Quality seems inconsistent between drinks, and some were underwhelming. The egg pudding had a mushy, soft texture and lacked flavor. The jelly was good, but the mini balls were similar to the basic mini mochis you can buy at grocery stores. They also charge extra if you ask for no ice.

Bobo Cha Bar is a cute boba shop located right next to Rodeo X in Ontario. This is one of those shops you come for few specific reasons - taking Instagrammable pictures and doing fun games. [Parking]: Free plaza parking lot and I had no issue finding a spot on Sunday afternoon. [Full Automatic Cotton Candy Machine]: $5 or $10 per selection. [Games]: Some tables had small games like tic-tac-toe and they even have claw machines here. Customers can also take pictures with the swing for the photo-op. [Drink]: Cool reflective bottle, but I thought my osmanthus oolong tea was pretty mediocre. [Conclusion]: A great spot for a cute date, but I wouldn't just come here for their drinks otherwise I would be pretty disappointed as there are much better tea options in LA / Orange County like Torotea. I feel like they can probably simplify their drink menu and just focus on few really good drinks instead. P.S. - Customers can also place their orders via the self-serve kiosk.

Ordered some delivery late at night. Rounding up a bit because they ran out of boba for a few drinks but called and worked with me to compromise. Unfortunately, regular tapioca pearls are a key indicator of a boba spot so hard to give a proper perspective. Also no topping replaces that boba craving fully, but the service was solid. Brown Sugar Boba - extremely sweet but that's expected from brown sugar milk drinks. Boba was chewy but somewhat old (soggy-like) so might've sat out for a while. They did run out of boba so makes sense that the last few batches weren't the highest quality. Wintermelon Fresh Milk - strange that they don't offer sugar adjustments on this. Wintermelon is already pretty sweet so regular sweetness was way too much.

Yes! DO give this place a try! The teas are quali-TEA! :P You can actually taste the tea and they don't taste like those flavored powder mixes. When they first opened, we met the owner and we loved her kindness and family oriented approach. Since then, hubby and I go here often when we need a drink whilst on our walks. The service and drinks here have been consistently great! We personally enjoy our drinks half sweet & less ice and that's exactly how when get them. If it's cold outside, they offer warm drinks too. They offer food snacks such as savory and sweet snacks but we've yet to try those. They also have little gifts and facial masks, creams etc. The facial masks are actually pretty good, my friend asked for more. The plastic iridesent cups are unique and colorful. Very fun for kids. The ambiance is fun, bright and pretty (mostly pinks and hearts) There are vending machines that require some skill and a cotton candy maker machine! And there's a swing! They also have sofas and coffee tables to play board games. 1 public (gender neutral) restroom and 1 kiosk for ordering are available. Come in and support them whenever you feel like a refreshing drink!

Let's pretend this didn't cost us $40 LOL, but it was definitely worth!

Found Bobo Cha Bar while parking for brunch, and stopped by because the interior looked so aesthetic and cute! Please visit and try if you get the chance! (It may be a little hard to find, but it's located past the WingStop behind the Rodeo X, next to Pio Pico's Tacos and Kape Republik, across from Shootz and Kra-Z-Kai's Laotian Barbeque) The employees were so welcoming, kind, and sweet! One of the employees had a nice conversation with us about how her family set up the boba cafe and sharing about how their location is a little difficult to find even with Google Maps- hopefully my guided description helps! She was very happy and radiated warmth, even giggling at how many times we came back to the register to purchase more tokens for the claw machines (it was 4x lol) The drinks were amazing! We had the Thai Milk Tea with Thai Milk Tea Foam, and the Mango Creamio with Strawberry Ice Cream. Both were rich, flavorful, creamy! It was the best Thai Tea I've ever had (coming from a Thai Tea enthusiast)! We also bought the vanilla strawberry heart-shaped macaron and the coffee macaron, both of which were perfect! They also have a cotton candy machine, which we didn't try but saw someone else who did, and the cotton candy looked so fluffy! All of the decorations were beautiful and adorable. For photo ops, there's an indoor swing, a neon sign, and heart-shaped games atop every table. They have a hidden claw machine area in the back with so many popular character plushies (The employees were nice enough to refill the Winnie-the-Poohs for us) We'll definitely be returning customers! Hopefully you guys get a chance to try :)

Super cute spot! I love how everything is just aesthetically pleasing! My daughter didn't come with me but if she did she would be in awe. They have an indoor area where there is cute games to play and a sofa to sit on while you wait for your drink to be made. The place was clean!! I ordered and I noticed really quickly that you know what there's so many to choose from! Immediately the cashier had a top 20 drinks that customer loved! Mind blown and I appreciated this! I tried the Brulee Oreo Milk Tea no boba! Not too sweet which I loved. You can adjust the sugar ratio btw! Huge plus! ..EVEN THE CUPS ARE SO ADORABLE! I'll definitely be coming back to try the rest.

