on July 18.2025 my husband and I went to look at a camper. we found 1 we liked and wanted to put 500$ down to hold, while we thought about it. We ended up being there for about 4 hours. when we talked with finance guy Ryan Hurley, he had already ran our credit and wanted us to sign paperwork right then. we decided not to get the camper and my husband called Ryan 3 times on Saturday, with no response. my husband got a hold of him on Monday and asked for the 500$ back and to remove the credit hits. he said he would. The 500$ was credited back to my account but the credit hits never removed. today 7-24-25 the 500$ was showing as debited from my account again and still has not removed credit hits. I would think long and hard before anyone doing business with this company. it's worse than a used car salesman. read more

Started ok with sales Jake R. but when GM Searcy took over went bad, I guess since I'm from KC area his first commit was how he hated the Chiefs and hope they would lose all games, first conversation never met the guy. I worked in Corp. world for 45 years that's not how you start a dealing with a customer, ask him to contact us to give them all credit info. they needed ( we have a excellent history and Fico score over 800 with all 3 credit agencies ) gave several days to review this, after 5 days not a word never contacted us since, guess we're not important enough customer, or maybe I knew too much about the RV industry and how it works and it scared them. read more

The worst r.v buying experience i have ever had. They lied about fixing things when pointed out and held the r.v. for a month for something they broke. The customer service was horrible. The way they talk to and treat customers is below par. If it wasn't for the service department we would of left the camper on site and taken business elsewhere. Customer service is horrible after the sale! We have had nothing but problems with our unit. We bought a new 2022 Cougar 39' fifth wheel last september. Heater stopped working, blinds fell off when we lowered them, window poured in water when it rained, bedroom slide leaks bad when it rains. Bob Hurley won't even answer a phone call. We've bought 2 units and will never buy another one from them. read more

We had to have a heater repaired for our travel trailer. We removed it and took it in to them. All it needed was a new sail switch. I was charged for 3 hours labor. They discounted the labor rate from $160 per hour to $100 per hour. It should not have taken 3 hours to replace. It also took them 3 weeks to repair it. I was disappointed in the cost and very disappointed in the time it took to repair the unit. We had no propane heater and no couch for all of deer rifle season. My wife is a traveling nurse and we thought it would be fun to go someplace really far for her next contract, and instead of renting a house or an apartment, we'd buy a travel trailer! We must have gone to 10 different RV dealerships (and went inside well over 100 different RV's and travel trailers) before we found the one we ended up buying at Bob Hurley RV. Our salesman, Wade, was great and even when we left his lot to check out yet another dealership, he wasn't pushy which was one of the reasons we came back and purchased from him. We ended up buying a used 37' 2016 Keystone Sprinter because it had 2 bedrooms and 2 FULL bathrooms! not to mention the fact that it was actually nice inside and didn't feel "cheap." I went down to pick it up about a week later with my 2021 Ram 1500 and they showed me around and taught me how to use everything and then helped me load it onto my truck and connected the sway bars and off I went. I got about 15 minutes down the road and BOOM! one of the right tires blew. One of the things we checked during the walk around was the tires and they were only made about a year ago and they looked great. I called Bob Hurley and they immediately sent a mechanic out who changed the tire, cleaned up the side panel that got messed up during the blowout, and then hooked it up to his truck and towed it back to Bob Hurley to be fixed. I'd literally owned it for about 15 minutes and here it was going back, so why would I give them 5 stars? Well, it's because when I called them they responded quickly AND fixed everything that was wrong with it AND put all new tires on it AND got it back to me a few days later AND they delivered it to my house over 100 miles away AND they didn't try to charge me for any of that! I really thought I was screwed and was going to be out hundreds or thousands of dollars, but they took care of me unlike what most dealerships would have done. They've definitely earned customers for life. And for those of you who are worried about my tow vehicle, don't be. The day I had the blowout I went to the dealership and traded it in for a 2022 Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Turbo Diesel, just in time for the price of diesel to go through the roof! read more

