I was looking for something sweet after lunch and this place came up on my Yelp search. It's located inside the Superstition Springs mall. We haven't been inside a mall in over a year and thought why not? Menu is easy to understand and staff was very friendly. I ordered boba with taro and white tea. I really liked the boba texture. It tasted like boba was just prepared, not sitting over night. It might have been a bit too sweet and lots of calories but it's okay, I just skipped dinner that night to compensate that big calorie intake from sweet boba. It looks like they have more locations in the valley. I can't wait to try other locations soon. read more

The first time I tried Boba Tea Company, my experience was...meh. I got the Thai tea and it was overly sweet, my teeth hurt. It wasn't enjoyable. I gave it another try and the consistency was actually just right. I guess it really depends on who is making the drinks. However, the boba was a little too chewy. Not sure if they warm up the boba but it tasted like the boba was a few days old or too warm that it started to melt. The price was a little much for two small drinks, it was a little over $11. Glad I tried it again. I'd come back if the boba was a little better. Our service was great and our drinks came out quick! read more

I'm rating it a 3 because this is the only location in the past two days that has regular boba. I ordered the mango tango with light ice and 2 scoops of boba and cold foam. They didn't have cold foam and my drink came full of ice with only one scoop of boba when I paid for two scoops. After going to 3 other locations in the valley, I unfortunately left unsatisfied and without what I ordered. I don't understand the lack of quality control and accuracy. read more

I always enjoy this place in Albuquerque, NM. Every time we go out there to visit family there I have to get my boba teas every day that we are there but, this location in Mesa, AZ is not the same :( I've only been here 3 times and 2 out of the three times my boba tea was NOT good. It's a bummer because it's ALWAYS good there and for a place that only sells drinks the drinks should always be on point. I give up. I'm not returning. Too expensive for it to not be enjoyable. I'm feeling like the employees need to be trained and need to taste each flavor ...made correctly because anyone that goes here for the first time and gets a terrible tasting drink like I have now won't be returning :( I'm a boba lover too so this just sucks :( read more

We arrived around 7:40 pm, 20 mins before closing and there was a long line up, so we decided to finish our food in food court first, and then go get our boba drinks afterwards. We went back down around 7:50 pm, and the line was much shorter. By the time we ordered our drinks, we heard the one girl mention "wow, we close in 3 mins! I didn't realize what time it was". Then a few mins later the other girl working there asked the first girl if she wanted her to go close down the line. And, she replied "no, it's okay". I was very impressed! Often young workers don't care about customer service when they are working for someone else -- especially at malls, (they usually can't wait to close up shop, even if people are in a line up). The drinks were delicious, and made exactly the way we asked for them... half sweet and light ice. And, made quickly! It's a cute pop up type store at the bottom of escalators near the food court in the mall. read more

Boba Tea Company is a new addition to Superstition Springs Mall, on the ground floor. The kiosk is bright and modern. The menu is right out on the front of the kiosk, lit up and large. You can get sweet and unsweet - pretty much anything you feel like. I must have stood at the counter waiting to be noticed for 5 to 7 minutes. There were 2 gals in back, and I assume that one was in training. I chose a Geisha from the "NaughTea" menu - creamy with 2 "bottoms", which is boba or popping boba or nunu yummies (whatever that is). The Geisha was very creamy and sweet. The vanilla was pronounced. My drink wasn't cold, so that made the boba a bit slimy. The taste was really good, but it was a bit much for me. Too sweet. The gal at the counter showed the new girl how to present the drink and straw, and reminded her to thank me for my patronage. She was really nice, and will undoubtedly train the new gal well. They just need a camera or bell at the counter. I will be back to Boba Tea Company. Convenient and quality. read more

If I could give you 0 stars I would. I was turned away after waiting in line for 10 minutes because I had no mask on. What is the difference between me standing in line and you serving me at the counter. You have a plastic divider that only protects about 8sqft of your kiosk. That time I waited in line I touched the menu screens and the little line divider as well as the counter when I approached the employee didn't sanitize any surface before me or after me. He's not waring gloves either after handling cash. I suggest you re evaluate what you are doing never will go again or refer your company. read more

I absolutely love this place. It's one of the highlights of the mall and even the area. I love all the different flavors as I've had most of them and have loved them all. I just wish it was a little less expensive and they had these places in their own stores! Other then that, Boba Tea company is one of my favorites especially in the summer time!
