    They did different repairs and found some things wrong I didn't know were a problem and got them fixed ! Was very happy!!!

I paid around $200 to have my trailer placed on consignment for several months. One of the first frustrations I had was that after dropping the trailer off, it took them over a month just to get it listed on their website. After several months on consignment, they were still unable to sell it, so I decided to pick it up and trade it in at Blue Compass RV instead. I called Wade's RV on Tuesday to let them know I would be picking the trailer up that Saturday so they would have plenty of notice. When I arrived Saturday, I had to wait while they moved several trailers out of the way just to get mine out. Once they finally pulled it out, we discovered the tongue jack no longer worked -- even though it was fully functional when I dropped the trailer off. Their solution was to tell me I could either pay for a new jack myself or file an insurance claim. I refused because the jack worked before they took possession of the trailer. They ultimately removed the broken jack entirely just so I could hook the trailer up to my truck and had to use a forklift to lift the trailer onto my hitch. Blue Compass then also had to use a forklift to remove the trailer from my truck as a result as well. There were multiple other issues as well: - A window valence that was supposed to be repaired under warranty was never fixed and was simply laying on the bed inside the trailer. - The scissor jack socket went missing while the trailer was in their possession. - When I asked about the missing socket, I was told "things get stolen out of trailers all the time." - They removed the coupler latch pin from the trailer and told me they do that with all the trailers so they can move them around the lot easier, but wouldn't give me one back when I left. Instead, they stuck a random bolt through the latch. - They also forgot to give me my license plate before I left with the trailer. The license plate issue turned into another frustrating experience. After realizing they still had it, I called Monday and was told a salesperson would bring it to me later that day since they would be near my area. That never happened. Tuesday I was told they would "try again." I explained that if they couldn't bring it Tuesday, they needed to mail it because I was leaving for a camping trip Friday and needed the plate by Thursday. Wednesday I followed up again and was told it had been left with the office manager to mail. When I asked if it had been overnighted, they told me it had not -- and that I could pay extra if I wanted overnight shipping. After already waiting multiple days for something they forgot to give me in the first place, I had to call the general manager to get the issue resolved. The only reason this entire situation didn't completely ruin my trade-in deal was because Blue Compass RV stepped up and covered the cost of a new tongue jack themselves and honored the trade agreement we had already negotiated. I can only assume my poor treatment came as a result of them being mad about missing out on the few thousand dollars they would've made if they sold my trailer. Overall, this experience showed me that Wade's RV does not take responsibility for customer property while it is in their possession. Between the broken equipment, missing parts, unfinished warranty work, poor communication, and the fact that it took over a month just to even list the trailer online after I dropped it off, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing any business with them.

He ignored pretty much everything I told him. Then when I got frustrated at his lack of listening to my "list" he assured me that he understood what we were looking for. He told me that he would send me videos of some RV's from other dealerships. I expressed my concerns at buying a camper that I couldn't walk thru. He assured me that he would send me videos of campers that fit what we were looking for and if I liked them he could have them shipped to his dealership for me to do a walkthrough. I told him that would work. It's been 3 weeks and I have sent him 3 messages asking for updates on when he would be sending me some videos. What I have gotten back is nothing. No response to my calls or emails. I guess this is the level of customer service I should expect from a Camping World/Ganger Mountain dealership. I've heard stories and from the looks of it, they were spot on for poor customer service. It would seem that I have fellow toy hauler owners who feel the same way. It's definitely not the place for your first RV. Going to a Mayor RV retailer seems the better option if you want a fully functional RV. If you're an experienced RVer and willing to work on the RV to get it to be perfect, then go ahead. When you come in, of course everyone is nice and they are "on your side". The service people will be super friendly, tell you to call whenever, for whatever reason. Once you sign, pay, and drive out, they will never get back to you. When I came to see the RV, I was told it would be fully functional and clean thoroughly, and anything that wasn't working would be replaced. I trusted their word and was just happy to have an RV, but once I set up the RV, I tried to Open one of the windows and it wasn't working, the seal was broken and rolled in, getting the window jammed. My first day off from work, I tried to freshen up the rv with some cold air, just to have the AC stop working just 10 minutes into it being on. I messaged and called them several times. Through messages, they will pass the message to the manager. On the call, I was left on hold for 25 minutes just for them to hang up and never answer again. If you want to leave a voice mail... good luck. The answering machine is full because Erika, I guess, never gets back to the customers

We were told 8 weeks. 21 weeks later we called and were told it still hadn't been touched. We spoke to them about the timeframe. Next day I had a call and said it would be completed end of week. They told us no floor damage. Warranty wouldn't cover the stain from water leak. Erika also told us she fixed a panel that had been ordered. We picked up the rv. When we arrived the panel we were told was fixed was not. They had no paperwork for any work they had done. They also don't even have their own shop with technicians. They hire Harper's mobile rv to do the work. Erika preceded to blame them because she only reports what's said to be done on the work order. They didn't open any warranty claims for the floor damage. They did open a warranty claim and replaced the heating element in water heater. Great! That's not what we brought it for. Moral of the story is RUN from this company. They are the worst in the country.