If I could leave a zero I would my experience with the service department is terrible. No return call until I become a stalker. They tell you the problem is one thing submit claims to warranty and insurance for them to be denied. They give you an estimate of over 10k which 8300 is labor. You ask the cost to just fix the leak to a response if we can't give you that because we are not 100% sure where the leak it without getting in behind the wall wait what but you submitted claims for damage? Now you want to tear up my 2019 trailer more to bill 100's or 1000's more. This has been a real nightmare. They have had the trailer since May 23 yes I understand the pandemic. And for Jayco I would never recommend them either their customer service RUDE! read more

Posting for Traci Beagle Long version...My salesperson was Cathy and she seemed ok. Showed me several models, answered my questions. I picked a 2021 model that had an upgraded mattress and a TV already installed. Was ready to do the deal. Went home that evening and received a call saying, so sorry, another salesperson had already sold that unit but failed to put a sign on the door. Don't worry tho, we will give you the 2022 model, brand new, for the same price. Tho it doesn't come w a TV or upgraded mattress. Ok, I say, no problem. I go back in to sign papers. Cathy tells me she is gonna add a $1000 stabilization hitch to the loan so I'm not out of pocket for that and it can be installed later on whatever vehicle I bring to tow the rv off the lot. Ok, fine. So now I go to the gear shop where they have generously given me $40 credit ... I end up spending $1200 on hoses, surge protector, water pressure valve, etc, etc, etc...they tell me they will put all my things in the basement of the trailer for when i take delivery. They Load it all up in a wagon to haul it to the trailer. K, cool. A couple weeks later I have an appointment set to pick up my rv and have hitch installed. Cathy messages me before my appointment time and says she is retiring that day. Oh really, well congratulations. So I go to the service department w my truck for the hitch and they tell me oh, that truck won't work w this hitch it's not the right type of bumper and the electric connection is the wrong type. Prior to this no one had given me any specific information on what the bumper or electric was supposed to look like. Was told it could be installed on any truck. So, ok how are you getting my trailer out to Tahlequah (an hr and half from the dealership) today then? They arranged for a delivery, said I'd need to pay the driver $200. Fine. And they said they would refund the $1000 for the hitch. Fine. So we meet in Tahlequah. The driver is on site before me and already unhitched from the trailer and he has parked it a mile away from the electric and water hook ups w the connection on the caddycorner opposite side of the rv. He has also parked me in the lowest spot on the site and has not leveled the trailer at all. I am discussing w him all of this and maybe we need to move it over. This gets quickly forgotten when I discover that none of the $1200 worth of hookup equipment is in the basement. So I have no hookup hoses anyway. I have cash for the driver but he tells me not to pay, it's on the dealership. Ok then. I call the dealership and they are able to pull my receipts and collect all the things i purchased. The driver then has to drive over an hr to pick up the missing stuff from the dealership and over an hr to bring it back. The water hose doesn't reach to the pole, but the driver is gone by this time. I end up going to the hardware store for a plain ol garden hose to fill my tank. When I start to fill the tank I discover that there is no cap on the drain and it's just pouring out onto the ground. Back to the hardware store for a cap. I then discover that one of my propane tanks is broken and the pin is stuck. I cannot lock my door because there is a 2x4 in the space where my deadbolt goes. The drawer latch is off center in the kitchen and it doesn't stay closed. The paint on the kitchen cabinets is already wearing off where you close it. The staples keeping the walls on keep popping out. A few days after delivery I get a check in the mail for that refund of the hitch and they have, without my consent, deducted the cost of delivery from the refund... and they have charged me 240 instead of the 200 they told me it would cost. I have called and complained more than once to more than one person. I've given a specific list of what it would take to fix my issues. I'd love to get a replacement for this propane tank and have someone come out and dremmel out the doorframe spot so I can actually lock my door. I would like my $240 back. It's been over a month now. I have yet to receive a return call. I am so far beyond disappointed. read more

