I love this boba spot so much. They decorated for Christmas and looks so festive! It's very easy to order, you can use the kiosk or talk to the cashier. We went in at 11:15AM and the store was completely empty. We ordered 2 drinks on the kiosk and 10 minutes have passed with no progress on the order. There were 2 girls working this morning and took their sweet time chit chatting about personal discussions. It wasn't until 5 minutes later they started working on the order and we received 2 simple drinks after 15 whole minutes at an empty store. It's 3/9/25 I ordered my 2 drinks at 7:15pm and didn't get them until 7:30. The store was empty, there were 3 girls working. Nonstop talking about their personal lives, after 10 minutes of waiting I asked if my drinks were almost ready. One of the girls responded with attitude that it's being worked on, she then turns around and rolls her eyes and makes a face at her coworker showing how annoyed she was by my question. I get handed my drinks (smoothies) which weren't sealed correctly. Both smoothies were spilling from the top, I kindly asked if I can have my drinks resealed, the girl with glasses had so much attitude, just looked at my, grabbed the drinks and resealed them. My husband accidentally dropped his straw so he asked for a new one, can anyone guess what kind of response we received when we asked for another straw? Nothing but attitude. Here's a hint, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE if you have an issue with properly communicating with people. Find a new job girls, it's not my fault my drinks took 15 minutes to be prepared in an empty store, it's not my fault the drinks weren't sealed correctly. The worst customer service ever. read more
