I would not recommend doing business with Wade's RV based on my recent experience consigning my…read moretravel trailer with them. I paid around $200 to have my trailer placed on consignment for several months. One of the first frustrations I had was that after dropping the trailer off, it took them over a month just to get it listed on their website. After several months on consignment, they were still unable to sell it, so I decided to pick it up and trade it in at Blue Compass RV instead. I called Wade's RV on Tuesday to let them know I would be picking the trailer up that Saturday so they would have plenty of notice. When I arrived Saturday, I had to wait while they moved several trailers out of the way just to get mine out. Once they finally pulled it out, we discovered the tongue jack no longer worked -- even though it was fully functional when I dropped the trailer off. Their solution was to tell me I could either pay for a new jack myself or file an insurance claim. I refused because the jack worked before they took possession of the trailer. They ultimately removed the broken jack entirely just so I could hook the trailer up to my truck and had to use a forklift to lift the trailer onto my hitch. Blue Compass then also had to use a forklift to remove the trailer from my truck as a result as well. There were multiple other issues as well: - A window valence that was supposed to be repaired under warranty was never fixed and was simply laying on the bed inside the trailer. - The scissor jack socket went missing while the trailer was in their possession. - When I asked about the missing socket, I was told "things get stolen out of trailers all the time." - They removed the coupler latch pin from the trailer and told me they do that with all the trailers so they can move them around the lot easier, but wouldn't give me one back when I left. Instead, they stuck a random bolt through the latch. - They also forgot to give me my license plate before I left with the trailer. The license plate issue turned into another frustrating experience. After realizing they still had it, I called Monday and was told a salesperson would bring it to me later that day since they would be near my area. That never happened. Tuesday I was told they would "try again." I explained that if they couldn't bring it Tuesday, they needed to mail it because I was leaving for a camping trip Friday and needed the plate by Thursday. Wednesday I followed up again and was told it had been left with the office manager to mail. When I asked if it had been overnighted, they told me it had not -- and that I could pay extra if I wanted overnight shipping. After already waiting multiple days for something they forgot to give me in the first place, I had to call the general manager to get the issue resolved. The only reason this entire situation didn't completely ruin my trade-in deal was because Blue Compass RV stepped up and covered the cost of a new tongue jack themselves and honored the trade agreement we had already negotiated. I can only assume my poor treatment came as a result of them being mad about missing out on the few thousand dollars they would've made if they sold my trailer. Overall, this experience showed me that Wade's RV does not take responsibility for customer property while it is in their possession. Between the broken equipment, missing parts, unfinished warranty work, poor communication, and the fact that it took over a month just to even list the trailer online after I dropped it off, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing any business with them.

I was very disappointed in salesman James Render. We stopped in after going to the Boat & RV show…read more We asked to look at some toy haulers and I gave him a list of what I was looking for and our budget. He ignored pretty much everything I told him. Then when I got frustrated at his lack of listening to my "list" he assured me that he understood what we were looking for. He told me that he would send me videos of some RV's from other dealerships. I expressed my concerns at buying a camper that I couldn't walk thru. He assured me that he would send me videos of campers that fit what we were looking for and if I liked them he could have them shipped to his dealership for me to do a walkthrough. I told him that would work. It's been 3 weeks and I have sent him 3 messages asking for updates on when he would be sending me some videos. What I have gotten back is nothing. No response to my calls or emails. I guess this is the level of customer service I should expect from a Camping World/Ganger Mountain dealership. I've heard stories and from the looks of it, they were spot on for poor customer service. It would seem that I have fellow toy hauler owners who feel the same way. See attached photo from a group I am in today.

It has been nonstop frustration... With every department... I bought a new Camper Van from them…read more.. Which supposedly somebody had gone through and checked systems on... But it had a badly leaking kitchen sink, broken exterior table, broken support rod for the hood, and other issues... No one was able to give me a tour of the vehicle who knew about the vehicle... And now I am just fixing any broken things myself that came with it... the items that were supposedly getting fixed at this location and then I tried again at the Albuquerque campingworld... We're not fixed and I have spent every day since I got home with this new vehicle, fixing it . The Tulsa folks must have tried to pull the table up from the bottom, because it completely dropped to the floor while I was driving home from the purchase of the vehicle And then stopped in Albuquerque at the Campingworld there... Waited many hours at Service... Sink was still leaking when I left there and they reattached the exterior table off center And now waiting for parts... But I don't have confidence I will get those parts that they said they are ordering... One service person asked me for a photo of the broken hood support and said "I will email you when I get the photo" that was two days ago and I never got the email from him confirming he received the photoand now after multiple emails, texts and calls, nobody is responding. I am guessing that once they have your money for the vehicle, it is very hard to get reliable service. I cannot go back in time... But if I could, I would purchase a Camper Van from an individual not from a corporation... my friends convinced me to buy a new Camper Van rather than a used one... But now I wish I had gotten a used one because if I'm going to be spending days working on a van, I would rather it wasn't one that I purchased brand new it's incredibly stressful. I am posting this morning here because I wish someone had given me the heads up before I made such a major purchase.

Now! they said, before the deal, they would caulk and clean the roof. Check the water heater anode ( they go south fast) make sure everything works as from mfg. Jessie in finance talked to Dave D. And included those things we asked . We signed the purchase agreement, went back home. I called them several times w my concerns. Didn't push us through the PDI, took our time to do it right. met Erica, showed me docs where items were completed. I checked roof caulk, n everything we were told would happen. IT WAS DONE. The "person who can write checks not there" ( ref another review) Kandie F, always answered our calls (we were getting docs to take to Texas tax office). No she is not the check writer. She is the "GETER DONE" trouble shooter in my book. (Tx wants an RV inspection before registration the problem) I question why some reviews were so neg. I find out there is another dealer on Admiral about 5 mi. Away, with about the same consistent neg. reviews. The theme from the top down at RV center of Tulsa, seems consistent. Could there be a confusion because of similar names? I've not scrutinized a car dealer as much as I have this RV dealer. They didn't tell me something I wanted to hear, they didn't tell me something and didn't do it. They didn't evade any questions or concerns. We are satisfied with our purchase and everyone involved. As a used unit expect some things to pop up.
