Having worked as a head host in the restaurant industry before, at first I thought it was because they all had reservations and were just before us in those, but as they sat ~15 groups before us, I started to notice we were being neglected. Even standing right in front of the hostess station. We were sat finally 45 minutes post reservation. (55m total wait time - the day before Mother's Day, with a reservation scheduled 3 days before.)