I was on my way to meet a family member and had to stop by at the Rodeo X shopping center for a Boba. When I came in, the owner was friendly and greeted me right away. I ordered my drink via Kiosk, and it was ready within minutes. I ordered Grapefruit Jasmine Tea with 70% sweet and 50% ice. It was a perfect drink. The drink cup was absolutely cool too. She gave me a sample cookie and it yummy! Ambiance is very cute. Owner mentioned that I can even swing with Bobo. There is tic tac toe and connect 4 games during your stay. Definitely will be back.

What a cute shop! I like the interior and decorations! The owner was also so warm and attentive. Service was really fast. The drinks are delicious! The family migrated from Taiwan and opened the business. They even have homemade taiwanese snacks and desserts.

Found the cutest boba shop ever! The cups are what caught my eye first--iridescent colors that are so pretty! And if you get one of their whipped cream drinks, the cup has tiny ears! I went with a mango milk tea, and it was delicious. Plus, the shop is named after the owner's pet puffer fish (too cute to handle!), My sister and I had to get matching puffer fish keychains. Safe to say I'm officially a regular--can't wait to go back!

Decided to get boba on the way to Temecula and Bobo Cha Bar popped up in our search. We were able to find parking right across from Bobo Cha Bar. As you enter, you are warmly greeted and you can place your order on the kiosk or directly to the counter. Payment method is card or cash. The inside of the place is beautiful and vibrant. The perfect colors to take photos with and you'll want to especially take photos on the swing. Even the cups and lids are so cute! There is a nice selection of drinks and we were able to choose the sugar level and added boba in our drinks. The service was excellent and she took the extra time to answer all of our allergy concerns and recommended drinks that we would be happy with. We ordered the Mango Pomelo which was dairy free, gluten free, and caffeine free. It was the right balance of refreshing and sweetness on a hot day. We also ordered Strawberry Creamio and there is a delicious scoop of ice cream on top. The quality of the green tea in the Strawberry Creamio was great. There were these little Rice Krispie treats and it went well with our drinks. We can't wait to come back and try out the other recommended drinks and pastries and get bags of the little Rice Krispie treats!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this shop open at 10 AM when I drove by! It's rare to see boba shops open before 11. The owner mentioned she opens as soon as she gets in, even though the official hours say 12. If you're planning to get boba, though, it most likely won't be ready in the morning. The interior is really cute--a cozy little hangout spot with some table games available for customers to enjoy. I tried their peach oolong tea, and it was good. I'll definitely be back on days when I need a caffeine fix and want an alternative to Starbucks. Staff was very friendly as well.

5 Stars - Amazing Service and Delicious Drinks! I walked into Bobo Cha Bar in Eastvale on a Monday afternoon after seeing a Buy One, Get One Free deal advertised. Turns out, the promo had ended over the weekend -- but to my surprise, the sweetest lady at the counter still honored the deal for us, and even extended the offer to other customers without them asking! She was incredibly friendly and genuinely passionate about the drinks, taking time to explain the different options and flavors. Her kindness and customer service really stood out and made our visit extra special. The drinks were delicious, and the experience was even better. I'll definitely be going back -- this kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend!

Where to begin!? Venus, the store owner was sooooo nice! I really enjoyed speaking with her. I've been to quite a few boba places, but vibes of this place were unmatched. They have so much more to offer than your typical boba spot. Not to mention the ingredients are meticulously chosen by Venus to separate themselves from the competition. I got a strawberry blended and my lady got the matcha with the brulee finish. I also couldn't restrain myself from grabbing the strawberry croissant. Already can't wait to go back! :) read more

Been here a few times now, it's just another convenient location near home, but definitely not a game changer. The people here aren't friendly and don't even speak English. I understand if you own the business, but hire people to talk and greet customers with a smile. Most often, the shop is empty, but the drinks are good; it just takes a long time to get them. How can an empty shop take 10 minutes to make a drink? read more

I feel like this is the third time this boba corner in this plaza has changed. I am relieved it is always a boba place though, and I do hope this one lasts! The place is so cute and a nice hangout. They had AC on, which the last one did not. And on a monday afternoon, 2 staff greeted you upon entering. Shy or introverted? No problem! Order through their kiosk on the left by the door! I ordered 2 bobas and a panna cotta, paid roughly $26. Worth it though, in my opinion! The cup is large and the mango is fresh! The boba texture was soft but just the right firmness in the center. The panna cotta was a bonus for me. They did have plenty of other desserts though. Will definitely go back to try the others. read more

If you want a taste of authentic Taiwan, get the Longan Red Date Milk Tea hot! I got it at 30% sweetness, and it tastes so cozy, it feels just like growing up, kinda like hot pot but in dessert form! And they use real jujube dates!! Don't be afraid to eat them, they have natural sweetness. This is gonna be my go to drink from now on! read more