We purchased a very nice RV in June, 2022 due to our home burning. We set this RV in a permanent manner while we rebuild. The sales process was fantastic. Our sales lady was amazing. One thing that was very important to us was the ability for service and for it to be mobile since we were setting our RV as a permanent situation. We would not be able to take it in or out as it is our home for now. We were told that would be no problem. Our first issue was our dryer going out in late August. I had to call service multiple times to receive any help in which I was told that they don't do mobile service calls. Once I got angry and got the service mgr. Tressa, I had a great experience. We need service again due to the back door not closing. I called last Monday and left a detailed voice mail. No return call. I just called service again and the gentleman proceeds to tell me that they don't do mobile service calls. Yes, I got very frustrated which was obvious in my voice. The gentleman then calls me "sweety" which has really upset me. I am now awaiting a call back from Tressa. I wish that we had not purchased from Bob Hurley. Service is such an important part of the sale and their service department out right stinks. The review states that I am from California which is not true. I live an hour from Tulsa. read more

He was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as my wife and I conversed our way through the details of the travel trailer, towing capacity, and finally making the decision for me to drive cross country to pick up the travel trailer we had chosen. When I arrived I was met with professionalism in every capacity. David Biggs was there upon my arrival and his personality remained the same: patient, helpful and understanding. While the unit was everything I understood it to be, I realized I was not ready to drive cross country with it. I was exhausted and not in a good place to be towing that long of a distances. I have 15+ years of owning a travel trailer and towing while exhausted is a dumb decision for me and everyone on the road. After conversations with my wife, I made the decision to walk away. Looked at a couple of pop ups at other dealers in Tulsa, I left Bob Hurley for last because they had the newest popup for sale. Agree to meet Ryan at 3 pm to look at unit, it looked just like pictures online and it was a smooth process to purchase. Except for a little longer for service to get a wire harness on my Jeep tow with, it was the easiest any pleasant I have had at a RV dealership. Purchased a lemon at a Wichita Kansas RV dealer a year ago, so I was a little apprehensive about purchasing another RV. It was worth the three and half hour drive. When I get ready to step up to a Mercedes Benz turbo diesel Class B in a few years I will check with Ryan first. read more

My rv has been in the shop since May 28 for repairs, some of which are from last year that they did not complete. I have to call 3 or 4 times before I can get a call back. When I purchased this rv I was told that they had the best service center around, and that you could call anytime and talk to a technician, but not so. I called today but have not heard back. We were going to pick up our RV today, but decided to call first to make sure it was ready. Our sales professional (note, he ISN'T a salesman) Will said he would go check to see where they were at, and call me back. About 30 minutes later, he called and said he had some bad news. By final inspection, they found a major leak on a roof seam, and as such, didn't feel right about going through with the sale. They offered to "make everything right", so we swung by to give them a chance. We were met by Will, he showed us a larger, more luxurious RV, and said he would work everything in his power to get the price where we wanted it to be. In the most painless interaction I have ever been involved in, the sales manager (ostensibly) accepted our proposal with his deepest apologies! I wish I could leave a negative star review for Bob Hurley RV! We had a horrible experience with them! We were waiting for our 401k loan money to come in When I spoke to Chris Otero, a salesman there When I called to get an idea of what was out there. There was a camper we were interested in. I told him up front we were waiting on our money and it would be 2 to 3 weeks til it came in. HE OFFERED TO HOLD THE CAMPER we were interested in until our money arrived if we put a deposit down on it after speaking to his manager Scott Lemon if we made the three hour drive to his dealership. After we looked at the camper, a 2010 open range, we agreed to purchase it. We put a $500 deposit on it. This was to be a cash transaction. We were not applying for financing, but they asked us to fill out an application. I asked why, since We weren't financing it and Chris said "it's just to get the names and info on the title right". I found out when We got home that they ran our credit anyway and caused our FICO score to drop. He claimed it was just a soft inquiry and wouldn't cause my score to drop. It was a hard inquiry and it did cause my score to drop! I called to ask why they did that when i got an email notification of the inquiry fro. Credit karma. He was shocked i was mad. His final reply was you signed the application." One of many lies they tell. Claimed they had to know who they were dealing with. They also tried to get us to finance so they wouldn't have to wait on the money. We tried to stay in touch with them, but it's hard to do when your salesman won't take your calls, screens them, and won't return messages! At the beginning of the second week, I called from a different number and got Chris Otero right away. He informed me they had taken deposits from 4 other buyers on that camper and Scott Lemon didn't want to hold it for us for 6 more days! After waiting 2 weeks! The supervisor said they only agreed to hold it for 3 weeks. We were still within our three weeks. What's the purpose of a deposit if only the buyer is locked in but the seller can sell to whomever he pleases? A few days after my husband left a negative review on an independent party's website did they contact us again. They wanted to sell us a different camper for less money to "mend any I'll feelings." I'm sure they would have loved to make another sale and it had nothing to do with mending I'll feelings, it had to do with making another sale! As if we were going to give them a dime of our money when they couldn't be trusted to keep their word! I'll NEVER go back there and would recommend them to no one. Run the other way and don't trust a word they say! It ended up being a blessing in disguise for us though. Not only did we not have to give them our business, we got a 2012 open range, 2 years newer, the exact same model and floor plan, but in better shape, $2600 less, and with more options. They should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of business ethics. read more

