DO NOT RECOMMEND: I hired this company to remove 17 rose bushes and 2 roots. Before receiving the quote, I sent multiple photos clearly showing the bushes, roots, and work area, and explained that I have fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis, which is why I needed help with the job. Unfortunately, the experience became extremely stressful and uncomfortable. After the work began, the owner repeatedly complained that he "didn't account for the roots" and tried to increase the price, even though everything had already been shown in the photos beforehand. During the job, my pavement was cracked and my irrigation system was damaged. No one warned me ahead of time that the irrigation could be affected or discussed any precautions before starting. When I brought up the damage, I was told there was basically "nothing they could do." The owner was aggressive, loud, and repeatedly threatened to stop the job and leave the work unfinished whenever concerns were raised. The constant arguing, pressure about money, and confrontational behavior made the entire situation feel very intimidating and unprofessional. The work was eventually completed after more discussion, but the overall experience was chaotic, stressful, and lacked professionalism and accountability. I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing beforehand, including scope of work, pricing, and responsibility for damages. NOTE: The owner called me then texted me. I had to block him. I did not contact you further or continue any argument. My review reflects my personal experience with the work performed, including the property damage and how the situation was handled. Charged my husband $400 to come out to fix a leak in our sprinkler control system in yard, he replaced a valve near the control but it did not stop the leak. he came back out with his son for another $400 and he charged us for additional parts, etc. Why did he have to bring his son to charge $400 the 2nd time? He could have come back out as a courtesy to provide a real quote but instead held us hostage with a trench he dug which exposed the leak in the pipes connecting the sprinkler controls. My husband complained and he offered to refund us $50 but then says we really owe him an additional $150. Good grief - do not use this con - he will raise his price and rip you off. Work was completed but we are very unhappy with the cost. He also said he came to us after a long day job so he was tired and punchy. I could have hired a real local, licensed plumber for $250/hour that should have been done correctly the 1st visit. I am so disappointed that this man had the nerve to pull this on my husband. I received an estimate right there on the spot, I agreed, and we had a deal. - Bob kept in contact with me due to rain delays. I never had to wonder where he was. He is a man of his word - He fixed the prior landscaping company's horrible mistakes, and completely fixed my yard with a very tight deadline due to my HOA. - All sprinklers were dialed in and broken lines were fixed. Bob even took the time to show me how they work from end to end - I needed a couple small corrections after I already paid him, and he promptly came out and made some sprinkler adjustments all around, and didn't charge me for it either. - The most important thing, is right at the 4 hour mark, Bob had his crew stop working and provided them a lunch break. I would say this company is definately on the high end price wise but the quality does not match work. I had them come out to grind a few tree stumps and they quoted me a price that was reasonable for that but he took no care in my house. The bark was flying all over my newly painted house with new windows. I told him to put garbage cans between the house and him and he had his helper do it while he kept grinding as the helper was moving the garbage cans. I told him if he breaks a window im not paying him and he needs to wait for the garbage cans to be moved. When I tried to pay with Credit card he told me about credit card fees that he didnt tell me about when I asked him what he accepted way before the work started. What a shady business practice. Also, I had them do some sprinkler valves and they wanted 700 dollars for 5 of them. They cost like 20 bucks a piece at the hardware stores and its just cutting the old ones off and pvp gluing the new ones on. I let him do it as I didnt have time to do it myself but I regretted it because he just used electrical tape to hold the wires together and not something more weather resistant. To top it off he quoted me a price of 100 bucks to replace 4 sprinkler heads. When the guy came they said they were doing 2 for 100 bucks. I told them to leave and im doing it my self. I just unscrewed the old ones and put new ones. A super quick job that I did myself. I did however spend a lot of time angling all the sprinklers the right way which I doubt they would have done without another charge. read more

My valves were shot and all 4 needed replacement asap. Water was leaking at the valves and from 2 sprinkler heads near our front sidewalk, making for a potential fall situation. Bob came to give us a quote in the beginning of August 2022. We were able to get on his schedule about 3 weeks later. His team came in & worked incredibly hard & got our entire yard put in in 5 days. He also built a 4 foot fence on the side of my house for my dogs. His prices are EXTREMELY fair & the quality of work is outstanding. We had some issues with the sod taking to our ground so we reached out to Bob, & he came back right away to make it right. We also noticed that some of the road base that we put on the side of the house settled pretty low after about a month & they're back adding more today. It is very rare that you have a contractor that stays in contact after a completed job. & it's even more rare to have a contractor/owner of a business care so much about the quality of his work & the happiness of his clients that he's willing to go above & beyond even after the job is completed just to make sure the customer is satisfied.
