This location is within driving distance from our church so I normally take the kids here after they've behaved themselves for a nice, sweet treat! The first time we came wasn't too memorable because they didn't really know what they were doing since the place was still pretty new. Our most recent visit warranted a 5-star review. The young man who helped us was extremely helpful and friendly. I don't know his name, but you can see from the photo who he is when you visit this location. Drinks are similar to other locations, but service stands out!

We were greeted immediately upon arrival! Litchee, our cashier/bobarista was very sweet and patient while we each decided on what we wanted to try since it was our first time visiting this shop. She answered all of our questions, informatively, and didn't make us feel rushed. My brother and I decided on the avocado smoothie, since it was the only drink made with real fruit. We asked for 25% sweet and it was perfect. I'm glad that they use condensed milk versus syrup to sweeten this particular drink. We both enjoyed our drink! My daughter got the strawberry smoothie and she was pretty happy with her drink. But then again, she likes anything with sugar so it's not hard to please her. One of my nieces ordered the Tiger boba and the other ordered a banana milk tea. They both said their drinks were just ok in comparison to other boba shops. Litchee was very accommodating at making sure that the drinks were made according to our requests. We will definitely be back, if we happen to be in the area. I ordered an iced mocha with oat milk during a busy time and waited about 20-30 minutes. While I was waiting, I noticed several customers who ordered after me received their drinks. I went up to the counter to ask about my order, and the cashier seemed confused. The barista remembered making my drink and believed someone may have accidentally taken it since there had been a drink sitting on the pickup counter for a while. The barista told me he would remake my drink and even offered the drink to another customer instead of discarding it. However, he continued making other orders before remaking mine. Just as I was about to ask for a refund, I finally received my coffee. I understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy periods, but better communication and order tracking would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, my first experience left a bad impression. As much as I liked the atmosphere, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this coffee shop based on the service I received.

As someone with allergies that cannot have cross contamination having all of the options in the same case was upsetting. I cannot have sesame and someone else I was with has a nut allergy while also being gluten free. The atmosphere was quiet. There were several regulars asking where people were traveling from and a nice back patio to enjoy the coffee. It was a beautiful town to walk around but for the future I will check out another one of the available coffee shops on the same block.
