Came in late on a Saturday night, it was pretty emptying so we spent more time reviewing the menu than actually ordering. We ordered the original milk tea, and the Thai duo which is Thai milk tea with Thai coffee. Prices were about average for a boba place, the sizes are small, large and xl. We got our order pretty quick, the original milk tea was ok nothing special there, but the Thai duo was really good. The flavors of coffee with Thai tea blended perfectly together. I would definitely come back and try it again, they have a fairly large menu so there's alot to choose from. read more

The drinks are amazing, but don't mess up your order on any of the ordering apps. The location just won't pick up their phone. I instantly noticed that I had ordered the wrong drinks, and attempted to call. They have a voicemail set up and sound so nonchalant about completely ignoring any incoming calls. The voicemail basically directs you to place a mobile order and stop calling them. At no point was the line busy, it just simply kept going to voicemail after ringing 3 or 4 times. It seems like they could care less about their phones ringing due to orders coming in online or through the delivery apps, even if they are the wrong orders they are preparing. After 6 tries of trying to simply change the drinks on my mobile order, I was forced to reach out and have the delivery company cancel the order. So much for my before work drink. read more

PARKING To find the place, look for the old "Angel's Donuts" sign off of Paramount. There is a shared business parking lot on the McDonald's side. Some street parking otherwise. ATMOSPHERE It's a small shop. Casual. Chic. Modern. Indoor/outdoor seating. RESTROOMS No public restrooms available. SERVICE The owner is as nice as they come. The other employees are nice as well. They take careful attention to craft your drink, so be prepared to wait a few minutes. WHAT I'VE TRIED THUS FAR Blended avocado frappe (no boba). It's worth trying if you get a chance. I should have tried boba on this one. Thai milk tea on the rocks (no boba). By far my favorite. This concoction was not overly sweet as some that I've had. No complaints on the aftertaste! Geisha. This is from the "Creation Indeed" section of their menu. It primarily consists of matcha green tea which I'm sort of addicted to, but I try not to drink too much of... And red beans (Adzuki beans). This was an unexpected treat! The only reason it's not my favorite is because I'm not big on blended drinks sometimes when it does that foam & froth thing. You might try a 1-story or a 2-story waffle, but that is it as far as food. We still had some time left before heading to LAX from Porto's, so I found this place for some boba tea. There were a lot of items on the menu I wanted to try and it seems like they add new food items once in a while. After asking many questions to the guy behind the counter, I ended up getting the matcha green tea floating vanilla cream with boba. My friends got the Thai tea floating vanilla cream with boba, and a matcha green tea. Service was quick and friendly....Some drinks come in one size, so the floating vanilla creams were the large ones- the cups were really fat! All of us really liked our drinks... Let me start off by saying, I'm giving 4 stars because I was not able to finish my entire drink(*Not Boba Indeeds fault). As I left the parking lot I took that right turn onto the main street and well, my pants didnt have much to say about the boba drink once it landed on my lap. I had gotten the Avocado dream(I think) it looked really good, they definitely give you a generous amount of boba. My sister is a huge fan of the tai tea with boba and I believe they have something on the menu called a "floating" something? I cant recall. Either I am due in for another stop here very soon. I normally just rate on flavor of the food, which in this case I would give it a 5*, because every drink I've gotten has tasted great, but I've gone many times and the service always disappoints. While perusing the menu and being provided wonderful suggestions by the girl behind the counter, I discovered that they offer three different sizes, which is almost unheard of in the world of boba drinks! One important thing to note as you get ready for your 32 ounce drink is that they do not have a public bathroom... so empty your bladder before you come (or go to the McDonald's next store as was suggested to me). Avocado smoothie for life. It's good for your skin. And boba indeed is the only place that makes the smoothie with condensed milk but doesn't turn out too chunky, too sweet, or too thick to drink. Tonight with 6 employees inside, I noticed through glass reflection that near everyone working was on the phone recording and joking. After bringing it up nothing was said, the guy looked through tickets, and screens, eventually walking over and taking the drink. My review is specifically just for customer service because i have been coming here for over 3 years and the boba is sooo good and always had great service! But today... i ordered online and right away noticed i forgot to substitute my milk because im lactose intolerant, so in the app it said to call right away for help or cancel my order. Which I called right away and they answered telling me they made my order and i asked what can they do for me? That i can pay extra! And the girl sounded really rude and just stayed quiet on the phone then after said okay that they will remake it. When I got there i said i would pay for the substitution in apple pay and she said only cash.. which i then proceeded to give her cash and said my drinks are right there and she walked away with the cash, i didnt see her charge me or gave me a receipt. I said thank you and she ignored me... horrible customer service and im so disappointed.. not only that they didn't substitute the milk! and now im suffering with symptoms because im lactose intolerant! Came here for Valentines Day. Not packed, not busy. Didn't wait too long for our order. I almost always go for the usual classic black milk tea but the one that I really wanted I think it was called brown sugar milk tea was out at the moment. So I opted for the black milk tea and it was NAZ-T. lol, it tasted like nail polish but it's a good thing I got a small. However, their Thai Tea was good! So definitely recommend that. Popcorn chicken is great! I'm so glad boba shops in California have popcorn chicken and it tastes the same all around because it's really life saving sometimes. You know when you're starving? Yeah, that was me this day! lol. Probably wouldn't come back here just because there's a lot more boba places to go that I'm sure have better tasting classic black milk teas... so ya! SUPER CUTE BOBA SHOP, The place is as small as my living room, however their service is fast, and the line is so worth the wait! Their menus are HUGE, literally. Like the size of a poster. An older asian lady looked at me and yelled at me at the top of her lungs to go back outside at the patio because it wasn't my order. Surprisingly, this place actually exceeded my expectation. My friend and I happened to be in the area and decided to give this place a try. We were hoping to at least get some mediocre drinks to quench our thirst (our thirsts were satisfied). Couple of tables here and there, a decent place for those who want to study and it's right next door to a McDonald (and you all know how I feel about Mickey's D). As for the drinks, I ended up getting the Snow Milk with condensed milk while my friend got the Avocado Love Affair. The Snow Milk was sweet, but good and as for the tapioca balls, soft. My friend also mentioned how his drink was freshly made. As for the sizes of the drinks, they have a large and a super large with 80 cents additional. LOVED it! I've been going to the same boba place in Pasadena for the last 6-7 years and I tried Boba Indeed for the first time this week and I think it's become my new favorite boba spot! I had the mango green tea with boba and the tea tasted like actual mango green tea! It was so good and refreshing and not too sweet. I had their biggest size and I found the $6ish price pretty good! That thing was HUGE and totally worth it. And most importantly they HOOK IT UP WITH BOBA.
