The company must have completely changed the recipe of their famous garlic dipping sauce. It is now so damned salty that it is inedible. Pizza sauce is also crazy salty. Cheese was salty. It's what you'd expect. Pretty good pizza, pretty good service. Pizza will make you sick in 3 bites, but that's what you do for Papa Johns.

I order online and paid for my order. It tracks it and it shows up. Then another driver claims I made an order and it's the same order but more expensive and says I have to pay for it. Debate with him for a little and well I pay for it. I get directed to call customer service and well they can't do nothing for me. I only order once but had to pay twice. Why do I have to pay for that order I already got and paid for again? Then no one can help me. Never again. read more

Ordered a XL cheese steak pizza and some wings tonight. Very disappointing. The sauce in the wings is all right, although the sauce looks like it's just dropped on top of the wings instead of tossing the wings in the sauce. Not a big deal, but the wings did seem to be super fatty and lacking meat. Again not a huge deal cause I wasn't expecting papa johns to be my new favorite wing spot. Now we get to the pizza. Lots of crust. Crust to topping ratio is way off. Lots of crust on the outside of the pizza and in the bottom, kinda like eating a subway sandwich. Very little meat on the pizza so little meat I can almost swear I got more meat on vegetarian pizza before. I even have a slice that has zero meat on it. There pizza is horrible. I wanted a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. They gave me a pizza loaded with sauce and cheese couldn't see the pepperonis and they used minced mushrooms. Couldn't see or taste them either. Their pizzas don't have good flavor at all . Very sloppy. A waste of our money. Would have been better off buying little cesars pizza. read more

Haven't eaten Papa John's in years so I decided to give it another try. Very dissatisfied after eating here. The cheese sticks were really good but the original crust pizza has zero flavor. Like eating toppings on a slice of cardboard. I would suggest trying the other crust options or maybe adding the garlic flavoring to the original crust if you order that. read more

Adequate. Still expensive for pizza. Nice people but the pizza is nothing special. I'm picky about my thin crust and theirs was soggy before we got home. We normally eat our pizza at the restaurant, but this one is strictly take out. And if you want a brownie be specific. We asked for a brownie and told the girl we would share one. We got a full dozen, warm and it the pan. Delicious but way too much got two people. They don't post the prices, so we didn't know one pizza and a brownie would wind up to be $50.00. read more

They had me reorder because the needed the delivery fee.(Because clearly I couldn't pay that when they delivered it) anyways 5-7 business days to return payment but oh well. She proceeds to take my order and take my card info over the phone again. Had to call back because she never asked for the address and hung up. Then she informs me that they couldn't deliver the 1 extra mile it would have taken. The online store told me to order through harker heights Pizza Hut, so I did. Anyways.. Here I am.. Out of money for two cancelled orders with nothing to show and 5-7 business days to get it back. I'm not a fan of Papa John's but my wife loves it. So do my children. So I eat Papa John's. The people working here having always been friendly and kind and typically the delivery goes smoothly. Pizza is always fresh and I can't really complain other than I'm a bigger fan of NY style. read more
