I've never had a bad cheese from their well curated selection and the resident cheese monger on staff is among the most knowledgeable people on cheese I've ever encountered. I typically ask what she recommends each time I come in, and it has never once steered me wrong. Her cheeses are phenomenal. On top of that they also have a small selection of other items for your pantry, including various types of nut butters that I'd highly recommend. Well worth a visit!

So I contacted Bill and he went above an beyond to ship 5 lbs of cheese to me in Cali. He even shrink wrapped it to help it stay fresh in the freezer and monitored its progress across country.
