They sent a tech out that day and had two of the machines up and running within an hour. They took the third machine with them and called me later with the results of their findings. They gave me a couple of smart options and their suggestion. Based on their opinion, I'm going to purchase a new printer. I really appreciate the fact that they could've charged me a lot of money to fix it (since I'm a dummy with these things) but, they were very honorable and pointed me in the direction of a new printer. This chair traveled from CA to NJ and will now be traveling back, at great cost to me and great waste of fuel and time for the shipper.
