First time ever at this new Boba Place in Murrieta. Have to say, it was VERY IMPRESSIVE! Not only was the place super cute with lots of beautiful decor for selfies and group pictures. They also have tons of toys, candies and stuff animals for sale. The service was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the large Vietnamese coffee with Boba. Their Boba was super soft, chewy and melts in your mouth. I love Boba and have gone to several in the areas but nothing beats this place. I hope to return again very soon and will bring my twins, since they love Boba too! Since it's near Halloween, they even took the effort of putting up a Skeleton decor to be festive as well. Love it! Been here 3 times. The first time it was delicious great flavor and the boba was cooked great. The second time it was ok not bad. This third time it was bad. I can't recommend this place anymore. We recently have gone to this place 6 times in the last two weeks because my kids love Thai tea. The first couple of times the drinks were so good, way better than any other boba spot. Then we went in and our drink was literally all milk and we counted out 6 pieces of boba total in our drinks. We called and let them know and the next day the owner made our remake drinks and they were the best we've gotten from there. That left us with wanting to go back the next day so we did and a female employee was outside hanging out with her friends and ran inside when we were walking up. Our drinks were again all milk and completely watered down. We were disappointed but moved on. 2 days later we went back hoping to have a good experience and it was terrible again. We called to try to talk to the owner as he stated that wasn't the first time that female employee has had a complaint on her, but this time he just said tough luck basically. Maybe he thought we were trying to get free drinks but we were only calling to let him know what's happening with his business when he isn't there! With all the money we've spent there in the past 2 weeks we now will never be going back. Very inconsistent service, very disappointing because when it's made right it's the best in town but I'm not spending over $20 for our drinks to maybe be good. read more
