I brought my car here because of front struts issues. After they examined, they said it was an axel problem, so I trusted them. After repair, the car was still making the same clunking noise, and they said it was normal and added some grease to fix it (yea basically liked adding duct tape to something smh). They added a junk yard axel and that wasn't even the issue. It was still the struts. I ended up having to bring it to a closer mechanic and had them fix the struts, and now the struts won't even fit the car cause of the crappy job Bob's did. Don't bring your car here, they will say something is wrong, when it isn't, then use junkyard parts that aren't even made for your car. read more

Every repair done, the check engine light came back on and everytime we took it back they said it was another different part/issue. Was appointed by Drivetime warranty Aeverex. To my surprise, i wasn't the only Drivetime car that was in for work. In my head, I was thinking this place is gona suck just like the car Drivetime sold me. To my surprise its a great shop. Friendly, honest mechanics. I came expecting to leave my car for a few days for the work to be done. Luckily the problem I had was something they specialized in and after a few hours, I drove home a happy camper, without having to get picked up. I live in Bellflower so this place wasn't close but in the end, quality and customer service was great. I was even offered a ride home by the shop, but I couldnt accept. Their honesty and customer service was all I needed. Bob, Hector, and the other mechanics, keep it up. I will refer you to anyone. I'm very disappointed this time my car broke down so i ask for triple A to take it there because my car didn't wanted to start, that was oct 16 but before I the tow truck took my car to the mechanic the guy and myself checked the battery and the bay was good and where supposed to be strap and all that, anyways my car got there the mechanic checked my car and he said it was the gas line from there the next two days supposedly my battery was flipped over and it drain the acid in my trunk I was very upset cause how the battery flipped over?! anyways because of that the computer got messed up so now it's not the gas now is the computer and now needs to get programmed! Wow!! So my understanding of what he told me was the battery that's on my truck messed up the car computer that's by the motor ‍now I'm more confused then days later he told me that the motor low compression the 2 and 6 no compression very low! Whtf!! Keeps adding up right?! So he tells me come get your car and take it to the dealership idkn why is not turning on just tell them the compression is very low. Smh ‍ this been already 2 weeks and for him to tell me take it to the dealership?! Really!! And don't forget about the battery!! Well yes I took it to the dealership on Friday by Monday they gave a diagnostic test and nothing was wrong to my car! Gas was doing good the mechanic said it just stink wen he turned on but the smell went away less then 5 min, the computer was good didn't need to change or anything! And there was NO low compression! He just said all I did was charge your battery all nite cause your battery still good conditions and I connect it to your car and turn on! I tested your car and it's fine doesn't have any problems. And he said idkn why they're telling you all this that your car has. And for a mechanic from a dealership to tell you this! Come on really!! Well I'm glad HECTOR not going to fix my car anymore he lost a client. Just because I'm a woman they think that they can just mess up my car even more to just get money?! No way!! I ain't going back there anymore! I will just continue to take it to the dodge dealership. I took my car here due to my check engine light being on thought the shop (Hector or Bob) would fix the problem nope not at all didn't fix nothing matter of fact check engine light still on and my car in worst running condition transmission lines leaking they had one of the workers put zip ties on the transmission lines to the radiator ..all my transmission fluid leaked out underneath my car started smoking when I was driving it home on top of all that they were so rude read more

1 star only because the guys were so nice. I had to take my car in this particular shop because that is where my warranty place sent me. I knew my car needed a starter and took my car in. I told them my starter needed to be replaced. The guy asked me, how do you know? I guess cause I am a female. Anyway he wanted to prove me wrong, I guess and he told me no no its the battery. Hmmm I'm thinking, my lights are working, my radio is working, I don't think so. They reassured me it's the battery and I needed a new one. it's not covered under warranty it's $166. Of course my starter to be replaced was only $100...do the math. So I said ok, if you say so. They replace the battery and I go to work. After work, I go to start my car and guess what, my car doesn't start. It's the starter. Needless to say I will never go back there and wouldn't trust these guys. I came here because of my warranty with Drive Time. My warranty ended up not covering the repair but it was below what other places would charge so I had him do it. Since then, he has done work on my drive time vehicle but also my other vehicle and every time, he goes below other shops. He's very efficient, no upcharges or unnecessary repairs. I didn't know that he did smog's and went to a new place. I failed smog and when I took it to him to make the repairs that made me fail, he was angry because it was all BS.