This review could be rather extensive but I'll keep it rather short. Our sales experience was amazing. So much so that we purchased a camper. Since then we've had multiple issues with the camper. This is primarily the manufacturer issues. So service has done well with making an attempt to resolve the issues however the customer service from management needs work. I've attempted to contact 2 managers with no response. We've been back multiple times because our repairs were not completed and we were assured a really thorough walk thru on our 3rd visit and we will need to return again. Lowest possible My new forest river vengeance sat for nine months waiting for warranty work. Axles and braces were welded crooked causing 44' toy hauler to travel 9" sideways at rear of trailer down road. Took Lippert mechanics one weekend to cut up wrong welds move straight then trailer tracked straight. Got to use one month later first trip to little Sahara. Got back. Traveled with 4 seat Rzr. Sink leaked all over faucet, wall between living room and front of toy section. Floor flexing, wall moved back n forth tearing aluminum diamond plate trim along bottom of wall all ripped loose, front jacks ran out of stroke, housing mounted to high, only needed housing dropped 2 bolt holes to remedy-factory approved but service writer-Chris talked factory approval out of work being needed. Also charged me 130$ for investigating wall issues with no fix all covered under warranty should be. Camper world provided and warranties. Hurley also add more-Ryde air fifth wheel. Not giving me back my original factory fifth wheel and mounting all wrong. Being dealt with and fixed properly at camper world. The second work took 6 months. In February my unit will be 2 years old and I have got to use for 3 -100 mile trips. I cannot say enough negative towards Chris-service writer and bob hurley service warranty department. Forest river extended my factory warranty. read more

Had been looking for a nice new or close to new 5th wheel camper. Contacted Bob Hurley RV and was set up with salesman/woman Lisa. Lisa worked endlessly to make my deal go through and got it done for the most part the way I wanted it done. I picked up the camper on a Saturday and me and the wife were treated like real people while there. There was a problem with the back AC and serviceman Jason jumped right on 9k t and got the AC cooling. Once we got the camper home we found someone had switched out our memory foam mattress with a cheap RV thin mattress. We contacted Lisa and the sales manager Ryan about this issue. The memory foam mattress was not found and Ryan along with Lisa replaced our cheap mattress with a plush pillow top mattress to our satisfaction. I found a RV that I liked and emailed the dealership. I was contacted promptly--BECAUSE they want your money!! The salesman was cordial enough, a little hard to understand due to his accent. I sent multiple photos of my rig, pay off data and proposed terms to trade and buy. This was on a Friday afternoon. I sent the pay off data on Saturday morning at 10:30 AM----NO further contact from dealership till tuesday afternoon from their "sales manager". "are you still interested" was his question. I replied with all communication that was started with their salesman. Then another salesman jumps into the conversation that they tried to reach me at least 5 times by email--EVEN offered to send a screen shot of those emails--I said send the last one you sent me---that was Tuesday afternoon---NOTHING YET. The RV I was looking at was sold--not enough moral turpitude to tell me that either--blamed it on the salesman--"well he is from france and is 82 years old and forgets stuff---really??!!" I would not trust their service department if this is how their salespeople act up front----- Unfortunately--you have to give at least ONE star to be able to post a review read more

