Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I never received a call in the morning confirming that my vehicle had been received or reviewing the services that were supposed to be completed. When I called Curry Honda myself, the service advisor assigned to my vehicle was never available. I called multiple times throughout the day and was unable to speak with the advisor. I was also informed that the inspection machine was not working, which was especially frustrating because this seems to repeatedly happen during August and September, when many customers need their inspections completed. Eventually, I was told by the cashier that my vehicle was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I found out that the inspection had not been completed. I was then told that I would need to drive approximately 100 miles before the vehicle could be inspected. To make matters worse, when I received my vehicle, the tire pressure warning light was on. Instead of checking the pressure of all four tires to determine why the warning light was activated, the advisor simply reset the light. Overall, this was an awful experience with very poor communication and customer service. I expected much better communication, attention to detail, and professionalism, especially when leaving my vehicle overnight for scheduled service. Based on this experience, I am extremely disappointed with Curry Honda's service department.

When calling to confirm the appointment, Nick had forgotten there was an appointment, had forgotten the car/s I was interested in, Despite having spoken to him less than 24 hours before. He also asked if there was any way I could come in earlier because he had to leave early. Not possible because I scheduled time off of work for the appointment because the weekend was "a little too busy". This looked like an okay deal, because of prices. I was willing to go with a different bank than my own (that won't finance rebuild titles) in order to get more car for my money. And while I know personal skills aren't the same as autobody skills I have zero confidence moving forward based on basic customer service.
