    We went in to look at a specific car, a Corvette convertible. Trystan was very attentive, even though he was at his job. He had every question answer and most of them are advantage. Our finance person, TJ was terrific. He found us a rate we were happy with and we were able to walk away as new Corvette owners

    Wow, I am disappointed. My past experience was awesome. So here is what happened. Three weeks ago I stop by dealership service department and ask for an appointment to correct the recall on my entertainment display. 2025 bronco. I had 10 AM appointment with a car dealership car. I was thankful. I believed that the software program would take less than a day. So, I did not hear from dealerships. I called at 4:30 PM and asked about my car repair. I was told they have not even looked at my car. So, I asked for the car to be returned to me. They were very accommodating and my car was able to pick up at 5 PM. To me I wasted my day with this dealership and did not get my entertainment system fixed. Please understand I have always had a good experience with this dealership.

    They are family owned and staff is always so nice I buy and service my vehicle here!!!

Preferring to buy locally, I visited Toyota of Plano to see if you could match the offer. Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure other buyers know to take their business to dealerships that actually value their customers.

If you are unfortunate enough to own this car and experience this issue you know that there is no easy fix. When I arrived I pulled up, handed the tech the keys, and walked inside to check in. Lawrence was so nice and helpful, let me know a time frame, and explained where the restrooms and snacks were located. He also let me know there was a recall that they would also take care of while they had my car back there. After about 3 hours Lawrence called me up and informed me that they were not able to get the sunroof closed and the cost of getting it fixed is almost $11,000. Having just moved 1000 miles from home, looking for a job, and have now loss my reliable transportation I broke down right at his desk. Lawrence proceeded to go talk to other managers to see how he could help me. He mentioned that they could take the headliner down and MAYBE be able to get it closed that way. I had to take the risk. About 4 hours later he comes out to the lobby with a technician named Tristan. Poor Tristan had been fighting with my sunroof all day, but was determined to help me and continued to try everything he could possibly think of. Eventually all his hard work payed off and he was able to get closed and even washed my car for me. These two men may have just been doing their job to other people, but they really did change my life. They offered support, determination, and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Having just moved to Texas this was my first experience with this location and I now will continue to have my car serviced here. P.S. Let this be a reminder to NOT get a Toyota Camry with a panoramic moonroof!!

Someone from the Service Dept said VERY COLDLY " We can't uninstall it. Do you want to talk to Finance Dept?", for which I asked " I am not financing with Toyota or this dealership. What does it have to do with your Finance Dept?" He refused to answer my question and said coldly, "I'll transfer you to the Finance Dept." Then, without me agreeing or even letting me finish my sentence, he put me to the Finance Dept, which didn't answer their phone 4 times. Later on, I also had to call the Finance Dept to ask where my registration was because they blew past the legal 30 day deadline to file it. My suspicions were confirmed when I finally received the registration and saw a late fee penalty in the itemized charges. No one in Finance ever picked up the phone to explain why they failed to file on time; it just goes to voicemail every time. This is a huge red flag. Dealerships often delay these filings when they have internal cash flow issues or major back office disorganization. My car buying process was relatively okay, other than the typical salesman tactics (which were a lot, but expected, I guess. For example, the actual document's fee you pay is more than what is shown on the invoice you sign at the end. The form you sign says the doc fee is $225, which is right on the state mandate maximum amount. But you actually paid more than that on another copy of the invoice. The dealership add ons. etc. ) which I was able to see through it because I was prepared. But I feel like there definitely is something fishy going on with their GPS tracker (CarRX). Why is the Service Dept so defensive about a GPS tracker on a car I already bought? My lender doesn't require it, yet the dealership is acting like it's state secret. Why are they so desperate to keep a tracker on a car they no longer own? Or are they trying to keep tracking me and keep selling my data to make more profit off me? Emm, food for thought. I was going to give this dealership a 4 star. Because everything was fine with me until when I had this rude encounter with the Service Dept and the non-responsiveness from the Finance Dept.

    I purchased a Ford F250 from TexasCarsDirect back in September. I flew in from Chicago to pick up…read morethe truck. Upon arriving and meeting with David Urby, I took the truck for a test drive. There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

He took really good care of her. I appreciate that especially because she is a senior citizen. Also the service department is quick and reliable. I highly recommend making an appointment. Whenever I take her car in for an oil change, recall or tire rotation. I leave feeling satisfied with the service. Our service advisor is equally amazing. The car wash to wash your car is a BONUS! The free bbq, chicken and hamburgers on Saturdays was fun in the past. The other salespeople are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy talking with them about life and cars. So I salute this dealership. From my sales experience and service experience to customer service they are top notch, This review was long overdue as I have been multiple times and they deserve their flowers and kudos. We purchased our 2017 Pilot NEW from them in May 2017. Pleased with the sales process. We purchased the 7-year extended warranty, so we consistently took the car there for service during the warranty period. During one service it was discovered that a previous technician wrote they completed a service on the car, however on this visit, the technician said it was clear they didn't do it. They took care of the issue that time and didn't charge us for the work they were supposed to have done earlier. Fast forward several years later to today, we've found out the same thing happened again. It was discovered by an independent Honda mechanic. In July 2022 at 101,621 miles HCM claimed they "Performed Valve Adjustment" however, the independent mechanic stated there was NO WAY this adjustment was done based on the condition of the valve cover gasket. HCM didn't charge us for the adjustment, but it was stated on the work order. So, you basically can't "trust" what the technician says they did on the car.
