    WARNING: This dealership STOLE $2,000 from me. I bought a brand new 2025 RAV, they delayed the registration, promised to send the remaining refund, and then disappeared. I called and emailed multiple times -- no response. Paulina Torres ignored me completely, and Sam Rogers stopped answering as well. This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and treats customers with zero respect. Avoid at all costs.

    Just bought my newly toyota gr86 red premium here and it is such a beauty. Shout out to thanh nguyen and angelo dawkins for helping me out for making this sell to me. They insisted me in any way of possible and if i had any questions they wouldn't hesitate to answer them! They are awesome so if you can plan to buy a car please go to thanh nguyen he will help you find what you're looking for! OuOb

    This isn't so much a review, as it is a public safety announcement. What was supposed to be a brand-new, reliable Toyota turned into a genuinely life threatening situation, and Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney's response has been nothing short of a joke. ________________________________________ I purchased a Corolla Cross on April 12, and took delivery on April 14. The next day, transient engine lights flickered. Concerned, I called the service department, only to be dismissively told to "ignore these messages" - apparently, "this was not unexpected for a new car." Less than 24 hours later with my kiddo in the passenger seat, this supposed reliable vehicle experienced a complete catastrophic failure. The brakes weakened, the hybrid battery died, and the engine malfunctioned. This wasn't a minor hiccup; this was a life-endangering situation. Fortunately, it happened on a quiet neighborhood street. After this breakdown, the car was towed to Toyota for repair. Unbelievably, I was informed that no issue could be identified, and I was even told it was my fault for "not starting the car properly." My calls and emails to both salespeople who helped with the purchase ... and the manager for guidance or reassurance ...were met with absolute silence. Not a single returned call or email. I picked up the car and the next day, during a test drive before my Monday commute, the vehicle suffered an identical catastrophic failure, mirroring the first. I am left with a profound lack of trust. The discovery of loose ECU wires in a brand-new car doesn't inspire confidence; it raises serious questions about the entire manufacturing and pre-delivery quality control process. The constant, nagging question of "Are there any more loose wires?" is constantly in my mind, when I think about driving this vehicle. The term "catastrophic failure" is not an exaggeration. The experience of brake failure, with a kid in the car, is something I hope no one ever endures. This ordeal has led to a complete loss of confidence in this specific Toyota vehicle, in the Toyota brand's commitment to safety for this particular car, and a complete disgust with the sales and management department at Pat Lobb Toyota. I will be selling it, at considerable loss, and will never return to a Toyota dealership again. Edit: no, I won't call. I'm done. You all had your chance to return my calls, now you're only responding because we're online. And, you have my number, but still no call. Also, my identical review on Google was removed apparently. Such shady and pathetic business practices.

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.

They informed it was just time to recharge the refrigerant and it would be around $430. I said this seemed steep and they said it would be $120 if I did nothing and just picked the car back up for their diagnostic fee, they gave a big pitch about why it cost so much for this type of refrigerant and their work includes a warranty and yada yada. I said fine go ahead. At which point I looked up Autozone's cost for a can of the refrigerant with a gauge and it was $150. So I called them to tell them not to do the work, I would just do it myself. A full 8 minutes had passed and they said "sorry, he's already finished and parking it now." $430 for 8 minutes of work must be nice especially when they don't stand behind it at all. Fast forward to the end of February, it finally had a day warm enough for me to turn my a/c on again and now it's doing the same thing it was when I brought it in. Called them up and they said yes I'm still in the warranty. Take the car in. They determine there is indeed a leak in the valve and argued with me for having the car for a few months since the last time, I informed them that the months between September and February are known as winter and I hadn't been using the A/C. They agreed to honor their service warranty and fix the leak but asked me to pay for the lost refrigerant which is magically now only $108 lol. I was about to resign and agree when Kyle kept on about how the leak wasn't present in September, I told him I think it could have been because that's a big coincidence, at which point he then scoffs and said FINE WE WILL JUST FIX IT THEN. When I went to pick up the car he handed me the card for another mechanic as a way to say he didn't want my business anymore, which was never ever ever in danger anyway. Now HERE I AM JUST A FEW WEEKS LATER and guess what isn't working again? So congratulations on the $430 for a job you clearly did not do. I'll find somewhere else to fix it this time. If this was the type of service I provided in my work I would be ashamed of myself. I cannot recommend against them strongly enough, they should scrape the "Honest" sign off their building and just be Negative One Auto Care because that's what you get with them.

    I took my 20 year old car in for new brakes (upgrade) and it had a coolant leak I asked them to…read morediagnose. Turns out it was the water pump, and it was throwing a code for the fan clutch, so he suggested I replace that as well - since it had to come off to get the new water pump in anyway. The new fan clutch was unbalanced and failed after driving for a day, ripping its own harness off, causing a short that prevented the vehicle from starting once I arrived home. I called and talked to Elite Performance, and they had my vehicle towed back in to repair it. They switched to another brand of fan clutch and replaced it at no charge. Stand-up guys! I will be taking it back to get the engine tuned soon.
