Tucked in the corner of warm springs by Green Valley High School is boba boy cafe. To start this place is very small but has a lot of character to it. Think quant local boba spot that you would miss if not for the glowing light on the side. Their menu is simple with small food items but a good mix of drinks. I went with the mango slush add boba and the flavor was really good but also very subtle. Their boba is super fresh and chewy which I love. I also tried their chicken lumpia which was good but they need to use a thicker sauce.

Cute mom n pop cafe. Got their strawberry banana croffle to take back to the hotel. Open late? Door says 11pm. I still made it! Wanted the mango sticky rice, but they didn't have it. Was told they call their mango guy every day for availability. Then I wanted a cannoli, but they didn't have that either. I wanted a croffle, but didn't want it to be soggy by the time I got back to the hotel., but that's what I got. It was pretty good, but I wish it had some kind of sauce or syrup included with it. Like a chocolate drizzle. Waiting on that mango sticky rice!

Super cute boba spot that my family and I have driven by 1000s of time down the street from our house but we have never popped in until recently. Cute vibes. Sugary drinks and board games.

Matcha milkshake with Taro pudding and pinky milk with Boba not honey Boba they have both

I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic this place is. Nicest people. Literally the creamiest, most delicious milkshakes--and no matter which flavor you order or what funky concoction you ask for, they do not miss a beat. We like to switch it up a lot, so here's a funny example: we ordered a coconut caramel milkshake with honey boba--10 out of 10. Another time, we got a banana milkshake and had them add chocolate and taro pudding at the bottom--also 10 out of 10. My husband recently tried their Pinky Milk--9 out of 10. Also, super random--but we just had the best cannolis ever from here. Next time, we're going to try some of their smoothies and savory items. Candid shots only.

This is a boba shop that's kind of hidden. I like that they had different boba flavors than a normal boba shop. I got lime Thai tea, and my mom got an ube latte with taro pudding. My lime Thai tea was good, but a little too sweet for my liking. I decided to try the chicken lumpia, and those were good. It was 6 for $7! The service was good, no complaints. It seemed to be a family owned business so I took that into consideration when waiting.

I've been obsessed with Thai tea lately and gave this place a go late evening and it was blah! The Thai tea tastes like sugar water and I ended up tossing it. I ordered egg roll and they had a heavy black pepper like taste which makes me think they made be made in house but they also kind of taste like basic Panda egg rolls. I spend about $15 bucks and once is enough for me!

Unplanned trip and found this gem! Boba was blended to perfection. Mango sticky rice was amazing and not too sweet. Gave so much mango! Waffle croissant was to die for! Found our new favorite spot!

Do not be discouraged by the outside it's always the hole in the walls that are simply amazing

My best friend and I came to the spot and when we pulled up, we were kind of hesitant. It didn't look too great on the outside, but it is definitely authentic. Boba boy is the place to come and we couldn't be happier. They're Thai tea is authentic fresh brewed leaves their coconut blue sky is phenomenal and of course they're strawberry Matcha. Is it a must

Okinawa Milk Tea was the recommendation from the girl working and I liked it! Nice balance, not too sweet, but there is some weird almost like "dairy alternative" or powdered milk subtle flavor and aftertaste that is really off putting. There was a decent boba portion, but I think my drink could have used a little less ice. Almost half of the container is ice. I didn't even get all of the boba because of the ice. The cannolis are good, but I wish the shells were a little softer. There is ample seating and games available, plus there is an outdoor patio. Cute little place! I didn't try any of the food so I cannot comment on that. But I would recommend this place!

Craving boba &decided to come in since I was nearby. The boba was pretty average. The mango sticky wasn't really good.. The mango tasted sour, almost like it was going bad or it was the heat? I don't know. I did like the toasted crunchy topping though! So minus a start for the quality.

kind staff, delicious drinks and food. tom kha gai (thai coconut soup with chicken) is made fresh with the galangal and spices and it's the best in town.

This was the best boba I've had in a really long time. There's nothing like people who know how to make great drinks with high quality ingredients. This was with every penny. The area was so comforting with lots of seats and motivation on the walls. Best service

I ordered the Strawberry Shine, which was refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. A special shoutout to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to adjust the syrup level to my preference, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to customize the drink exactly how I liked it. I love the ice that they use here because it allows the drink to stay cold the entire time as I sip on it. One thing that stood out to me was the seating area. You can chill/relax with a coffee in hand. Whether you're meeting up with friends or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind, the atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The cafe is in a somewhat quiet plaza that doesn't get a ton of foot traffic, making it feel a bit like a hidden gem. Despite the location, the people here were incredibly welcoming and the overall vibe was relaxed and laid-back. The breakfast was really good as well. I ordered the sausage egg bite which was the perfect size for me as I just wanted to nibble on something as I enjoy my coffee with friends. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

We mostly do the drive-thru, but have been inside a couple of times. It's very clean and cozy. I believe our favorite drink is called the Campfire Mocha. It's so yummy. A mocha lightly spiced with cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

The drink menu is massive and almost overwhelming, but I love that they have something for everyone! They also offer food items if you're hungry. The place was absolutely packed when we arrived, but by the time we left it was nice and quiet. The inside is quite large with ample seating. We loved the giant photobooth back by the restrooms and had so much fun choosing the design for our photo strip. The curio cabinet near the counter of trinkets where you leave a trinket to take a trinket was such a cute thing; like geocaching inside a boba shop! Both staff members I interacted with were beyond friendly, too! Just such a great experience being here. While there, I tried the 'Calcifer' which is mango soda, strawberry poppin' boba pearls, and a splash of coconut milk. This was delicious and refreshing for such a hot day. My husband made a build-your-own drink with green tea, mango & pineapple; he really enjoyed his beverage a lot. We also ordered a potato tornado snack to share, which while good, felt a little stingy for $5.50 (our only very minor complaint). We'll absolutely be back anytime we're down on Sunset! Wishing Joah much success so that maybe someday they'll open a 2nd location closer to us... *West Henderson near The M is in desperate need of a boba shop, just saying.... :)

Reviews about service usually dont turn me away, as usually I care more about the product and if the price is worth it. This is a case where I should have listened to the other reviews. The customer service here is non-existent. It was not busy when we came in, we were not greeted, acknowledged, or even looked at. When the woman finally came over to us to take the order she mumbled something and I had asked what she said, she just looked at me and said "Im ready". Hands down without question it was the worst customer service experience I have received at any coffee shop I have been to. The price is on the higher end even for independent coffee shops. I paid a hair under $9 for a relatively small iced latte. The shop itself is very clean, and well taken care of. The coffee is actually pretty good, I would put it a step above average even when compared against other 3rd wave coffee shops. Overall, it was a good coffee, and if the customer service was even at a basic bare minimum this place would have gotten 4 possibly 5 stars. It was the attitude and price that really dragged this review down.

The teas, The Teas! so many to choose from. You can smell them before and decide on 2. so beautifully presented in the most adorable of tea cups. In fact, a whole cubby room of tea sets to see!