Stopped by Bobo Cha Bar after lunch with friends, and it was the perfect sweet treat! I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with boba, and it was spot on super creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and the boba was soft and chewy. My friend got a taro smoothie, but the boba in hers was a little too firm. The line was long, but it moved fast, and the staff was friendly. 70 dollars for 5 drinks, charging for every topping. This place went from good to bad with new owner. Sorry I get you fixed up the place nice but us customers don't have to be the ones to take the hit. Amazing Boba place. This place is for anyone who wants authentic imported teas with nutritious ingredients. The popcorn chicken is hand breaded and not fried. The drinks are exceptionally priced for what you are getting. Other boba places use powdered flavors or heavy sugary syrups. Here the ingredients are fresh and nutritious. You can taste the difference! Even their thai tea is actuall tea! We ordered the Rose Brown Sugar Coffee Latte, Oreo Milk Shake, Fresh Taro Milk with Oreo & Cheese Foam. All were delicious and perfectly sweetened. We also tried the matcha candy. Customer service was exceptional! The ambiance was fun, trendy, and everything was clean! We will definitely be coming back. There are so many drink choices to choose from as well as snacks and pastries. My new favorite boba place that I can enjoy without the guilt. read more

My husband and I have probably come here 3-4 times in the last month! You can tell that Venus and her team specially craft each menu item with care and quality ingredients! I particularly love the cheese foam white peach oolong milk tea with agar boba! And my husband loves the hot grass jelly soup combo A ( which has mini balls, red bean, boba, and taro)! He thinks bobo cha's hot grass jelly soup is better than the meet fresh version! We will definitely continue being regulars here read more

I found this boba location while in the area. The inside has a nice relaxing feel with high ceiling. The service is superb. My drink was customized to my liking perfectly. And adding boba is FREE. No extra charge for boba. This is new go to place. Recommend giving this location a try. read more

Established in 2024.

We are a Boutique Taiwanese Cafe. :) We officially opened on the 2nd week of August, 2024. I applied for the green card for my siblings in Taiwan back in 2006, they finally got their green card and moved to US in July, 2024. My sister is good on baking as well as cooking, that's how we start the new recipes on a lot of our drink items and then add new bakery items as well as the Taiwanese signature sandwich, Panna Cotta and etc... and we will release our air-fry popcorn chicken with garlic rice soon. We will focus on nature and healthy ingridients. Our pinciple is we will only sell drinks and food that we will enjoy ourselves too to our customers. Our goal is to build BOBO CHA BAR to a multi-functional shop with drinks, small bites food and desserts, fun games, swing with photographed background, claw machines & automatic cotton candy machine as well as the boutique shopping shelves with phone accessories and skin care products. Welcome to our one of a kind Taiwanese Boba cafe.

We immediately reported the issue to the staff. The manager on duty, Rufonso, came over but did not first apologize sincerely or check whether my child was okay. Instead, he simply handed us a free drink coupon and said that was all he could offer. We explained that we did not want a free drink coupon and asked if there could be a discount or another form of compensation for the affected meal. Rufonso told us our only options were either the drink coupon or replacing the meal. When I said we did not want the drink coupon because we do not often drink those beverages, he said there was nothing else he could do. He then took the drink coupon back and walked away with a very poor attitude. Honestly, this was the first time I have experienced such unprofessional and dismissive behavior from a manager. I have visited different Ten Ren locations before, and I have also eaten at this location several times during lunch. I have never experienced anything like this. Later, after they saw me taking photos of the food and the foreign object, they sent a trainee over to tell us they were willing to void the affected meal. While I appreciate that the meal was eventually voided, it honestly felt like this decision was only made after they noticed I was documenting the issue. The most concerning part is that this foreign object was found in my child's food. What if my child had accidentally eaten it? Food safety should be taken seriously, especially when children are involved. On top of that, the free drink coupon they initially offered had an expiration date written on it, which made the whole situation feel even more careless and unprofessional. I hope Ten Ren will take this matter seriously, review its food safety procedures, and provide better training for managers on how to handle customer concerns with professionalism and respect.

Again, it was the first place I was introduced to those slim 3 piece flute straws that make you enjoy more of the tea's flavors. More Chagee's have popped up since then and this is the first one I've been to that was not inside of a mall or shopping center. Very spacious, lots of parking, very aesthetically pleasing inside with the warm lighting, and lots of seats and tables with outlets so people were studying, working on stuff, or just hanging out. Restrooms have a number code and was very clean too. It's opened fairly late at 10 PM which is pretty nice. There's not much out here that can measure up to Chagee time wise and tea wise, so it's fulfilling an ecological niche for this area. You can always order from the front, or you can download the Chagee app and rack up points on that and pick up from the counter. Didn't take too long for my drink to come out, nor did it take too long for my friend's. Out of morbid curiosity, I got something I usually would never get, the CHAGEE Daydream. Awful mistake, not going to lie. Like any other special drink you get at other tea places, you can't make too many customizations or changes (at least not in the app), so you can only get this large and the sweetness is either normal or less sweet. No option to take out the whipped cream, change the amount of caramel drizzle, etc. This drinks is essentially an oolong milk tea and caramel Frappuccino. Sounds like it might be good right? Unfortunately, even at less sweet, it was way sweeter than its Starbucks counterpart. To the point where I couldn't finish it and it's living in our fridge as a sweetener for my brother's black coffee and my friend almost gagged (held back due to the amount of people in the cafe). Like, I get it, maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but a place can truly be an amazing S tier tea place if I can throw a dart on the board, order anything and have it be super good. At least they have a lot of very nice, quality looking merchandise.
