Love Brandon. Super good food and amazing beverages. Been coming here since 2018. Great quiet space for writing and chatting.

Stopped by after my doctor's appointment for a light breakfast. I got a Blueberry scone, which was delicious and a mocha, which tasted amazing!! The service was good. This was my second visit, and both times the place was pretty empty, which isn't a bad thing, because it would make for a good place to study or work. I do hope the owner sees this review and takes rearranging the current sitting into consideration. The cafe is quite big, but it's not cozy. I'll return next time I'm in the area for another exceptional cup of coffee.

Tried this place for the first time since it is close to my daily route. Wished cafe was a bit more comfy. I was greeted my staff as soon as I entered. I ordered the Honey Cinnamon Latte per recommendation and it was tasty. Not too sweet as I ordered it that way. Will come back when I'm near by.

It's great local coffee shop with plenty of options, syrups, milk alternatives, and bunch of small tables. They even have some food options if you need a snack. I opted for the honey vanilla latte which Was great !

Needed some pep in my step, so I decided to stop at Liberation Coffee Co. for some energy. I was promptly greeted by the barista who was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. He was such a joy to chat with. Upon immediate entry I noticed lots of people quietly at work. My guess would be the internet is fast, and conveniently enough the music low. There's plenty of seating for any and all, including a small outdoor patio. I ended up ordering their signature Blackberry Cobbler Latte (medium is 3 shots?! score) and it was delightful. Not too sweet, just the right amount of flavor and super yummy. This was just the stop I needed mid-work day. I would highly recommend.

Conveniently located right off of the 121, near DFW airport. It's a cute little coffee shop that has indoor seating and wifi available so you can work and enjoy the drink of your choice. The service was great and there is plenty of parking around. Check it out!

Very talented baristas who make the drinks with so much care. Matcha latte was very nice with no extra sweetness and cortado was perfectly balanced

Lovely coffee shop near the house that always offers a solid caffeinated beverage. I usually get their iced coffee and have had one of their cold lattes before and it never disappoints. Glad this is in the area!

The DFW area has become a battleground for coffee lovers. It seems new places are popping up every few blocks. Liberation Coffee Company has been open for a while in Coppell, and it's worth a visit. Delicious honey cinnamon latte. Better than Starbucks. Piping hot. Unique and rich flavor. Great service -- friendly and efficient.

If you like drinking straight syrup as coffee then this place is it. If you like coffee then go somewhere else.

I was hoping for something savory. We got avocado toast. My husband got his with an egg; I had mine plain. He had an iced caramel latte, and I had a plain cappuccino because that's the best way for me to judge the espresso, besides ordering a straight shot. Food was okay. Did not blow me out of the water. It was decent enough to eat, but a tiny, tiny portion for the price. Somewhere around ten to eleven dollars per toast. One slice of bread, a little avocado, a couple of tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. Was it tasty? Yes. Was it worth ten dollars? I don't think so. I bought a full sourdough loaf for ten dollars. I understand service costs and all that, but still. Coffee was actually very good, though. My cappuccino had fruity notes, very smooth. They have different roasts, which is nice. The cups and plates are really cute, and the space itself is charming. The lady working seemed very overwhelmed. The place was full, decently loud, line kept getting longer the whole time we were there. My husband didn't love his coffee, and he's usually not picky at all, so that says something. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back. But if I needed a place to sit and do some work and didn't need to be on the phone, I'd probably consider it. I just think there are better places out there. Honest opinion. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.

My omelette was immense and full of flavorful ingredients. The side of hash browns were perfectly cooked and seasoned, I don't think I've ever had better. This spot is clearly more breakfast focused, so lunch is not really the star of the show, though they do have a handful of options. I was not in the mood for anything heavy, so after doing a little menu research ahead of time, I asked if I could order from the kids menu. Grilled cheese for me! I upgraded my fries to cheese curds for a small upcharge. I have definitely had better grilled cheeses in my life, but this was a perfectly fine, basic sandwich. What really stood out was the service. At our table of eight strangers, our server, Anaya, got every order exactly right, and food came flying out of the kitchen in about eight minutes. Decor is modern and great place to hang if you plan on sticking around but they're pretty efficient on the grab and go. I love Vietnamese coffee and what they have here is excellent and best of all not too sweet. Generally I find most shops take to be made with cafe du monde and a lot of condensed milk but this here has definitely better beans and a better balance between acidity, sweetness and other flavors. It's also straight up rocket fuel - be warned, it's a very strong and potent brew but will get you going in the morning. I also tried a black sesame latte because it sounded interesting. The cream on top is nutty and rich with the sesame notes and the coffee is good too, though a bit hard to stir together, nor is it as potent as the drip but well crafted nevertheless. When I come again I think I would just pick the classic. All in all, great new coffee shop!

The egg cream coffee was great, the egg cream complemented the strong taste of Viet coffee. The coconut matcha cloud was a little underwhelming.
