I love this boba spot so much. They decorated for Christmas and looks so festive! It's very easy to order, you can use the kiosk or talk to the cashier. I love sweets so being able to customize my drink is a must! I had a craving for boba, pudding, and ice cream so I was able to put it all in one drink! There is a kiosk for easy ordering but there is also a cashier there if you prefer to order with someone. There is so many options is a little overwhelming. I went with the strawberry matcha with boba! The cashier made recommendations, which I appreciated. We went in at 11:15AM and the store was completely empty. We ordered 2 drinks on the kiosk and 10 minutes have passed with no progress on the order. There were 2 girls working this morning and took their sweet time chit chatting about personal discussions. It wasn't until 5 minutes later they started working on the order and we received 2 simple drinks after 15 whole minutes at an empty store. Due to the service, I would not recommend coming here. read more

We had a hearty meal at a restaurant nearby and were stuffed but I can always make room for bubble tea! It's gotten a little interesting with the variation of quality in different It's Boba time locations since their continued expansion over the years. THIS location is great ! I love coming here because they have a wide selection of drinks. My favorite is the pistachio milk tea with milk foam and boba. They have a large selection of desserts as well some some savory dishes. If you are going to be ordering, I recommended ordering from the app and go to pick up. It's 3/9/25 I ordered my 2 drinks at 7:15pm and didn't get them until 7:30. The store was empty, there were 3 girls working. Nonstop talking about their personal lives, after 10 minutes of waiting I asked if my drinks were almost ready. One of the girls responded with attitude that it's being worked on, she then turns around and rolls her eyes and makes a face at her coworker showing how annoyed she was by my question. I get handed my drinks (smoothies) which weren't sealed correctly. Both smoothies were spilling from the top, I kindly asked if I can have my drinks resealed, the girl with glasses had so much attitude, just looked at my, grabbed the drinks and resealed them. My husband accidentally dropped his straw so he asked for a new one, can anyone guess what kind of response we received when we asked for another straw? Nothing but attitude. Here's a hint, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE if you have an issue with properly communicating with people. Find a new job girls, it's not my fault my drinks took 15 minutes to be prepared in an empty store, it's not my fault the drinks weren't sealed correctly. The worst customer service ever. read more

App was easy to use 20% off first order $5off after your 15th drink .... I don't know why 15 sounds like a lot of drinks to get through... They took away our churroholic, but this is really good too. I ordered the tiger sugar milk boba, which they use brown sugar. Pretty good! I would definitely come back. They have very tasty boba! I am always hesitant to try new boba spots because not all of them are hits. These feel a little smaller than the typical boba, but the taste to me is what matters most. The girl that was in the front says "oh we had a rush right now" and asked her co worker if she had time to do my order. My order was put in before all these people started coming in. I ordered a Passionfruit pineapple Slush, no boba. It was so good. It wasn't too sweet or sugary. My son ordered a cookies and cream shake. He absolutely loved it. His drink was also not as sweet as other places. The regular was a perfect size. It's my go to when I'm in the South Gate. The wait wasn't long at all. I got in and ordered, within 5 minutes my drinks were ready. They take cash and cards, and the card reader is tap friendly. I not a fan of boba, but I love the slushes!!! I came here with a friend and I ordered both our drinks but they did not credited on my app even though they scanned and I gave them my phone number. It's a SCAM if you do t order directly from the app. Beware cell signal sucks around the area so I could t order on the app. So I trusted they scanned the code and entered my phone core toy but they didn't! I had to remind the employee that i still haven't received my order which was weird because my receipt was on the receipt holder thing so they might have ignored it. I love coming here during the morning because the employees are so fast and attentive with customers even during rush hours. But this was not cool. I'm very patient but today was just disappointing with the lack of professionalism and service.

Just for the heck of it I tried at a Boba to see why everyone is into it. Honestly, it is just not what I personally am into. But the flavors are ok and for persons really into Boba drinks, you go girl or you go boy, run down and get one and enjoy. Are they bad? No, Im just not into them. While sipping through my straw, I felt something strange in my mouth and, to my complete disgust, pulled out a botfly.
