As a direct result of their shoddy work we developed a slow leak that caused mold damage in our home. The very rude woman on the phone said "well it's taken you a year to call about a leak?" The answer is yes, because we didn't see a problem until the mold began forming. They don't seem to care one bit once they've got your money and were unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation so I'd highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. read more

They are incredibly unprofessional, unorganized and very complacent. No concern or regard for the client or appointments and just an overall rude and inconsiderate business. Would absolutely not recommend. For reference: I was having a plumbing issue and was recommended Bobo Plumbing. I called Friday 6/21 and they were too busy so scheduled and appointment for today 6/25 between 1-4. I let them know I have two children and not having a working sink is difficult. They said they understand but best they can do. Waited until the appointment and they never called or showed. I called to find out and they placed me on hold for 5 mins so I hung up. I called back and they said they'd reach back out with more info. The service tech finally called at 4 pm to say he's got another person in front of me and it will be atleast an hour. I said that's incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate- why would you schedule like that and not reach out if you can't make it. He said not his problem and call the company. So I did. They did not apologize, just said they're busy and the tech will come - do I still want them to. I am upset, told him that's not how to run a business and completely unprofessional and this has been a miserable experience. He said that it goes both ways. If you decide to use this service, good luck- seem like they truly do not give a shit or care about the clients at all. read more

DO NOT USE BOBO PLUMBING!! Bobo performed an inspection on the plumbing in my house on September 11. I moved into my home on September 21. They wrote on the inspection invoice: "There is no need to replace them (pipes) because they are solid. They should be good for at least 20 more years". Exactly one month later, my bathtub and shower are backing up, I am unable to flush my toilets, I have leaking pipes in my crawlspace, and other plumbing companies have told me that I need to spend over $5000 to replace all of the pipes in my crawlspace. I spoke with Jason at Bobo Plumbing last night and he said someone will come out and look at everything today. I called this morning and spoke with the receptionist to see when I could expect them. I was frustrated and said I need this resolved ASAP as we have not been able to use our toilets for 3 days and I have 2 young boys. Jason immediately called me, chewed me out and said they will not come if I can't be nice to their receptionist. He cursed at me and hung up. This is the most unprofessional, unethical plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They are completely negligent and cannot be trusted! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! read more

Do NOT use Bobo Plumbing!!! I just had the WORST experience. 11 days with no kitchen sink or dishwasher, they had to send 3 different plumbers as leak continued despite the 1st 2 "fixing" it, it took 3 days to get another person out and he lied and said I wasn't home, that he knocked (I was home-NO knock) and when they did finally fix it, they left a mess! Knocked over a plant leaving soil all over, left trash on the floor, left box with old parts, and knocked over bottle of hummingbird feeding liquid, plus they didn't scrape off the 1cmx6" old adhesive crust that is showing all along the front of the new faucet! I called to complain and spoke with Simon, the owner, who did not apologize, and who said he did not have time to deal with this and hung up on me! I called back later today when I discovered the back of the sink lifts/rocks 4-5mm off the counter when I turn on/adjust the water and they told me it was no longer their problem and woman hung up on me again. Worst plumbing company EVER! There were also issues with previous jobs where the guys that came used the Dollar Store mini-plunger I had to "fix" my sink clog and they had to send another tech 2 days later and another time they also said they came and I "wasn't home" when I was home all day and they never called. This experience was finally enough to prompt me to post. Please Share this so others don't suffer the same experience. read more

This is the laziest lying plumbing firm in Atlanta! The "master plumber" did not want to make some extremely high end valves work on our bathroom sinks using the excuse the counter top was too thick! In fact he just did not feel like doing the job after waiting for BOBO for over 2 weeks! STAY AWAY from BOBO plumbing!!!! Also be prepared for a crazy high bill! You can get the job done faster and less expensive and better anywhere else!!! read more

Bobo Plumbing was hired by my contractor to the plumbing for my house. I realize the contractor has to be questioned for hiring a substandard company but that doesn't change the issues caused directly by Bobo plumbing. 1) The downstairs bathroom, the upstairs master bedroom and guest bathroom hot and cold lines were reversed forcing another contractor to cut the sheet-rock from the opposite side and correct the issues. Only one bathroom in the home out of four was done correctly. 2) The front shut-off valve located in the basement was installed so close to the cross beam that I could not open it fully. In addition, please see the pictures attached showing the indention of the home security/phone wire caused by the shut-off and the needless proximity to the gas line. 3) The upstairs Jacuzzi pump motor was not supported by a block of wood or something similar. The pump was merely attached to the pipes running to and from the tub sitting above the same OSB board which supported the tub. When one would turn the Jacuzzi pump on the sudden force of jetting through the lines would shake and move the pump up and down which eventually led to one of the pump nipples breaking causing a flood do the homes downstairs ceiling and floor. 4) The master shower drain, which is positioned directly above the homes kitchen, was not secured properly causing a continuous leak which lead to kitchen ceiling damage requiring repair and bathroom pipe drain adjustment. 5) The refrigerator water supply shut-off handle experienced a leak causing hardwood damage to the oak wood beneath the refrigerator. There are numerous other issues but the above information should make any consumer to think twice before hiring Bobo plumbing for any plumbing repair. read more

Not only did Bobo Plumbing save me thousands of dollars (if I had went with Roto Rooter), but they were able to come sooner than they originally thought and the 3 guys that showed up to fix my broken pipe (Brent and crew) went above and beyond. Not equipped to handle kitchen sink clogs. Tech came out was very friendly. He immediately put the pipe back on after just a glance and asked if I had tried boiling hot water. He boiled water on my stove poured it down, then again and used a plunger while I held the drain plug on the other side. Told me his auger was only 25 feet, but never tried to use it. He advised me on a tool to get (which he had in his truck) and said I could go on the roof with the hose and that tool and put the hose down the pipe to blast it out. It was my opinion that he just didn't really try. I called the office to inquire why they would send a plumber to a job that they couldn't complete as my time has been wasted. They had very little to say, except that the next best thing they could offer was to have someone come cut the pipe off and it would cost $800-900. They get two stars because I was not charged. Called Roto Rooter- they fixed it with an auger down the drain. read more

Just say NoNo to BoBo Plumbing. Called them around 11ish in the am and was told that they could get someone out for a plumbing emergency same day and a service person would call me within the hour. Service tech called and said they could be out around 4:30 pm. Received another call from their office a little before 4:00 pm and was told they couldn't make it out and that I could schedule an appointment for the next morning or call a different plumbing company. So, I called another company and if you have a plumbing emergency, maybe you should too. read more

I have used Bobo Plumbing for 30 years or so now and would not use anyone else. They service rental properties as well as my home for me and have done every plumbing fix imaginable including repairing our main water pipe from house to street. They are a wonderful company and always do an excellent job. I can understand Pamela W's frustration however, Bobo was no doubt taking care of other plumbing emergencies and not knowing what they'd find before they got there, got caught up in issues that took hours. I called BOBO because I had a leak in my yard near my driveway. They came out free of charge to give me an estimate. My blue poly water line was leaking under the driveway so it had to be replaced. Their estimate was the best of three different quotes I got and they even worked with me on a payment plan. They scheduled the work the next day and came out promptly. They tried to to pull the new line through the old blue poly line under the driveway but the hole was blocked so they had to bore a trench line under the driveway. It took them longer than expected due to the extra work, but they did not charge me extra. They put back my bushes and cleaned up nicely. The new water line is working perfectly and I definitely would recommend and use them again. read more
