Their chicken lumpia is hands down the best in town, which is saying a lot because it's actually hard to find lumpia with a chicken filling done this well. Crispy, flavorful, and always hits the spot. And don't even get me started on the slush... it's killer. I always order the same one because it never disappoints. The croffles are another must-try perfectly crispy, a little indulgent, and super unique. On top of that, the service is always warm and welcoming, and they even have claw machines inside which makes it such a fun place to hang out. Tucked in the corner of warm springs by Green Valley High School is boba boy cafe. To start this place is very small but has a lot of character to it. Think quant local boba spot that you would miss if not for the glowing light on the side. Their menu is simple with small food items but a good mix of drinks. This is a boba shop that's kind of hidden. I like that they had different boba flavors than a normal boba shop. I got lime Thai tea, and my mom got an ube latte with taro pudding. Okinawa Milk Tea was the recommendation from the girl working and I liked it! Nice balance, not too sweet, but there is some weird almost like "dairy alternative" or powdered milk subtle flavor and aftertaste that is really off putting. There was a decent boba portion, but I think my drink could have used a little less ice. Almost half of the container is ice. I didn't even get all of the boba because of the ice. I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience left me genuinely frustrated. When I walked into the establishment, no one greeted me. I quietly sat on the couch, waiting for my drink, while my son played the game they have inside. In the owner's reply to my Google review, she claimed I was playing the game when my drink was called. That's false. I was sitting patiently the entire time while my son played. She also claimed I didn't acknowledge my drink being called until after they assisted another customer. That is completely false. They didn't assist the other lady until I was already heading out the door. It's frustrating to have my experience misrepresented just to avoid accountability, especially when I was respectful and calm throughout my visit. Even more telling--she completely ignored the part where I said I wasn't greeted at all. Rather than addressing the feedback or acknowledging any shortcomings, the response was defensive and dismissive. It felt like an attempt to discredit me instead of take responsibility. I have no reason to make up anything. I left a review based on a real experience, and I was met with denial instead of accountability. That speaks volumes about how they handle customer concerns. I hope they learn to receive feedback with more professionalism in the future. read more

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered, but let's say it completely exceeded whatever my expectations were. Interior is neat. It has remained the same from the past few restaurant name changes. There is a comfortable seating area in the front and a pub style seating in the back. There was a television playing along with music in the background. Everything was very clean. Would recommend. Pricing was very reasonable. The quality was good. Staff was very courteous and hospitable. It is a nice atmosphere to just chill and grab a quick bite. The beef wasn't the most tender, but that's also because they use bigger chunks of beef, so really no complaints about that. The pork was good. For a little local place around the corner from my house, I'm pretty happy. The thai tea isn't too sweet like many other places and I loved both the volcano and the slush. I saw this place on my way to lunch and decided to stop by afterwards. The Milk Black Tea with Boba was good and not overly sweet it was a perfect drink after the heavy Ramen.
