As a new rider I had lots of questions and Todd and Kevin had lots of answers and patience. The first couple visits there there were several bikes that I was interested in but none seemed to really grab me and fit me as a rider and the riding I plan on doing. I appreciated the time they took to get to know me and the bikes and types of riding I wanted to do. They explained why they steered me away from certain bikes that they didn't think were good fits at the time and why other bikes might be better fits for me and when that time might be. When I did decide on the bike I really wanted (a sport classic GT1000) they coincidentally had one on consignment and rest is history... The purchasing process was smooth and painless and as a dealer experience (MotoCorsa) it is by far the more enjoyable of my motor vehicle dealer experiences. I'm looking forward to my next purchase there.

From the very first inquiry after finding the bike online to after-the-sale interactions to complete paperwork and arrange for for the shipment to California, I really have received top notch service. Todd in particular was friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable, clearly passionate about motorcycles, no-BS no-pressure kinda guy who took the time to pick me up at the airport and drop me off after we were done. Everybody else at MotoCorsa was super-friendly and this dealership and the used-bike department have an awesome selection of fine riding machines. If you're into Italian motorcycles, this is the place to go to!

Classic dealer fee bait-and-switch. Watch your paperwork closely!…read more Because I absolutely hate haggling in person, I tried contacting MotoSport Hillsboro ahead of time specifically to get the total out-the-door price in writing. My plan was simple: get the final numbers, walk into the shop, hand them a check, and leave. Instead, they turned it into a textbook fee-padding game. After submitting inquiries through their portal, my communications were ignored for days. When the salesperson, Brandon, finally texted me, he tried to tack on a completely bogus $499 "setup fee" on a used demo bike that was already assembled and sitting on the showroom floor. Under Oregon consumer disclosure rules, assembly and setup fees cannot be weaponized as surprise add-ons to artificially inflate an advertised price. When I called out the illegitimate setup fee and management finally sent over a formal purchase order, they pulled a classic shell game. The setup fee was gone, but they immediately slid in a $200 "document processing fee" that Brandon had completely omitted in our prior conversations. When I pointed out that this fee wasn't mentioned upfront, Rob told me he would only remove the $200 if I took the title paperwork down to the DMV and processed it myself. Why should a customer pay a separate, surprise fee just for a dealership employee to do the clerical job they are already paid to do? They might use lower base pricing online to lure you through the door, but it doesn't matter if they just pad the final contract with hidden back-office fees and give you an exhausting customer service experience. If you are a cash buyer expecting basic honesty, pricing transparency, and respect for your time, go elsewhere. I have attached screenshots of the text history below so you can see the truth for yourself. Watch your contract numbers closely or just make it easier on yourself and get your bike elsewhere. I certainly will!

(TL;DR version at end)…read more I had heard of EDR long before my first visit. The buzz amongst my peers was that EDR is so good at what they do, that it is widely considered to be the only place to take your bike when you want precision Dyno services or when you want it to run like an absolute pro bike. I planned an elaborate exhaust mod on my 2014 KTM 690 Duke for a long time as I saved money and bought parts. I emailed a number of questions along the way and was met with absolute professionalism, solid knowledge and nothing short of phenomenal customer service! So, I threw a somewhat unorthodox bike at them and a TON of parts, at the height of the summer riding season, and with record turn-around time and very fair prices, they turned my (already a wheelie machine) bike into an absolute monster!!! I had high expectations and they far exceeded every single one of them. Hiring EDR to work on your bike is like having the opportunity to hire Michelangelo to help you paint your house. I now carry around their business card, to give to any motorcyclist looking for a world-class moto shop. I don't care if you're a surgeon on a high-end, fully-loaded Panagale or a blue collar Joe (Jane) on an 8 year old, one-owner, used 600-something or another, this shop offers fair and competitive rates and they are absolutely motorcycle masters! Even when my aftermarket parts created unforeseen fitment issues, the team kept me well-informed of my options and rose to the task with a sincere attitude of "this is your baby, I understand that, and I want you to be happy as you can possibly be when you get it back." From my perspective, the whole exchange felt more like friends doing me a huge solid, than a mere business transaction. Every part of the EDR team that I've interacted with are skilled, ethical, friendly and professional. I just can't say enough good about EDR to fully convey how grateful I am to have found them, and to have entrusted them with my baby Duke. "Baby" is not a term that will ever be associated with my bike again! Special shout-out to Anton--that guy is a superstar! I neglected to post this review for the whole summer riding season simply because I'm busy and forgetful, but I'm posting it now because Anton and the team at EDR are just simply not people that you want to forget to "pay it forward." They deserve 10 stars!!! I'm sure every review will confirm the same thing. TL;DR Version: Trust your bike with EDR. They're prices are totally fair and you get techs with rocket surgery-level precision and sales reps that redefine what knowledge and authentic customer service means.
