    Haggled a bit but as a return customer I did not overpay. I got a 2023 Kia Telluride. Love the new vehicle very roomy. It has a smooth ride also! The technology that is built in is state of the art. We had put down a deposit on an incoming vehicle. It arrived but dealer did not notify us. I had to inquire and they at first gave me a low offer on my trade. I haggled some more and got almost what I paid for vehicle. I was overall happy with the experience. When they say call me if you have questions they don't mean it. I was referred to Kia Connect customer service. Not what I expected but Alex stayed after hours to complete the purchase. Alex great job!

    I've had a couple of frustrating experiences with the service department. The work itself seems…read moresolid, but my concern is the trustworthiness of the overall service experience During my most recent visit for an antenna repair, I was billed for two hours of labor even though I was at the shop for less than an hour (my appointment was at 2:30 PM and I was checking out around 3:20 PM). When I asked for clarification, the advisor avoided giving a meaningful explanation. I had to point out that the labor charge of $165 didn't align with the stated hourly rate of ~$80, and that there was no way two hours of work had been performed. After I raised this point multiple times, he stepped away to "double check" my appointment time and then returned with an updated, lower bill. No apology was offered, and the advisor seemed annoyed with me. Overall, the interaction left me with the impression that my concerns were unwelcome and made me question whether the original charge was truly a mistake. This is the second time my bill has come out significantly higher than expected. On both visits, when I asked for clarification, I felt stonewalled. The advisor would simply read the receipt back to me rather than explain the charges. I understand that shops may use standard labor times, but that was never clearly communicated. Instead it felt like I wasn't being taken seriously, particularly as someone who may not appear especially knowledgeable about cars. I had the distinct impression that my husband might have been treated differently for the same issue I'm new to the area and have had consistently transparent, positive experiences with Toyota service departments in the past, which made this especially disappointing. Overall, I'm uncomfortable with the lack of transparency and the need to advocate so strongly just to receive a clear explanation. I don't feel confident that I was treated fairly, and I'll likely go elsewhere for service in the future. I would also encourage others to review their invoices carefully and ask detailed questions

    I nor my husband called parkway towing/wrecker service after an accident November 2024. I have AAA…read moreand contacted them before going to the accident scene. I informed the driver from parkway and he not only refused to stop and allow the people I called to handle my vehicle but also refused to take my vehicle where I wanted it to go. We live less than half a mile from the accident location and requested the vehicle be taken to our house. There was a pistol in the car that we made prior arrangements with parkway to place in their safe upon arrival of the vehicle until we could secure transportation to retrieve it. I had the pistol with me on my walk to the accident scene and placed it in the glovebox as we had made plans to go to the hospital where it would not have been allowed. The driver with parkway was informed. The car was/is involved in a federal investigation due to possible non deployment of the air bags and recalls concerning such. I was told at the time the car would be safe and to take as long as needed to complete the investigation by an authorized representative from parkway. The car was placed in an "out of the way" area for that specific reason. My husband went by parkway and Mr grubbs informed him he wasn't allowed on the property after Mr grubbs threatened to crush the car before the investigation had taken place. He also quoted a ridiculously inflated storage fee after we had been assured of the cars safe keeping. Needless to say my husband and I weren't happy. Mr grubbs has made no attempt to contact me although he had my mailing address ( as indicated by the simple fact papers were served to my address) and I had notified him of my phone number. We attempted to contact Mr grubbs on numerous occasions however I never received a response. I have call logs with proof of attempts to speak with Mr grubbs and/or an authorized representative from parkway. Even the insurance company had difficulty reaching Mr grubbs. From November 2024 to today's date of April 14, 2026 we have received one (1) return call from Mr grubbs. Parkway is now suing me even though the department of justice has still not completed their investigation.

    Parkway was called out by the company my insurance uses to provide roadside assistance. I've never…read morehad an issue with a USAA provider and this was no different. They were timely; I only had to wait about 45 minutes on a Sunday night, and they came when they were estimated to. We talked about the car and he tried to jump it (I was pretty sure that wouldn't work but you never know). And after towing me to my car care place of choice, he made sure that I had a ride home, which was nice. Great service.
