10 times for some really bad service. once we sat at the bar and no one ask us about drink service until my buddy got up and left.. First the only good thing I have to say about this resturant. They have some of the best servers I have ever seen. They are friendly, knowledgeable and aim to please. Too bad they don't go to a place that serves decent food. This is going to sound prejudiced but I am going to say it anyway. Bob Evans serves typical Yankee food and only Yankee food. Having said that please believe me when I say I don't dislike Yankees. I have many, many friends from up north. I just hate their food. They don't fry anything like us southern rednecks do. If they can't boil it, bake it, poach it or serve it raw, they just don't serve it. The more bland and dry (and probably healthy) it is the better. Sorry, I admire them for holding their nose and eating that crap but I'm gonna have to pass. Instead of carrots and brocalli with a microwaved soybean burger give me a slab of catfish with some peas and corn. If you like Yankee food then Bob Evans is your place.