We had a new generator installed and were quoted for a slide out which was never installed. As well, they did not properly weld the exhaust. I had to replace the exhaust straps within a week after getting the RV back due to the straps breaking. They not only did not complete the quoted project, they did not complete any of the additional asks. I would recommend going to Cummins in Tulsa, if you need a new generator and do not need any additional fabrication. They did not change the original price quote and we were already a couple of weeks into waiting on them to finish the work on the RV when we found out they were not going to honor their original quote. I was incredibly disappointed and overcharged. Will not return for additional work. read more

I was contacted by one of their salestaff, Lynsey, about a car I had wanted to trade for a used camper. She told me they could work something out and asked if I could bring the car there. The next weekend I didn't have the car with me but I went in to visit with them. This is a classic, very nice old muscle car. Sales for around 18K to 20K. All I wanted to do was trade straight across for a decent used 5th wheel. When I took the car there Lynsey wasn't there so I got pushed on another salesperson. After a lot of picture exchanging they offered me 6K for the car. I told them to not insult me and I'm not stupid. I left and will never go back. Since then I sold the car and am going to purchase a new camper at Tulsa RV. read more

Customer service is not a skill set of the personnel working in the parts department. If you are looking for a part, be sure that you bring the manufacturer and part number for the item to be replaced because the personnel cannot search for the part without the exact information. I bought a travel trailer from Hurley and was not impressed. The sales people were pretty high pressure but they had the model I wanted so I bought from them anyway. Wrong decision. The wait to do the paperwork on my unit took all day even though I had a 9:00 am appointment. The paperwork was finalized by 4:30. The post sale service is also pretty bad. I purchased a travel trailer in June 2015. When we got our first rain the front window leaked really bad. Called for service and they put me on a 6 week wait list. When I finally did get my unit in for service they kept it for 2 weeks before telling me that the part had to be ordered which would take another month to get in. They said they would call me. Well - no call. Needless to say, I watch the weather reports very closely if I am planning to go camping. They also advertise that they have a dump station on site, which I was told by the sales person that it could be used by customers. Well, not true. They send people to Flying J. read more

Beware of the extended warranty they will try to sell to you. Should have done my research before purchasing. Bob Hurley (talked with Brandon the finance guy who was not even the least bit concerned about our issue) says they don't have any influence on the what the warranty company will cover - says only if we had the repairs done there which would be great and fine if we lived in Tulsa. We purchased a 2011 Forest River Charleston and on our first trip the slide in the bedroom failed and the warranty company refuses to pay to repair the cable or the flooring (due to the cable failing and the floor breaking) Warranty company is administered through American Colonial. The name on the brochure and policy paperwork is call Repair Care. So far I don't have anything good to say about this warranty company - they are a joke!! Let me start with I have a high bar for customer service. With that being said my situation put me in a place where I was sure to be disappointed. My wife and I live/travel full time in our motorhome. We were traveling through Tulsa visiting our older children. While in town we found the car we had been looking for to use as a tow car. Now I have a car and need someone to prepare it to be flat towed. With low hopes that I would be able to find someone with the parts and the time to complete this in less than three days, I called Bob Hurley RV. To my surprise I heard Charles on the phone say "yes". There are more details in this phone call exchange but in the end I heard yes. I brought the car to them, worked with Billie in parts and left. Less than three days later I got the call the car was ready. Now in true RV living fashion, on the way the automatic steps stopped working and the passenger seat lost all power. Long story, Starkey the mechanic was more than excellent. He walked me through how he installed the tow plate and all the wiring and he also fixed the two new problems on the RV. My wife and I are staring at each other with smiles on our faces at how well the team at Bob Hurley took care of us. read more

People don't return calls, Receptionist almost never answers the phone, voice mails are not returned. The parts department sells items you don't need and then doesn't include parts you do need. They promise to return phone call but never do. I have given them literally dozens of chances to make a better impression because I do need to get my RV ready for a road trip but I am beginning to think I will have to take it to another dealer who has a better service arm. It is comical that their phone message says they are recording the calls to improve their service.....obviously nobody is listening. My most recent experience I was explaining to the receptionist that when she put me to voice mail for parts I was disconnected in the middle of leaving a message. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I have never met a less customer service focused organization. I have been waiting an hour for that promised return call and it still hasn't happened. Don't do business with this outfit. There are far better RV sales and service companies in the Tulsa surrounding area that do actually work for repeats business. read more
