$5.75 for a SMALL boba tea? I was expecting one of the best taro bobas I've ever had but was disappointed. The sweetness was just right and ice ratio was decent, but the bobas were too soft. There is a loyalty program if you plan on coming regularly, $5 reward for every $50 spent (see pic).

The first time I tried Boba Tea Company, my experience was...meh. I got the Thai tea and it was overly sweet, my teeth hurt. It wasn't enjoyable. I gave it another try and the consistency was actually just right. I guess it really depends on who is making the drinks. However, the boba was a little too chewy. Not sure if they warm up the boba but it tasted like the boba was a few days old or too warm that it started to melt. The price was a little much for two small drinks, it was a little over $11. Glad I tried it again. I'd come back if the boba was a little better. Our service was great and our drinks came out quick!

    Taro flavor.

Service was friendly and they double checked my order before paying. After I had quite a few custom requests. They actually got it right. I will definitely come more often

"Eskimo" with WAY TOO MUCH ALMOND FLAVORING. THATS ALL I CAN TASTE :( and almond flavoring is strong

I always enjoy this place in Albuquerque, NM. Every time we go out there to visit family there I have to get my boba teas every day that we are there but, this location in Mesa, AZ is not the same :( I've only been here 3 times and 2 out of the three times my boba tea was NOT good. It's a bummer because it's ALWAYS good there and for a place that only sells drinks the drinks should always be on point. I give up. I'm not returning. Too expensive for it to not be enjoyable. I'm feeling like the employees need to be trained and need to taste each flavor ...made correctly because anyone that goes here for the first time and gets a terrible tasting drink like I have now won't be returning :( I'm a boba lover too so this just sucks :(

Boba Tea Company is a new addition to Superstition Springs Mall, on the ground floor. The kiosk is bright and modern. The menu is right out on the front of the kiosk, lit up and large. You can get sweet and unsweet - pretty much anything you feel like. I must have stood at the counter waiting to be noticed for 5 to 7 minutes. There were 2 gals in back, and I assume that one was in training. I chose a Geisha from the "NaughTea" menu - creamy with 2 "bottoms", which is boba or popping boba or nunu yummies (whatever that is). The Geisha was very creamy and sweet. The vanilla was pronounced. My drink wasn't cold, so that made the boba a bit slimy. The taste was really good, but it was a bit much for me. Too sweet. The gal at the counter showed the new girl how to present the drink and straw, and reminded her to thank me for my patronage. She was really nice, and will undoubtedly train the new gal well. They just need a camera or bell at the counter. I will be back to Boba Tea Company. Convenient and quality.

Extremely slow and long lines every time I go here. Very slow service and understaffed. Definitely not worth the wait!

I was glad to see it wasn't busy so I was in and out in minutes. I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I got 2 drinks because you can Uber go wrong with that! The Mango Frappe was excellent! Nice and smooth, creamy and refreshing. I love that you can customize the sweetness level and amount of ice, too. The Roasted Brown Sugar Fresh Milk is a classic that's always a winner. The restaurant is clean and well-lit inside. They also offer some snack items including mango with sticky rice which I haven't seen at other Daboba locations. Prices are average and there's lots of parking outside. I'm glad I don't live too far away from this one because you know I'll be back sooner or later!

That said, I also understand this is a boba shop first, so I wasn't expecting the matcha to be absolutely immaculate or prepared like a specialty matcha café. On the positive side, the boba was actually really good -- chewy, fresh, and had a great texture. The Lychee Seasons Tea was refreshing and enjoyable, especially if you like fruity drinks. Overall, I'd come back for their tea drinks and boba. If you're a matcha purist, the roasted matcha may not be the standout item on the menu, but the shop still delivered a solid boba experience.

There are usually a couple gals behind the counter, watching the screen while you place your order ... waiting patiently as you peruse their many choices, trying to decide which tea to order. They are super friendly and very helpful. This visit we ordered the ginger chai, vanilla bean cream latte. I preferred the ginger chai, but my sister thought hers was betters. Our second visit we ordered the orange bianco, along with the cream earl grey milk teas. Both also wonderful. Today we ordered the raspberry chocolate milk tea and cocoa cream matcha. I may sound like a broken record, but yes, they were wonderful. It is NOT a boba tea shop; it was, but no longer. Incidentally, if you come the "back" way, entering off Warner vs Dobson, the signage on the back side still says Ni Hao. :-) Since we've already visited them three times, I think it's pretty clear we would highly recommend their teas.

Every detail is thoughtfully curated and you'll feel comforted and welcomed by the employees. They have fantastic tea quality! If you love tea, you will not be disappointed. The croffles are also great. Some other cafes bog down their croffles with toppings and sugar, but here they put just the right amount. They're not cloyingly sweet. I highly recommend getting the sugar on the regular croffle. It caramelizes and adds a pretty sheen and crunch without taking away from the croissant base. It is very clean and quiet inside during less busy hours. TeaMakers has a medium-small amount of seating featuring both hard table tops and a comfy couch sitting area. With their current setup, you can fit a group of up to 4 at their biggest tables. TeaMakers & Company excels in everything already despite being so newly opened. I truly do not have any constructive criticism to give at this time, and I've been there multiple times already.
